Three guys working there. Jonathan, Daniel and Tariq. Theyre incredibly professional and just overall fantastic people. The pricing is literally as competitive as it gets. They pricematch, hook you up with Tempered glass screen protectors with lifetime warranties, and theyre as down to earth as it gets.They seem to work on literally anything with a circuit board or screen from laptops and computers, but mostly specializing in cellphones and tablets. They do screen replacements, charging ports, batteries, etc... literally anything you can think of all the way down to replacing the entire housing of you iphone with a custom body and color. Its awesome!They stand by their service and products 100% with warranties and arent satisfied until youre completely happy with your visit. Really great people in general. They saved my phone! Got thrown in the water by my 1 year old and apple wanted $500 to fix it. They repairs it here for $60 and it work perfectly. When I told him what was going on he knew immediately what to do! Thank you!!!

I brought in my HTC Droid DNA screen to be replaced and within a short time, it was fixed perfectly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going to these guys and will come back in the near future

My Iphone screen was cracked and the LCD screen wasnt working. Iphixation fixed it in about an hour and was significantly cheaper than other stores I checked out. Mason was the guy who helped me out and he was really helpful and nice! I definitely recommend this place.

I first got my phone done and it wasn’t too bad a price for just my lcd screen. I had minor issues and went back multiple times and they fixed it with no issues. I personally think they are amazing and would definitely recommend them.

Hands down the best most honest repair shop in town, PERIOD! Took the phone to ubreakifix and they quoted me triple what Iphixation charged! WOW ! Iphixation is better than my actual phone carrier! Best manners and wonderful customer service; repair was fast and they gave me a free tempered glass and lifetime warranty on the lcd and 2 warranty on the battery replacement !I’m a lifetime iphixation customer!!! Ordered a replacement screen for a phone and was quoted a week; ended up taking close to 3 weeks because no one brought it down from the main office, which seems to be Tempe, which is not far.Had the replacement completed and noticed that once I came home, the screen was not secured. Called in and had to argue that it wasnt on correctly and that I wanted to come in.Went in and turns out the person I spoke to on the phone (who tried to convince me I was wrong) is the only one who can fix his own mistake, and he left for the day once arrived (about 10 min after calling). Another person verified that the screen was not secured correctly and we had to come back in.The cherry on top is that this 1 guy is off on the 2 days I can bring it in to be fixed. Now we have to wait a week and theres no telling if this guy will actually fix his mistake or even admit to there being one.Dont waste your time or money on this place as itll only bring you inconvenience and poor customer service.

Get their cheap screen protectors from ebay. Bought a matte finish and it was the worst quality protector ive ever used. Blurry and suffered from rainbow pixels. Asked for a refund and was told I could get an exchange by an employee in 2 days. Came back and then i was told i could get an exchange for 10 dollars in a week since they ran out. Called before i went 2 weeks later and they said they had some in stock. i show up and DANIEL working there said they were out and when i told him i called minutes earlier he DENIED it was him even though he clearly said he was the manager and his name was DANIEL in the phone call. Only reason i kept on trying to do business was because the screenprotector gave me headaches and eye strain due to the quality. Told him the problem and he said well atleast you wont crack your phone screen. Even some employees told me they understood but Daniel keeps making up excuses or changing what he tells me will happen. Who lies to customers about phone calls... Ridiculous, Poor customer service. My phone has scratches now. Thanks. Every other employee besides him has been amazing and understanding though.

Quick screen replacement and friendly staff!

Went in today because I could barely hear anyone I was talking to through the ear speaker, the speakerphone speaker wasnt loud anymore and I would have to charge the battery twice a day. Serafin was the one that took care of me and he was awesome!!! Turns out there was just dust and lint stick in both speakers which he quickly cleaned out and I had him change the battery. He was very knowledgeable and had both speakers cleaned and working, and the battery replaced in about 10 minutes! I will definitely be recommending to anyone that needs phone repairs to go see Serafin at iphxation! Thanks again for the fast service!

Sure, they can fix your phone for a good price, but it wont last. I brought my iPhone 6 in for a simple screen repair. I left a happy customer, but 3 months later, the bottom of my screen stopped working responding. I took it to the Apple Store, and they said that it was a display issue caused by the third party screen replacement. iPhixation did not put my screen on correctly, it was sticking up! They also did not test and calibrate my screen. I ended up having to get a new phone (iPhone 7) and will NEVER. go back to iPhixation or any other third party.

Every time I come here, their workers are either not at the kiosk like they are supposed to, or they have non workers in the cubicle with them and are messing around on their phones. I also learned that they get all their supplies from eBay, so they dont have to spend money on their stuff. So everything is cheap and really bad.

Worst service ever dont recommend coming here unless you dont want your device back they will try to keep your devices. I had to argue to get mines back..... not worth your money and time
