They cleaned my car incredibly thoroughly and quickly for a fair price.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the rust protection that was done on my brand new vehicle after a 2 month wait to get it in to the Madison Ziebart location. In the photos you can see all of the things that they did not spray because those areas are not nice and black. This also indicates to me that they did not properly wash and dry the vehicle prior to coating the areas that they did, they claim they did wash it though. They told me that they do not coat these areas for maintenance purposes down the road however I have talked with other Ziebart locations and have been informed that that is incorrect and that these areas should be coated. When I explain this to them they tell me that the other locations are doing it incorrectly and should not be coating these areas. My point of view on it is that if they are not suppose to do it why would they?, it wouldnt benefit one of those other locations to use more product and time when they are not suppose to because that would cause them to lose money, correct?Looking inside the doors, I used whats called a Porta scope to look in through the holes they drilled to verify that the correct thing had been done. I would like to mention first that these holes are now bare metal and have nothing but a plastic plug to stop rust from starting. Of course it does not appear that the inside of the doors were done as I did not see any materiel as depicted in the Ziebart videos you can find on Youtube. I also added 3 screen shots from Ziebart video for quick reference. I was only able to take photos of inside the back hatch, in the photos with the blue and yellow circle area you can see where I ran my fingers and wiped away the dirt and left a nice clean surface that does not have any coating on it. In the photo with the brownish colored spot (the coating) you can see the coating that should be all over the inside of the door as depicted by Ziebart video (also suppose to be sound deadening) however this shows me that the sprayer was put up to the drain hole and sprayed in and that was as far as it got. In the other photo you can see no residue and that is on the corner of the door where they did actually drill a hole. I presented my argument to them about this and how the Ziebart youtube videos depict an actual layer of rust preventive coating using special tools being applied they claimed that its an invisible film left there that you cant see. They took me back to the area of the shop where they do this work to demonstrate to me how the material sprays out of the one of two spray rods the guy had (one short rod and one longer rod), upon demonstration the sprayer produced no material while still producing the sound of moving air, this was due to a clog in the line which doesnt help there case because how do I or the guy doing the work know if it was simply clogged when he was spraying inside my doors? I would also like to note that Ziebart mentions the techs having special tools and sprayer tips for each application but this location did not.I took my vehicle here after seeing the outcome on a vehicle exactly like mine that was done by one of the locations I contacted. That vehicle had everything coated as depicted by Ziebarts many rust protection videos on youtube. For example in my photo you can tell my vehicle is white by looking at the edge of the pinch welds that did not get coated completely on either side or the red recovery points that have no coating, the other vehicle mentioned has the same exact recovery points installed and the location that did that vehicle took the time to tape off the loop of each recovery point and coat the rest of it as well as the frame where its bolted to. Mine has no coating on it or the frame around it. Everything not coated on my vehicle is done on the other vehicle mentioned.I requested a refund because I would like to take it to a different location to have it done properly but I was denied. This service cost about $600 initially and then about $55-$60 a year for the next 10 years in order for the warranty to be active. Go look at photos section.

I had a ARE topper placed on my 2017 Toyota Tundra. With all the bells and whistles. It was not cheap but I love it and can sleep in the bed now (minimal to no leakage). Great for camping! Ryan was extremely helpful. A great professional!

Ziebart did a fabulous job on replacing my sunroof after a rock completely smashed it. Turn around time was ONE day! The interior of my car was all vacuumed and floor mats were wiped clean. Thank you for making this so easy for the customer. I recommend using their services.

I’m not one who typically leaves a review. However, I think I owe it to anyone out there who’s looking to get ceramic coating and or rust proofing applied on their vehicle.I got my rust proofing and ceramic coating done on my Honda Accord through Ziebart and the results were spectacular. The undercoating was professionally done. There’s no smell or spillage or anything undesirable left on any part of the vehicle. Additionally, road noise seem to have gone done a few decibels after undercoating was applied. Ceramic coating through Ziebart looks absolutely stunning. The paint is bright and shiny. The vehicle looks brand new. Always.I used the Ziebart in Madison WI where the staff seemed genuinely friendly and knowledgeable on the products and service they provide. I’ll recommend Ziebart to anyone who’s looking to get ceramic coating or rust proofing/ undercoating applied to their vehicle.

I got a interlock device installed on my car yesterday. From start to finish a very polite, professional, courteous woman named Amy Jo helped me. She never once made me feel like a criminal for having to have this device in my car. I came in to get a remote start installed in Nov 2017. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. They were able to sneak me in that day and have my car ready in a few short hours. I have had no problems with it and I LOVE not having to go outside to start my car in the early mornings! I will be returning soon to buy my Weather Tech floor liners!!

They scratched a brand new custom order topper then tried to cover up the scratch with touch up paint and did not tell the customer. They also cut thru the bed of my sisters brand new truck while installing a bedliner and refused to take responsibility! Not to be trusted!!!

I had P&B Apply The New Ziebart Z-Gloss on my 2015 White suburban and I am amazed at the product. I have an automotive background and very fussy about the care of my vehicles. I can say that the product is outstanding. It is a ceramic paint protector that makes the dirt and bugs slide off. I have not washed the vehicle in at least 2 months since the product was applied. I can dust it with a soft cloth and it looks like freshly washed. They also detailed the interior and it came back looking like it came off the showroom floor. Thanks guys, I appreciate your attention to detail.

I had a GREAT experience. I needed a hitch receiver, charge line and 7 pin plug installed on my 2011 Lexus. Several other businesses either refused or were hesitant to work on a Lexus, and at least one said they would charge more for it. P&B didnt hesitate...Pete knew exactly what I wanted, gave me a quote and stuck to it. The work is neat and professional. Every time I called there, I was greeted with courtesy and received prompt, polite service. They had me in within a week and the car was ready when they said it would be. Good products and nice people but they charge a reinspectin fee once every year after the Ziebart coatings are applied so the will honor your warranty down the road. Ether make a better product that doesnt come off or stop charging a fee, really?

First time going to Ziebart Madison for rust coat inspection. Technician found surface rust. I had to reschedule appointment to apply rust nuetralizer and recoat. Quality job! Didnt just cover up the rust but fixed the issue. Thanks

Best rust proofing period

I recently had an issue with the HID conversion kit I had installed over 2 years ago here. I called and Pete fit me into their schedule quickly and diagnosed the problem within an hour and informed me that the kit was under warranty and he had the spare part to get my lights working again that day. Knowledgable staff and great customer service. This is just one of many instances theyve gone above and beyond my expectations. Dispite some of the other reviews posted here in my experience I have had nothing but high quality products installed and great customer service.

I had a 2 way remote starter installed in my truck on January 29th by P&B Truck accessories. The sales rep Ryan had taken the time to extensively answer my email request for information and pricing for an install. He explained my options and pricing efficiently. I called and made the appointment for the install. Dropped it off and picked it up later. The price was exactly what was quoted to me.Unfortunately on Friday the 2nd of February my remote stopped “Talking” to the vehicle so the remote start was inoperable. Disappointing when it’s cold out and you have begun getting used to having the luxury of a remote start.Called Ryan on Monday the 5th of February and explained the issue. They were able to get me in almost right away to diagnose the problem. Turns out the brain box of the system was bad and they had to practically replace the whole system. They pounded it out in just over an hour since the second install is faster than the original.There was no charge (Which is what I would expect for a product 1 week old) The service I have received is no less than I would expect from a business that has been in the area for many years. Good job guys and keep it up.

Do not go here at all! The manager Pete Luedke is a liar, and a scam artist. They should take down the Ziebart sign too, because they are not backed by corporate. Nothing about this facility is legitimate.1. They lied about the price, and ended up overcharging my credit card.2. They said the car was ready, and when I went to pick up the car 2 hours later, they were still working on it.3. They did a poor job spraying my car, sprayed my brakes, wheels, and suspension, when I clearly asked to make sure to cover those with plastic or be more careful. They assured me their wands prevent stuff like that from happening.4. My car had spray, dents, and scratches all over it, that were not their before.5. They missed a lot of my frame, and many spots were blotching, and puddles everywhere.6. Dont bother complaining or arguing your point, because Pete Luedke will call the cops on you.7. Pete Luedke said that I signed a paper for the amount, but when asked to present that paper, he said he couldnt find it. Shows he will do nothing but lie.8. Dont bother emailing corporate about it either, they turned me away saying, it was an independent shop and what Pete says, is final. There is nothing they could do. And that was after 43 days of waiting for a reply from The store manager or corporate.Do not go here, you will leave unhappy, and this place needs to be shut down.So Customer support contacted me again, and this is what they decided. I think it is really important to know what a place does to make it right. They told me they would credit me back the difference for what they over-charged me. Which was like $230 dollars or so. BUT they said they would only give it to me, if I took down the bad review I gave them. I did a little more research, and it was the store manager that emailed me, not the customer support. And too be honest, Im pretty sure this is blackmail. Tell me that they will only give me what is rightfully mine, if I do something else for them. Thats pretty shady, and shows you how they dont really care about making it right, or doing things fairly. Avoid this place, because they will just take your money!

Awful place and garbage so I when there yesterday 6/12/17 and pay $180 for install a ignition device in my brand new car 2015 and they destroy my car a part felling parts down missing screws and brokens parts, I call them and there responded like they dont really care I hate this place and I never recommend no one to come here. Dont bother stopping...just keep driving.Ive never been treated as poorly as I was. I took my car there to have Cruise Control installed in May. It failed about two months after, I live a little over an hour away and they had me come in to tell me that they need to order a part so it will be 2-3 days. I just went back to have that installed and that one has failed as well, Im without cruise control so I asked for my money back. They tell me that they cant do that cuz the manufacturer doesnt take used parts back. That isnt my problem now is it...just give me my $450 back. Ive spent more money in gas and rearranging my work schedule and now they want me to come back again as now they supposedly have another part being shipped in and only are willing to give me $50 for the cost of labor....unacceptable. If I come back that would be my 4th time there with no guarantees that this product will work or stay working. So just give me my money back.They arent willing to help the customer but yet just take your money and run. They say they stand by their product....well then stand by it and make it right by giving me my money back.

I purchased a $2000 ARE topper from P&B Truck Accessories 3 years ago. After just normal wear and tear the side window broke and the back topper lift glass fell off. I contacted them about fixing these issues. The side window was replaced and when I asked about re-attaching the back lift gate/window (all that happened was the 2 side pins holding it in broke) they said they needed to replace the whole assembly for over $450. They were unwilling to walk out to their parking lot to see what I was talking about where I had the door and topper sitting- and repeated that they dont fix they just order new assemblies and put them in. To me to not even come outside and look is poor customer service. I fixed the topper myself for $15 in parts. I will be going to Lakeland from now on.
