Very good Service and fast turn around time. I needed a battery replaced in my MacBook Pro laptop and they had the battery available and in stock. The job was completed in two hours and I got my machine back before the weekend. I use this machine all the time and can not be without it even for a day. I would recommend them for any Mac repairs. Great service.

Great service and my computer was fixed in a couple hours. After Apple told me to do a complete wipe (which didn’t work) and then told me it was going to be a $$$ fix I decided to call The Orchard to see if they could do anything and the owner (David) told me to bring it in and he’ll look at it. A couple hours later and $100 my computer was up and running for about 1/5 of the cost Apple would charge me. Great customer service and great work, definitely recommend going here if you have Apple products!

Within seconds of texting Dave to see if he could fix my cracked IPhone I had an appointment to get it checked out. I dropped it off at his store 20 minutes later and no longer than 2 hours after my initial text my phone was fixed. Amazing service and very honest. Sparky, the man saved my iPhone X and data after a certain corporate genius said it wasnt worth repairing. Sparky is genius, personable, honest and helpful.

Not the biggest but the BEST. He was great. First, they had a battery for my 2016 IPhone SE. Everywhere I went, I was told that no one had the battery and Apple did not even produce them anymore. Everyone was proved wrong.Second, he was able to get my IPad mini to work again. It was sitting in my desk for almost (4) years. No one, and I mean NO ONE, could figure it out. I went to the Apple store, with no luck. I was told to contact Apple Support. They told me to throw it away. No lie.The Orchard saved me money, time, and a lot of stress. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their Apple products.

Got a solid state drive installed here, and the camera stopped working on my Macbook Pro. Brought it in for them to fix and they wanted $300 to fix it. I wanted to be reasonable and asked if they could provide a free webcam to replace the functionality of my camera and they refused. Overall a bad experience that could have been good.Edit: added dismissive, rude conversation with representative on Google.

I went to 5 so called speciality electronics stores and no one had any idea how to fix my led signs, I went in on a hope and prayer that they could get them working. Carl is a freaking Genius, I cant believe what this man could do, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it in 20 minutes AMAZING!!! He did whatever it took to fix my problem. Dave helped my mom out when she was conned out of money by scammer and assure her that she was safe in a scary time... so when she needed her battery on her phone replaced of course were going to see Dave, he replaced her battery for $50 and we were in and out in under 20 minutes, now she keeps bragging how well her phone is holding a charge.... thanks Dave!

Terrible. hey provide a receipt of the cost fixed the phone and on the receipt, it clearly states that they give you a year warranty for the work theyve done to the phone, but when the glass provided on repair wasnt original it cracked when walking into my works freezer. and they claim the warranty is only good under manufacturer defect and that they cannot fix it even though the warranty says its good for a year. it hasnt even been a month since the screen got replaced by these guys. extremely disappointing and would like to get this resolved.DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO THERE WORD, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS UNTIL CHANGES GET MADE!

I have had the best experiences at this store. After the Apple store tried to rip me off and charge $750 to replace my keyboard, falsely claiming I had spilled liquid on it, The Orchard was able to correctly diagnose the problem which was just a small $13 part that needed to be replaced! Today I took my laptop in to have two keys replaced and the owner and tech working there were wonderful. Polite, entertaining and very competent, the tech had the keys replaced in probably close to five minutes. Just charged me the cost of the keys and a minimal labor cost. I wont take my MacBook Pro anywhere else.

These people work on Apple products. I brought in a desperately sick iMac, and within 24 hours it was being worked on and all sorts of difficulties were solved. They are slammed with work right now, because all of the Apple stores are closed. But they got to my computer faster than they said they would originally. I like it.

Best customer service ever. As a small business owner and person who does the bulk of her work online, when my technology goes south it is very expensive and traumatic for me. Repeatedly, The Orchard has come through for me quickly and economically. I wouldnt think of upgrading my equipment or getting it fixed anywhere else.

Chill spot. Been going with these guys for almost 10 years now. They are nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Prices are reasonable too. Their products are in really good shape too. They dont have ahuge inventory but what they do have us quality. They have two locations. Mesa and Chandler.

I would suggest you save your time and patronize a business that values customer service and your hard earned money. After reading his negative reviews, I’m really glad I didn’t use him. It sounds like he tends to “lose” computers that people give him to work on. A piece of advice, when someone lodges a complaint against you, use the opportunity to see how you can make their experience better. Don’t just claim they’re a fake account. Carl and Sparky were great! I had an OfferUp experience go wrong and the guy basically took my money, gave me his trashed Mac, and refused to recognize there was a problem I called the Orchard and within 3 hours, the Mac is running like new! Carl is a genius with Apple products!

While visiting friends over the holidays in Chandler, uncharacteristically my mac laptop pro failed to boot one morning which had caused many issues most users can relate to. This store completely screws people. Not consumer focused, Inadequately repairing phones quickly and poorly treating devices. I do not suggest bringing / purchasing any devices to/ from this store ,or any of its franchise .

Called them up to see if they could fix the shattered screen on my iPhone 6. The guy told me they were getting a delivery of more white screens that afternoon and that he would call me when they arrived. He called me later in the afternoon and I headed down there. They were extremely nice, and repaired my phone in less than 40 minutes. New screen works great. Definitely recommend.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, and did not try and pressure me into a purchase like most sales people do. They also didnt try to sell me more then I needed, they listened and made professional suggestions. I bought a basic model MacBook and I couldnt more pleased. This is my first Apple computer but not my last. I plan on replacing all my desktops with Apples and I will be going back to the Orchard for them.

Used to be great, but has greatly declined. The young guy at the front desk is very accusatory, stating well your mom must have done something to the computer, twice took them 2 weeks to order a hard drive, keeping their door locked during weekend business hours, etc. There are much better places to take your computer for service and repair.

I have worked with these folks a few times, and each experience has been great. They are very knowledgable and their pricing is the best in town. They recently went above and beyond to handle a rush repair for me which really saved the day.As part of an IT service company myself, I appreciate the challenges that face a company like this. Travis has done a great job with the people he has hired ... which is about the best attribute a company like this can have. I highly recommend.

DONT GO HERE!! I had terrible experience here and if I could, I would give 0 stars! They charged me about 180$ to fix my cracked screen on my iPhone, and they made it worse than it was. My sensor on the phone didnt work so every time I answered calls my screen remained unlocked so I would mute calls or hang up. I went back multiple times to get that fixed and something else was still wrong. My touch home button didnt work so I couldnt unlock my phone with touch key(at this point I didnt care I just wanted to be done with them), oh yea it took me a month to get a black home button, they gave me white because they were out. I cracked my phone again within a month and they charged me 160$. (Oh and my screen seemed to poke out even though they just fixed it) after getting it fixed for the second time my touch home button still didnt work. Within two months I broke my screen again and I ended up taking my phone to apple and they fixed it for only 113$ and EVERYTHING WORKS!!! So if you have an iPhone or anything to do with Apple, go to the Apple Store! You will have a better experience and save money.

They were awful. I would give no stars if possible. Worst experience with a business I have ever had. Zero customer service, rude, uneducated on Macs and unresponsive. I dropped off a computer to be serviced. They had said I would receive a call in two days with a diagnostic. No call. I waited a day and called them. I left messages with no call back. I called again the following day. They finally answered and told me I needed a new video card after their testing. I ordered a new one off eBay and picked up my computer, and payed a $50 diagnostic fee. Turns out the video card was not the problem, it was a bad FireWire card. I am not exactly sure how a mac certified company was not able to figure something out that, a simple mac user like myself could. I spent a ton of money for nothing for using this company. Do not go here!!

All I could say about the place and the staff is amazing! I dropped my macbook pro and damaged my display. After calling several places for service repair, I was recommended to The Orchard because they happen to be experts in apple repair. I first called and after describing my issue, they were able to give my a good idea on what the issue could be. I immediately took my macbook pro in with no hesitation. The staff on had waited for me to show up even though they where about to close. I was quoted a price for the repair that was excellent and did not feel like I was being over charged. These guys defiantly know what they are doing and their customer service it excellent as well. This is somebody that you can totally trust and have no hesitation on repairs and service. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

The staff is always helpful and courteous. Be prepared to wait because sometimes theres only one person on, but I have had my own Apple products serviced there as well as bought new products and they always get the job done for a fair price.

Great experience. Took my iphone 4s in for repair thinking it needed a new battery. The new battery didnt do the trick so they referred me to another shop. The Orchard did not charge me anything even though they worked on my phone for over an hour. Fortunately, the other shop completed the repair.

I brought my 2009 iMac in and the guys at The Orchard were great. They diagnosed and fixed the problem (my hard drive failed) within their promised window. They were even able to transfer the data from my old hard drive. I appreciated their professional service and hard work.

These people know what they are selling.. which is refreshing because i came from some other place which has the worst customer services. i talked to Jared Cannon on the phone and he gave me direction to get here.Then help me pick just the right one me, which was great.

The Orchard delivers exceptional customer service. My only regret is that they werent in business when my iMac crashed over a year ago. I ended up buying an inferior PC in a panic. Money was tight at the time so I got what I paid for -- lots of weird and frustrating PC issues. Today I visited The Orchard because I had copied 236 photos onto a CD before my iMac crashed and was unable to import them to my PC. Justin offered his assistance by having me bring in my PC, the CD with the photos, and a thumb drive. He worked his magic and managed to transfer each and every photo to my thumb drive and then imported them to my PC. I was over the moon! And the best part was Justins eagerness to help me. My next computer will definitely be an Apple product purchased at The Orchard. Justins level of customer service was beyond my expectations. Rest assured you will leave this store with a smile on your face. I wish them great success!

My MacBook seemed to have a battery problem, but I wasnt sure. Jared at The Orchard talked me through it over the phone. His directions were clear, concise, and doable by a tech novice! He didnt make me feel like an idiot, and waited patiently while I followed his directions. I so dread a trip to The Apple Store where one has to deal with attitude and long lines, while still paying extremely high prices for everything Apple! I HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your Apple needs! They are amazing!

These guys are FAR better than the tards at the apple stores. They work very late hours to get the work done, they are friendly, smart, and genuine love what they do. It is now my one stop shop for anything apple. They do repairs (crazy fast) and sell used macs. One of the guys there described the Apple computer to the Toyota, just a few tweaks here and there and they will last forever. I just got my old MacBook upgraded, and it is like a brand new machine. Love it there.

Just make an appointment and take your stuff to the Apple store. These guys told me it would take a few days but kept telling me it would be a few more days when I would call to check. It ended taking two weeks to swap the HD with a SSD in my MacBook Pro. After continued problems I decided not mess with these guys and head to the Apple store. Turns out they installed a SSD that is known to have issues when installed in a Mac. Not sure why someone who prides themselves in repairing Macs would go about it this way but I was not impressed.

The customer service is not great! I called monday about a graphics card for my Mac Pro. They took all my info from me on the mac and my phone number. Its Thursday and havent heard from them so I called. The guy I spoke to told me he would have to get all my info again. I told him I had given my info already and shouldnt have to call back. He said there was nothing he could do without giving my information on the mac again. Also this has happened to me 3 months ago for the same thing, the difference is now the mac isnt working. Do not use these guys. They dont have the quality of customer service that I would expect. They are other apple third parties to use other than the orchard.

I am so pleased with my first impression of The Orchard.I found them through a personal referral, and my friend hit the nail on the head.They offer service, refurbished machines and accessories.I was just looking to replace my recently deceased hard drive (2nd time. 1st time was a bad Apple batch covered under Apple Care. thank god!) Its an older machine (2007) so I had already been thinking about purchasing a new computer.I had kept putting it off because Im in love with Apple computers, but my wallet isnt.I discussed my hard drive replacement options (which were reasonable), but I didnt know that my Macbook would have some trade in value which could put a refurbished Macbook within my wallets reach. (ha.)Long story, short. I left with a newer, faster Macbook with an upgrade on RAM (8G), tiny little cosmetic scratches, and a brand new interior. Im a happy girl and I didnt have to hassle around trying to find what I both wanted and could afford.One of the guys, Jared, was super helpful and informative about the services and the sales. He answered all my questions and gave me food for thought without ever feeling pushy.I would highly recommend them as informed experts on either side. Sales or service. I have had the WORST luck with my apple products this week!!!! I not only cracked my new iphone screen but the very next night I spilt an entire frap from starbucks in my brand new macbook pro! I was referred to this business by one of my employees and I was hesitant to try it out because I did not want to go through anyone but apple BUT I am sooooooooooooooooo pleased with my experience here!!!! Sparky is an expert in reviving nearly dead PCs and selling them at low prices for shoppers like me. I have bought five of them myself.
