So yes, After reading the reviews, I was hoping Julio was still working there, and sure enough, he does. I called and spoke with him prior to going to Profix Cell Phone Repair. I told him about my damaged/cracked screen on my IPhone 6s Plus and he briefly explained the process and time frame of the repair. Once I got there, he examined my phone, and got to working on it. He professionally performs the meticulous repair right in front of me utilizing special tools, which didn’t take any longer than 20min. Afterwards he routinely inspects and ensures the quality of the work as well as the functionality of the new touch screen. For less than $100, he did a phenomenal job! Thank you Julio.

Julio was very friendly and fixed my iPhone 6s Plus cracked screen super quick! Probably waited only 10-15 minutes. He explained the process, the quality I was getting with my replacement (Apple refurbished screen versus other brand) and the price was unbeatable as I had previously called 4-5 other places that were charging way more before finding Profix. My girlfriend came to this place to get her cracked screen repaired. They fixed the screen, but unfortunately it only lasted for 2 weeks. The new screen began to have a blue tint and then completely glitched out. The screen got extremely blurry and unresponsive.The worst part is when we contacted the customer service they did not respond to us. Nowhere to be found!! Do not use this service! Complete scammers!! 1 star. The WORST!!

Excellent service. Phone screen was broken and they were able to fix it on the spot. It took less than 20 minutes and was a better price than anywhere else who required an hour or worse, the next day, for repairs. He even threw in a screen protector at no cost and installed it. Had got iPhone screen fixed less than a month of repair screen breaks he refused to work with me even though his assistant had said before we paid for the service that there was a warrenty said I had to pay full price again to get screen fixed bad communication and customer service skills as Im explaining to him what was said and happens ge hangs the phone up on me sad because I was refered to him by my family me or my family ill be back at this location again
