I contacted Ken for help with two elderly laptops, one of which had stopped launching software, one of which had slowed to near-uselessness. He very quickly ascertained that the motherboard of the first computer had aged beyond repair, wasting little time on it. The second had been overloaded with unneeded software by a previous IT tech. Cleaning it out took more than the hour’s work I felt the old machine was worth. Ken showed me what needed to be done so I could complete the process – but couldn’t bring himself to leave a job unfinished and continued working at no change until the device was once more operating at an acceptable speed.I found Ken Stapley highly competent, professional and pleasant to deal with. Mr. Stapley came to my house, quickly diagnosed my bad hard drive, took my laptop, purchased and installed the new drive and returned it the next day! He helped set up the new drive with my programs and made sure I was good to go. Outstanding service and skill!
