Their service is on of the worst. Poor customer service from the Detailing management as well. $222+ later my Mercedes was still dirty. I wont carry on. Disappointed for real

A week ago, my wife made an appointment to get her Escalade detailed at Triton Auto Spa East. She was quoted 200.00 and after further discussion on the phone was quoted less. I personally have no issue with a 200.00 detail being someone from within the automotive business and a local business owner. The appointment was set for 10:00 am and my wife had been told it would take an hour. This would tell me it was more of cleaning rather than a detail. I had a number of business calls to be on, so I told her if it was only an hour or so, I would take the SUV and just wait for it while I was on calls. When I arrived, a very kind attendant told me that it would be a few hours. I explained the conversation my wife had with the location the previous day. He said they could get through it in an hour but it would be more of an express detail. I thought that made sense given what my wife had explained from her appointment conversation. I was there a little over an hour, and was on calls entire time. When it was done, I ended a call went up front to pay and it was almost 300.00. I did not really even blink, I was busy with work and simply didnt have time to deal with it. My wife called the next day and was basically told that it was my fault because I had the ticket and paid it. While I do not disagree that I own the responsibility, I simply told them when I went there that I was bringing this vehicle in for a standing appointment. In my business, we have appointments set with information in place so that when we intake a customer we know what we are doing and any pricing or other discussions that may have occurred. So we went from a express detail to a full blown 300.00 project (in roughly an hour). Had I been a walk in customer, I would likely not bothered to post a review. This being an appointment though already set up with specific expectations tied to it, I find the result to be sorely lacking professionalism. My wife and I both exist in customer experience industries and own businesses in multiple states. This is not a critique of the team that cleaned the vehicle or the guy who checked me in. This is an open critique however of the treatment of my wife by Triton staff when she called to discuss this. I really do not care about the 300.00. I do care as a business professional however that as we strive to give our customers exceptional service and value and the benefit of the doubt, that in this instance Triton clearly does not feel the same way. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. Will not be back nor will anyone I know.

First time here (9/4)...I think it was reasonably priced for the works treatment. A few missed spots and my cup holders werent done but they did get the upper corners of the dash which arent always the easiest.Ill give it another shot to see if Id be a repeat customer or if Ill need to find a new place.

The visit started on a positive note as the man who checked me in was very nice. I opted for the works which should have included exterior wash and wax, interior matte shampoo, interior windows, vacuuming and cup holder cleaning. The exterior was barely passable but the interior was horrendous. It looked like none of the surfaces were even touched and the cup holders were certainly not cleaned. Vacuuming clearly wasnt done as you can see in the photos I provided. The only thing that seemed to be done was the mat wash which was ruined by the fact that they didnt even put them back they just scattered them across the car seats and no order. While I did not witness the incident the woman before me was placing a complaint with the cashier and looking for the managers contact information. She said this was because the worker she dealt with spoke to her horribly. The cashier informed her that this was the owner and the only thing she could provide was the owners partners information. The woman was so upset she took it and was just appalled at how she was spoken to. This is why I didnt say anything when I first got into my car and why I didnt return to have the job fixed because it was obvious that my concerns would not be taken kindly. instead, when I got home I rolled up my sleeves did the job myself despite paying someone else to do it. I will likely never go back there again but if I did I would only get the most basic exterior clean.

These folks really bust their butts. Always friendly and fast service. The lemon fragrance is my favorite but can be overwhelming when you first get in your car. It disipates quickly though. I am a regular customer and always have a great experience here.

First time there, I will be back again! Price is not bad, it is fast and efficient! I’m a busy guy with not much time to waist!

I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but unfortunately I had an altercation this morning on 5/6/21 with a cashier who spends her time criticizing people, she does not give receipt of payment, it is very rude and pedantic, I do not know why she is working on this The company, the workers and managers do an excellent job, they are very kind, nothing to do with this cashier, I prefer to omit her name 😱😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ive had better they did awful job wiping down the inside of my truck. Still could see dust all around and my window were really bad.

This is my first time going to this place and it will be my last. I am recalling disappointed with how dirty my windows still are and the dash board was half done. The only thing that was done proper is the vacuuming. I would not recommend.

Interior was cleaned reasonably given how quick the cars move thru. Good job overall.

My car was not dusted and cleaned as well as I would expect for $32. I had ti clean the dash and the cupholders. My last visit

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of this outfit. It was fast, effective, and a good value. I see complaints on here that could only be used if they paid for a full detail which most people dont do. Heads up they do not clean smart screens (company policy).

Got my car detailed and it was immaculate they cleaned everything look like a brand new car all over again. I appreciate the hard work that they put into my car. Although I didn’t like the price of the detail i can honestly say it was worth it

I paid for a full service car wash which was advertised to Vacuum, inside windows, dashboard, cup holders, wash and hand dry. In the photos I have included you will see that non of the interior promises were kept. There was dust all on my dashboard and the interior. The cup holders were still dirty. The exterior of the car was still dirty with dirt and water stains all over it. In addition to that they nickled and dimed me for everything. They charged to vacuum my trunk ($3) and tried to charge me for new car smell without telling me. It was a terrible experience. Some of the male employees made me feel uncomfortable in the way they looked at me. Another employee talked to a man for a extended period while me and other customers waited. She seemed to be flirting with the man and was fully distracted from her job. The entire experience was a nightmare. I will never go back to Triton. I should have gone back for a refund since my car isnt actually clean... but I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. Some of the employees made me feel very unsafe.

Not impressed at all. Called and made a formal appointment. Received a quote from the person who answered the phone. When arriving received another quote for $300 more than what was quoted! Avoid wasting your time. Go somewhere else.

I took my car here to be detailed, and was very happy with the results. Everything was clean, waxed, and just made my car shine. I bring my car here for regular cleaning as well, summer and winter they take great care of my car.

Went there to get our truck cleaned, and they never touched the dash by the radio....dust still there. Very disappointed.

Overrated for a standard wash. Over priced for a machine wash. I thought people actually washed your car ... they dont, they do a really quick cloth clean of the inside (which didnt make a difference because my car is usually 90% already clean)You car is cleaned my a normal car wash machine and not entirely well. I still had bugs on spots of dirt on my car.

Just pay attention to the back seat if you have a third row because often you will pay for it but they won’t do the work. They will if you point it out. The air fresheners aren’t good like it was when it was mermaid. The work is still good though. If they can get better quality air fresheners, and make sure they hit the third row when people pay for it instead of them having to be told then they will get a 5 star.I still take my vehicle to them to clean because they do overall do a good job.

Great car wash.

Spent $30 for a “deluxe wash” and they barely vacuumed, never dried the top so I had streaks all over my car. I was going to complain but what’s the point? Never seen such a horrific job before. Likely not go back there again and unfortunately for them I have a lot of influence in my area so to recommend them would be unlikely. What a waste of money!!

The outside of my car looks amazing but the vacuuming wasnt great. It seems they didnt move the seats to get underneath them. Also, the woman behind the register was more interested in her phone than ringing me up. She told me to put my credit card in the machine then picked up her cell phone and ignored me. I asked if I we were good and without even looking up from her phone she told me yes. I also noticed one of the guys at the end using his phone to look at women on instagram after he finished drying my truck.

Ford f350 crew cab long bed. COVERED IN MUD. Called this shop up to see what they offer. They said cmon with it! Showed up at appointment time. Gave me clarification on what they were going to do. This crew performed with excellence in every category today. Made this truck look show room ready. Highly impressed with the results in every aspect. Thank you all very much. Highly recommended!

Our experience was horrible! We payed for a car wash and interior detailing and I was extremely disappointed. Outside was sub-par with streaky windows, dirt still on the panels and finger prints around the doors. An oily cleaner was sprayed all over EVERYTHING inside (including the leather seats) but nothing was wiped down much or cleaned well. I went through with a cloth and wiped all the surfaces down and cleaned up so much dirt! Cup holders were still dirty, mats were not cleaned well and the sticky oily substance that was over everything was awful. I had to spend a good amount of time cleaning up after the detailing. So disappointed!!

My service started out nice. The man that checked me in was very polite. I decided to pay the cleaning of my car early. I was not sure how much money I had on my debit card. Was going to make the rest up with cash. also wanted to by new mats for my car. Ened up having enopay for car wash. Was going to purchase the mats when al of a sudden the cashier who was the manager decided to take another customer before r inging me up. I complained and expressed my anger. Got into aof rudeness. I was very upset about . I ened up yelling g at them. It was so rude. Other customers started talking against. I finally walked away. After walking away I realized I left my car seat covers I I got from another store. I demanded they tell me what happened to them. The cashier and manager said they didnt know. I knew I had left them on the counter but they kept insisting they didnt know.. The owner went to look at the camera. Turns out the cashier and the manager took them to the back room and didnt intend on giving them. The did give them back to me. He then started ccusing me of stealing something the last time I was. I tried to ignore him and asked him to leave me alone. He would not leave me alone he harassed with comments that other customers said I told him I will never come back to this car was again. I have been coming to this car was for years both when it was mermaid and when it was Tristan.. I cant believe how unprofessional they. I couldnt believe the I owner was who he was. He was so unprofessional.

The $100 special is an awesome deal. Our 2013 Subaru Outback looks brand new. Three guys worked on the car inside and out. They did the door jams, the chrome, the wheels. I am going back with our other cat.

Got my car washed and detailed. Everyone was friendly and professional. Detailing depends on availability, but it was expertly done in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing is fair for what you get.

If the person checking me in could ask if Im a new customer that would be helpful. I had no instruction on what to do.

Went there for car was but found their a la carte service with detailing packages. If you are just looking for seat shampooing but not complete detailing the I recommend this place. Also the work quality was very good.

Paid for the most expensive package and the windows were still dirty with streaks, water droplets were still on the windows, sunroof wasn’t wiped, and the inside was barely wiped. Will not return.

Fast efficient service and a sparkling clean car inside and out for a very reasonable price. Its over 10 miles from my house but Ill be coming back regularly.

They are fast, friendly, and my truck looks like new every time I leave. Last time I was disappointed but I decided to give it another try. I requested the basic wash for my truck and at the end of the end of the wash the manager and told me he was going to run it through a second time because it was still dirty. I appreciate the attention to detail and the great customer service. I was very pleased with the service they provided me today and happy that I came back for a second try. I hope he reads this and shares it with his staff that day. Everyone did a great job.

I went to detail my car inside and outside. I didn’t see any difference. I feel like they just wash my car. I’mNot happy at all with their service.

I loved it! I hadnt washed the interior of my car for 3 years and I have 2 while, hairy dogs. I didnt find 1 hair after they finished detailing my car. The detailing staff ROCKS.

When their ads say dashboard, cup holders,... that is literally all they mean. Rest of the car wont get wiped down, and the vacuuming job was poor. The parrots were fun, though & the woman at the front desk was very friendly.

The staff is very nice and hard working! You get a very good car wash for a very fair price. I have been a customer at the old Mermaid carwash and so glad the great service has carried over to Triton Auto Spa! Ill be back for sure.

Absolutely terrible service. Ive been getting serviced here now for over a year and services use to be good, however the last 3 times Ive went its been terrible. They dont do what you pay for they throw your mats wet in your car and get muddy splatter on your seats. This time I went they also broke off some piece needed for my seat and didnt even mention it. I called and discussed all of this with the MANAGER BOB OR BOBBY and he absolutely didnt care nor did he apologize for the inconvenience. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ALL OF MY FAMILY ND FRIENDS TO NOT GO HERE EITHER!!

The crew is awesome, very nice and really pay attention to detail.. The new owners are fantastic! We wash our white fleet trucks here, they enter extremely dirty, and pull out looking new again. :)

Triton is worlds better than the previous Mermaid. Always lots of staff and they have reinvested back into the facility. They do a nice job cleaning windows and floor mats.

Paid to have wheels done but they weren’t cleaned and dressed. Overall, not bad experience car looks good but pricing at $18 for what I got. I recommend going back if you aren’t satisfied. If you are looking for a quick wash in between hand washes this is a great place. Don’t recommended upgrades though.

Nice car wash

With 6 or 7 guys cleaning the car! They could have done a better job. They need practice in cleaning.. My last visit was better. Too many young guys..

$18 for a deluxe car wash? Definitely not worth it. The outside of the car looks great and they did a great job wiping it down on the inside and outside but they spend way too little time vacuuming. Tons of crumbs and dirt were still all over the floor and seats when it was done. I would have said something when I was there but didn’t notice until I got home. If I’m paying $18 for someone to wash and vacuum my car, I think it should be done well otherwise I’d just do it myself for free with a shop vac and hose.

After new management and raising their prices you would think that this place would get better.But, it only seems to get worse. And after looking at their overall reviews they don’t seem to care about the customer. I will not be coming back.

3/25/19-Just paid $30 for the Triton package. They did a poor job vacuuming but the mats were nicely washed. They placed the clean mats over the dirty floors. They cleaned the dash and steering wheel but nothing else on the front dash was touched. The car wash was average and who knows if I got all of the other services I paid for? When the car finished going through the dryers, they did wipe any excess water. I gave them my pass to get my car and I looked under the mats and saw all the dirt. The attendant took the car around back to be vacuumed again but again-they either need a new vacuum cleaner or a new person to vacuum. Disappointed and wont be going back.

Just finished washing my car there. Opened the back of my hatchback and it’s untouched. They didn’t even bother opening it.I was in a rush so didn’t have time to go back or anything. But I am taking the time to review this

Not going back. The man who takes your order is not very welcoming. I asked for the Deluxe Package - following up with asking if they would vacuum the creases in the seats. He said ask them when you pull up and they should take care of it for you....$17.95 for Deluxe and you have to ask for them to vacuum the seats. There is no consistency in their system. They never wipe the seats down, always dirt left in cup holders and floors. I also paid $2.99 extra for extra vacuuming and they never touched the back where all my Christmas Tree needles were. What was the $2.99 extra vacuuming charge for then????I always leave a tip because I am thinking these guys work hard and should get a little extra. $30 total for a car wash - not worth it at all. Need to step up your game there guys!

I am guilty of wanting to post a negative rant when I have a bad (HORRIBLE) experience with a local, corporate, service, business. I was gently reminded today that we rarely see a positive rant on social media. So here it goes.Today I had an unsatisfactory (HORRIBLE) experience getting my husbands Hemi washed/cleaned. However, I was refunded my $$. Note: Not at a self-serve car-wash. Now on to the good rant:I drove straight to Triton Auto Spa. I asked to speak with a manager and described my experience and concerns. He listened. He asked me to pull ahead and assured me that his crew would take care of the truck. I pulled out the refunded $$ and asked what I owed him. He refused payment.So, not only did he listen to my concerns, he fixed a problem, FOR FREE, that was not even his. I took Leifs shiny clean Hemi home and took my Mini straight back to Triton Auto Spa. Amazing service THANK YOU THANK YOU

Service received is not what was paid for. Rear seats were not vacuumed and inside of rear window was left untouched. At least they did a good job cleaning the wheels.

They did a fabulous job on my filthy car! To have it washed, vacuumed, inside windows cleaned, dash cleaned, and tire shine applied it was only $27. They have a cheaper package for $12.99 as well. Plus they have macaws in the lobby!

I’ve been here a few times and the service has been so-so every time. Always something left that was missed (poor vacuuming, debris on the car that hasn’t been wiped off, and dust left on the dash). Today I went through and when I pointed out there was something on the inside of my door and wiped it with my finger, I expected the girl to offer to wipe it off again. Instead she said I already wiped there the car is done. That is not good customer service or ensuring there is a high degree of attention to detail. I was disappointed but didn’t argue with her. I guess I paid $20 to wipe off my own car. I probably will not be coming here anymore.

My truck was extremely dirty, and they did a good job on it. Very satisfied although a little pricey.
