Just a tip to the company: having your techs clean up the exterior of the electronic product being worked on would take very little time and would be a nice, noticeable touch at customer pick up. I came here to get my PS4 fixed because it was dropped and it wouldn’t turn on. They said they can fix it, and it took 5 entire days before I called THEM, then they finally broke the news to me saying, “Oh we couldn’t fix it, but you can come pick it up” So I did. I went over there and asked if I could maybe have a refund or something in return and they said, “No, we don’t do refunds due to our ‘labor’ for, ‘trying’ to fix your PS4.”I went home and watched a couple of YouTube videos and found that the only thing I had to do was buy a new internal hard drive that costed less than what I had to pay them, ($60 for them to take a look) $45 for a new hard drive. The workers there didn’t even try. If you don’t know how to fix a PS4, don’t say you can.

Great customer service! Had a broken iPhone screen. Sina came out to my house to fix it for me. Completed the job in 15 minutes! Days later... I had an issue with the screen and Sina came back to my house just as quickly to honor warranty and replace my screen! The service was just as good though it was free this time! HIGHLY recommend!!

I brought my Pixel 3 XL in for a battery replacement, since the phone wouldn’t hold a charge or turn on. Luis was very kind and after replacing my battery, he ran some other diagnostics to try and find what was wrong with the phone. Unfortunately, the battery wasn’t the issue and since he couldn’t get the phone to turn on without further work, we never found the real issue. However, Luis was very informative and helpful through the whole process.

The service was great. I had called a few times with questions, and was treated graciously. The costs were upfront and had no hidden fees. The phone I brought in was a Moto Zoom, so the parts had to be ordered. The best part was that I had the phone back in two days.

This organization price gouges at almost 3 times the cost the newest consoles ps5 and Xbox and is not up front about it with some very shady advertising.
