Truly excellent service. Came out same day, worked on the car top to bottom until the interior of our 9 year old car (devastated by two kids and two large, long hair dogs) looked like new. All for a very fair price (especially for a house call). Will definitely use again. Great company!

I made the mistake of loaning him an advance for doing my car of $150.00. He said he had lost his driving license, baby mama drama, going to jail. One bad problem after another. I was doing this to help him out.Ever since that happen I could not find him to do my car, leaving messages did no good, going by his shop (he had moved to did no good either). I had to constantly chase him down for weeks. He would tell me to come by his place, he would not be here. He said he would be ready to do it on Sat, I get there, he would say his helper did not show up and he could not do it along.After weeks of trying to catch him, I finally got my money back, but I had to drive to the next county to do so. Not a good business man!

This was my first time getting my car detailed and Ace and DJ were both awesome! They got me in same-day and managed to return my SUV to like new inside, despite the effects of a big dog and two little kids. It took less than an hour and they were both super friendly and incredibly professional - I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is absolutely amazing! I had used my truck for all sorts of things and it had rust stains on the seats, but after leaving it there for a few hours for the detailing, they had completely removed the stains and cleaned down even under the seats and floor beds and center console. And they did a great job on the washing of the outside of the car and even did a fine job with the rims. Thank you guys, it makes a huge difference!

Called the day before about getting a detail in the early morning before a car show, I said I would be at the specific parking lot at 0600am, however he agreed on being there by 0630. (Get together starts at 0800 so it gave plenty of time I think for just an exterior detail)Currently just left the parking lot at 0700 with 2 voicemails and a email with no answer. After wasting an hour of my time I could have used to detail my car this morning and now having to rush home, I highly suggest you go with another detailing company. I’m just glad I didn’t need to front the cash up before the appointment.Never even called back to say they were sorry or anything, guess they will just gauge appoints on how they feel like.

Had a soda incident, spilling on the fabric on the pillar beside the door. I called and they were able to come out the next day, but because the stain was fresh, they gave excellent advice how to try to get it clean, knowing if it came out I wouldnt need their services at this time. They helped anyway and it worked. Because of this alone I will use them in the very near future for a full detail.

Have used Ace Auto Detailing twice now. Both times were excellent experiences. Both times were to deal with getting a smell out of the vehicle after the interior got wet, first from a leaky sunroof, the second time because the condensate drain for the AC got plugged up and leaked. Excellent results, really cares about doing a job right, and the pricing is not unreasonable for the work being done! Highly Recommended!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. The gentleman that I worked with was very kind and friendly. Even when I missed my appointment and was 3 hours late to drop off the car (something personal popped up) he was still willing to let me drop off the car that same day. The work that was done is outstanding. All the pine sap and pine needles were cleaned, all the nooks and crannies cleaned. Even the puddle, literally a puddle, of spilled laundry detergent in the back was cleaned. The car smells clean and it feels like I just drove it off the lot at the dealership. Wonderful work! Will be back for sure! Will also recommend to friends and family.

I called Ace Auto Detailing on Monday after one of my children had gotten sick in the backseat of my car. They were super nice and helpful, and within 24 hours of me calling they came and picked up my car from my office and had taken it back to their shop to deep clean. When my car was returned a couple of hours later it was in amazing condition. They removed any evidence that anything had happened in the back seat, and did a great job cleaning the rest of the interior and exterior. Ive already passed their number out to some of my co-workers whose vehicles need some TLC. I thought the price was absolutely fair for the service and would totally use them again!

How that guys service is 5 stars on Google is beyond me. Ive just spent my afternoon redoing a service I payed them 200 dollars to do! I asked for a complete interior detailing and got a simple car wash. I was promised complete sanitizing of my car. I got nothing even close of that. I feel scammed. Worst of all: I dont have another 200 dollars to have it redone somewhere else. Dont be fooled as I was. Steer clear of this place.

Sara, Ace, & the entire team are super kind and down to Earth, but honestly... you get what you pay for. Ace charged me $80 for a complete interior and exterior detail, which was supposedly a $45 discount.I had to ask him to clean several things once I saw my car on the inside. He lazily vacuumed, ignoring the corners and tight spots(that’s the entire purpose of DETAILING). He also stained my gas pedal, and pieces of black metal in my backseat with whatever silver metallic-looking carpet cleanser he used.After he cleaned the inside, I followed an employee to their seperate lot so he could clean the exterior. I had to pinpoint areas he’d missed, as well.Once I got home, I noticed several dirt marks still on the outside of my car that i had to scrub off myself. This was the breaking point for me. There is no way I should come in for a complete detail and leave with stains I didn’t come with, & dirt still on the outside of my car!Honestly, I feel like I just paid $80 for a $25/$30 wash.

A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Ace and his team did an excellent job and had a great attitude about it. They took my 12 year old car and made it look brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back here. I called ahead and he had my car in and out in about 4 hours.
