Dave did an amazing job with my Alienware 15R4. He had to replace the casing but he had to completely reassemble the chassis and replace the battery. He did it impeccably and saved my 1000s of dollars trying to replace my laptop.

The technician working on my PC was professional, punctual and proficient. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the technician. He was able to walk me through BIOS settings, while explaining what was going on as well.

Thought my laptop was shot but Redbug was able to save it and was extremely affordable. Thank you guys so much!
