I came in on 9/18/21 to see if I could get my Google pixel 5 screen fixed. They didnt have my screen in stock, so I had to order one. I was told it takes 3-5 business days. I called Wednesday 9/22/21 to see if they received it. Was told they didnt receive the replacement parts order and was told this same thing for the next 2 days. I called sat and was told they dont know where the replacement parts order is at. Then I get charged a refund fee for something that wasnt even my fault. I will not be coming back here in the near future

I do not appreciate the carrying-on excuses for a service delay. When you call ahead to ensure they can repair something and assure you that they can with a given time frame of 20-30minutes which then you pay for it and come back to tell you they cannot fix it because the “last screen they have” is cracked. Well, shouldn’t this have been verified before taking the customers money? What went from 20-30minutes to 5 days. No updates and complete attitudes from the workers. Not even worth it next time I’ll gladly go to the Battery Plus location for screen repair just for the level of customer service they provide more upbeat and friendly. Stay clear of the behaviors here.

They Squeezed me in last minute for a screen replacement on my IPhone XS PLUS. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes and my device is working as expected and for half the cost of apple. Will report back if any issues arise with the screen but as of now a very happy customer. Also comes with a 1 year warranty so i feel confident they used quality parts as I am sure they dont like doing the same job multiple times.

Replaced two iPhone 11 front glass screens. One of the phones touchscreens did not function properly so I had to return and wait another hour to fix again.That phone still has a message after a month stating the glass is not to spec.My phone… I can not talk on it with the phone to my ear. The proximity sensor appears to no longer function.While I saved money over OEM I have a less than OEM phone now so you get what you pay for in this case.

Literally the worst customer service experience Ive had in a while. Not only did this guy not get out of the chair but I had to call in advance have it have the right screen delivered to the store and then I still had to wait over 4 hours for this to get fixed. I dropped it off after calling advance came back in an hour had to wait 20 minutes outside and then they told me that the screen was defective. After that I gave him another hour hour and a half and came back no apology no offer for a discount but basically just walked up handed me the phone and said good day. when I asked about some kind of compensation driving to wait four times the normal wait time he acted surprised and asked me when I waited and told me it was been a bit very busy day there when it looked like I have been the only customer of the entire Monday.

The back glass covering my back camera broke and I went to Best Buy and they told me it would take two weeks and I would be left without a phone. I then found this place and came in and only paid $70. It was a quick fix (only 15 minutes). My phone is like new and I’m so glad I didn’t have to spend $100 and wait two weeks. The employees here are very helpful and super nice.

We have been using this location for about a year. They are always polite helpful and good value. On Our recent visit we had two screen protectors replaced by Zach on the spot in 2 minutes so helpful....

I dropped off a working Pixel XL on August 13th. The only thing wrong with it was that it needed a new battery (it would only hold about 6-8 hours charge, pretty typical for an old Pixel). They told me it would take a a few days because they would have to order the parts. Fine, I had just purchased a new phone and was planning on this one being the spare, so it wasnt a problem. A month later, with no contact from the store, I finally called to inquire about the status of the phone. I was informed that they were having trouble getting the parts and would let me know when it was done. Again, not really a problem, I didnt need the phone, but the lack of communication was concerning. Finally, today (October 23rd), I stopped by the store to just pick the phone up and get my deposit back. I was informed that the screen was off the phone, but the tech at the counter had no additional information. After a few minutes and a phone call, they brought me the back portion of the phone, missing the front bezel and screen (and, it would appear on closer inspection, a number of screws) and told me they were refunding my money as the phone was unfixable due to water damage. This was a working phone when I dropped it off, it had never been exposed to water and now its not even usable for parts. What really annoys me is the complete lack of communication, the phone has been in their possession for over 2 months, if there was a problem, I should have been contacted right away. I definitely cannot recommend this place, unless, maybe, you have an iPhone, as that seems to be their primary business.

They have reasonable prices, they guarantee their repair work for a year and they use great parts! I have been to other well known phone repair shops and they charge an arm and a leg and use inferior parts. I will never go anywhere BUT Quick Mobile repair.

I cant speak for other locations but this location by far the worst. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.I walked in the store to get my Google pixel 2 fix and talked to Jose. He said he will take a look at the phone and call me back in the evening. He called back and said all my phone needed was screen replacement, so I left a deposit over the phone, they said it will take couple of days because they are getting the screen from their Scottsdale location. It been a week and the phone is still not fixed. I have to keep calling them everyday to see whats going on, even I requested to be updated everyday they still dont.. after a week I got a call and said the phone was ready to be picked up, drove to their location just to find out the phone wont start/reboot..Matt said he wasnt the one to fixed my phone so I will have to wait. And when i come back they will give me $10 off for the long wait. waited another week and got a call back saying they are not able to fix my phone. Went back and talk to Jose and he said they can refund me my money back and will just give me back my phone without a screen... So they have this thing at store if you LEAVE A 5 STARS REVIEW they will give 5$ off, I didnt want to walk away with a phone that have no screen but I was also try to save money, so I ask Jose if I can get $5 off if I leave a review, so he threatened me to not fix my phone if I leave a bad review. And he said my bad review wont matter because its flooded with 5 stars reviews which they technically paid for. I ended up paying full price with over 2 weeks wasted.. I would not recommend this business, I have never had a worst experience with any other business elsewhere.. bad customer service.

I called about 15 places and they couldnt do that, and this place was the least expensive too. He called me on Monday morning to have me come in and he replaced it in under an hour. This is my 2nd time coming in and both times have been a pretty good experience. Prices are low, service is good, and they also take walk-in customers. Items are generally finished while you wait in about 15-25 minutes (screen repair). Quality of the product seems decent. This will be the 2nd screen I’ve had replaced here and the last one seemed relatively decent. Oscar helped me this last time and he has been excellent. Glad I found this place.

Matt literally fixed my shattered phone in 5 minutes with confidence in front of me and my best friend while I was on vacation. Matt also used the screen I brought in (which was purchased from Amazon & is in perfect shape) & put the screen protector on for me (which people at home refused to do that for me) It’s too bad no one where I live could fix my phone at all and at such a cheap price. I gor service from here beginning of last year and I forgot who helped me but I ended up not having a good expirence, I did a deposited 50% of the service, then when i picked up the phone the employee charged me full price so i paid 40 bucks over the service. Then I never got the refund after calling 3 times and they were having issues with payment system. I stopped trying because i was tired of dealing with it. On Top of that somehow my speaker on my phone stopped working or got messed up in the process , and still till this day it doesnt work...
