I used a Groupon deal for my headlight restoration. I needed it done BADLY! Not only did they do an excellent job with it, but they made sure I knew how long it would take ahead of time (1-2 hours) so I could make plans. Their waiting room is nice too! The other cool thing was that my friend who dropped me off had an issue with her car running hot. They voluntarily put coolant/water in it! Shout out to Nate and the other gentleman who helped us! The crew up there always do a great job!

Contacted a week ago for a qoute for clear guard installation on my car and they tell you someone will call back. I have not recieved a call back. I have called multiple times and gotten the same someone will call you later today.

On the Spot was amazing! I called them freaking out about a large spill in my front floor board. They were able to get me in and out super fast and the stain is completely gone! I will definitely be a returning customer : )

Took our car to on the spot at the Madison location to have the carpet shampooed. When we picked up the car there were grains of some sort on the carpet and upholstery. I had to ask the customer service representative to re-vacuum the carpet. After the carpet was re-vacuumed the grains were still on the carpet. I do not know what kind of automobile carpet cleaner was used but the carpet did not smell like it had been cleaned.5/22/21 Thank you to On the Spot. We took out vehicle back for a free detailing and carpet re-shampooing and it looks great inside and out.

They always do a great job, however I wish they allowed for appointments for others who arent getting full detailed jobs.

Bought a BRAND new Kia, decided I wanted to tint the windows. On the spot is who Kia recommended. I called to make an appointment and they were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Made my appointment. Brought it in for my appointment to tint the windows and also asked for a full detail (since they are so highly recommended). I asked a million questions just because I truly have worked very hard to have this car and I’d like it taken care of. I did not “Karen.” They had it done and ready to pick up within the window of time o was told. I paid $360 for a detail and tint plus tip. It was nighttime when I picked up so the sun had already gone down. I saw some bubbles and a few places in the tint that were concerning so I asked them about it and was told that’s normal and within a few days they would go away and if not to call them. I went on a road trip two days later and someone slung a rock on the highway and busted my windshield. I called them 3 days later when I got back and told them what happened and asked how long would I need to have my new windshield installed before they could tint it and I told the girl who answered there were still bubbles and “streaks” down the leather on the inside of my doors. She said she was unsure what to do in this situation so she took my info for a manager to call me. I called 2 days later after never being contacted and went through the whole conversation again. Again my info was taken. I waited three days and called again to where I sat on hold waiting for the elusive manager for 28 minutes. Then the phone was just hung up. I called back and the girl apologized profusely and said she would get my information to the manager.. again.. I said that I was getting frustrated and these streaks were really concerning because they look like stains. I asked her what they used because I had tried to get them off without success and she again was unsure. That was over a week ago and spoiler alert, no call. I ended up taking my car to another detail shop and they were able to fix more doors for an additional $65. The product was some type of oil and was horribly difficult to remove. There are still missing areas and bubbles in my tint. I am not a review leaver usually but a single mom who FINALLY buys herself something nice and treats it like porcelain just to have someone not be considerate enough to call me back when something they did wrong needs discussed is unacceptable and I would want to know too. Know this as well. If you are calling to schedule they are the greatest, super attentive. But, having an issue is completely opposite. I took my car to Kia for service today and notified the manager what had happened with who THEY recommended. I gave ample opportunity to rectify this situation in my opinion so I feel this very long-winded review is warranted.

I paid for my whole interior to get detailed I specifically told them to wipe everything down and to clean the whole interior. This is what my truck looked like after they got done how did they think this was clean? I didnt get what I paid for at all Ill never go here again I could of cleaned it better myself.

Be very aware! This place damaged my vehicle (scratched the bed) and refused to take responsibility After calling the police, the owner outright lied about it, and tried to hustle me and the officer about his cameras not working. Even after several witnesses have verified that the damage was done at this facility, the owners refuse to take responsibility. Furthermore, he even tried to hustle me by stating that he would pay for have of the repair costs, or to let him repair it himself at his paint shop (which is plainly an admittance of guilt and trying to get off lightly). The officer told bluntly told me that he was lying, has had this problem before, and that I should take him to court. That is exactly what is happening. On top of that, my company, who paid for us to take our vehicles there, will no longer be using his business. Just lost over 100 customers. So, if you are thinking about taking your vehicle here, please do yourself a favor and find a professional establishment. Their quality of work nowhere matches their pricing anyway. 3 consistent visits and all of them had issues.

I was told the service for shampoo and wash would take 6 hours, after 6.5 they were still not done. I asked for an update and they were reshampooing my car that would take another hour. After 2 hours, I told them to bring my car if they not done. I was there at 10am n I left after 6pm.All this and they damaged my dashboar and make empty promises and giving me a hard time to resolve it.I could have done what they done in 3 or 4 hours.If you go for any detailing, plan to spend your whole day there.

Dropped my truck off on a Thursday morning at openfor a clay bar to remove paint overspray, got no updates until late that evening that it then needed to be buffed which was a 2 day process. I expected to be able to pick up my truck on the following Monday but again didnt have any communication from the so I went to see if it was finished which it was not but was told it would be ready that evening 5 to be exact I left their parking lot at 6:30. The following day when I was able to do a good inspection I found that the paint spots were still there. I do not recommend them at all.

I bought the Ultimate package for my 2018 F-150 from On the Spot and they nailed it. They took an interior that had seen light abuse and took it back to factory clean. On the exterior, they were able to clean off even the toughest road tar and put a great looking finish on with their wax. I will certainly be back!

I originally had a Groupon I purchased for an Express Car Wash back in 2017. Unfortunately, I never ended up using it. I thought Id lost out on the money spent. However, when I stopped by to get pricing on window tinting, I found out I could still use my Groupon voucher ...even though it was more than a year later. I not only used it towards a car wash, but I also had the windows tinted on my new (used) car that I purchased from my family.On-The-Spot went above-n-beyond in helping me out with pricing on the tint, still honoring a more than 1-yr-old Groupon voucher & giving me a ride home while they worked on my car.Additionally, I didnt realize I had a follow-up FREE Express car wash to use that included vacuuming. However, you had to use it within 30 days. I provided an email that I dont check as regularly, so I missed the 30-day mark. They still honored washing the car, but were unable to do the vacuuming, which is fine.They did a fantastic job overall from beginning to end. I particularly give a BIG KUDOS to the following 3 employees:PATRICK, who worked on my car doing the tint, as well as the follow-up wash & BRITNEY, who gave me the ride home while it was being tinted. There were others who helped out, but I apologize, as I didnt get their names. They helped with the car wash/detail ...so they deserve a BIG KUDOS, as well! I just interacted more with Patrick & Britney. There is another lady that deserves a KUDOS, and I believe her name is KARLY. She helped out with getting approval for the follow-up FREE car wash -even though it had been more than 30 days.SO A BIG KUDOS TO THE EMPLOYEES HERE & TO MANAGEMENT FOR HIRING GREAT EMPLOYEES!Be sure & check them out ...even if you dont have a Groupon!Thanks much, blessings many!

I used On The Spot to do a full inside and out detailing on my 2017 Subaru Outback and they did an excellent job. Honestly it feels like Im driving a brand new car again. In fact, Ive booked to have them do a full service wash and wax on my fathers vehicle as well. Would highly recommend!

Ok hang on for this one. This was going to be a one star review first but let me just tell you about their customer service. I was quoted 5ish hours wait time for window tint. Got a call my car was ready, went to pick it up and they hadnt started. Ok, thats fine I guess. It happens. They tell me to come back in an hour. So we kill even more time in town waiting on the car since we live 35 minutes away. Go back in an hour and the manager tells me itll be another 4 hours. Now Im irritated. But she made everything right and apologized for my trouble. She added a banana cream wax for free to make up for my wasted time and even said they could deliver my car when they finished because I lived so far away. I dont know about you, but I prefer to give business to companies that have excellent customer service. These guys went above and beyond to fix their mistakes, and Id recommend them to anyone looking for detail work. Plus my car looks amazing!!

Scheduled appointment to have a truck cleaned and detailed. I stated in the conversation that it was a work vehicle and was very dirty they said no problem. They kept the vehicle for 4 business days and when I went to pick it up it was still not done. Many areas were not washed, the engine compartment not cleaned at all, the wheels looked like that’s were rinsed with a power washer but not hand cleaned. I was very disappointed with the work and still had to pay 175.00. I was not expecting it to look new but I did expect clean. I’ll go back to doing it myself.

On the Spot is top notch!!! They did paint correction, ceramic coating and window tinting. They did a fabulous job and explained how to take care of my car to ensure that the paint stays beautiful. Nate Sharp and his manager Patrick in Madison are just fantastic. Do not hesitate to use them. You will not be disappointed.

They did a really great job! I have a suburban and the price was definitely worth the result. The only down side is it took over an hour, but with that said, I dont think I would have had the same result if they rushed it. I will be going back the next time my car needs a bath 😃👍

This was absolutely the best car wash I have been to in over 40 years. The Front desk representative (chantelle) was extremely professional and knowledgeable of all your services. The finished car wash was amazing.

The waiting area is immaculate and wonderful for kids. I was hesitant to wait because I had two of my kids (I have more). Chantelle immediately told me to stay and they would help keep the kids entertained. The kids were given crayons and paper. I’ll follow up with an update on how they did with my vehicle.

They did such a great detail and wash on my Mazda , we took my husbands Ram Truck in today for a full service wash and detail , very happy , we will be using them monthly for detail on our vehicles . The employees are so friendly and the young lady that works the front is such a sweet person . I love the relaxing atmosphere , and love that it is a Christian ran business as well . Oh and RTR too, was happy to buy our team masks there too !

I know they do a great job. I have used them before when they were at another location. However, I can’t wait 6 hours for a car wash which is what I was told from a very unenthusiastic girl upfront today. Plus, the lobby was very dark and I had trouble reading the list of prices and services. I was going to spend $80 for a supreme wash but I had to go somewhere else. $23 at another car wash and I was on my way in 25 minutes. Maybe another time.

Pretty busy spot, Shantel told me it shouldnt be to long. Couple of friends recommended the so hope all goes well.

I took our mobility van to have the inside and outside cleaned and the outside waxed. I may have asked for the wrong package, but I tried y too explain to them exactly what I wanted done.I took the time to show them how to take the seats out and asked that the floor (rubber) by given some special attention (because of a spill). Picked up vehicle and even tipped well. At first glance the van looked great on the outside.Then, the gentleman took me to it and said you might want to check that seat (the one I had taken out for them). He said he wasn’t sure it got put in right. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought well at least they took that one out and cleaned. But, obviously they did not even try to take the drivers seat out. Then, I noticed the foot print in the seat that had been there before was still there. The car seat still had crumbs in it. Came home and truly inspected. The spill that was the main reason for the visit, had been wiped up in the main visible areas, but was still everywhere in the cracks and crevices.The outside looks good, but the inside was a disappointment.So, then I came home and actually had to move the seats out and clean (which I was trying to avoid). As the person with a disabled spouse, my time is super valuable and I was hoping to find somewhere to take our vehicle that we would be happy with. Needless to say we were not happy and will not return.

Best hand wash & hand wax Ive ever had. Made my 98 4RUNNER look brand new. They even cleaned & polished ALL DOOR JAMS & windows Inside & Out. Will be returning with my other 2 SUVs. Well worth it.

This is such a great place to be. The place is wonderfully kept, lovely music, very friendly and welcoming staff. At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get my car washed and cleaned at a place I didn’t know especially with all the pet hair I have but they took care of it like pros. Definitely coming back!

You know, I was going to try and let the experience I had at the Jones Valley location go, as it has been a couple of weeks since I received a full interior detail, including deep shampoo and the works; but I simply become more irritated as the days go on. Im angry at myself for leaving a tip, Im annoyed that when I came home I inspected my truck further, and noticed little splotches of spills and dusty areas that were left neglected. I should not have had to spend the 10 minutes that I did wiping at, and cleaning surfaces to my satisfaction, after having spent $264.49, all said and done.But what I am most upset about is that my Auxiliary cord, with an iPhone adapter attached on the end, was stolen from my truck. I checked everywhere to make sure I wasnt going crazy, or had somehow dropped it in the parking lot or just simply left it someplace else, but no, I specifically remember leaving it in my glovebox, so that it would be out of the way while it was being detailed, and there when the job was complete.To add insult to injury, my truck smelled so strongly of the deodorizer that was applied to my seats that when I went to the grocery store TWO DAYS AFTER, a random stock boy commented, smells like baby powder, as he sniffed the air and turned toward me while I passed him in the aisle. The deodorizer was so heavily applied that it attached to my clothes!! Thats just wrong!! You can imagine how much of a headache and how nauseating this made me as I was driving around, even with all the windows down.Finally, I have to comment on how disjointed this experience was from the start. The receptionist is forwarded every call, whether the customer is calling for the Jones Valley area, or the Madison area. She did not make it a point to make sure I was scheduling for the Jones Valley area, even though I pressed the correct digit the operator suggested to schedule for the Jones Valley area. The receptionist also failed to let me know that there was a key drop area for those customers who were scheduled before the shop opened-something that would have been helpful to know prior to arriving the morning of the appointment.

I travel the US by car regularly and visit many Detail Shops. Nate runs the cleanest most professional facility I’ve ever frequented.

The car always looks nice not much detail put on the inside though. The inside of my car is tiny and my back seat isn’t utilized so I assume that time could be spent on cleaning the front. They did vacuum but it was clearly still hay on the floor that I noticed getting in the car. The passenger side window definitely wasn’t touched because their was a long streak on it when I got there that was still on it after they washed it, I know it could be easily removed because I did it with a paper towel after I pulled off. Their has also been these random spots of yellow paint on the windows and car the last two times I took it, don’t know what that’s about. Not saying I won’t return since the location is convenient to my job and it’s not many hand car washes around but I would like to see much more detail done on the inside. The only thing they seem to wipe down was the dash because it was still finger prints everywhere else some of which weren’t there when I arrived.

Had Minor scratch repaired on car. Initially told me that it would only take one day ended up waiting three days. They also charged more than the initial price. Did a good job on repair but car was not ready on time and charged more for me waiting longer. Did not make sense.

I have made this my go to place to get auto detailing done. Every experience Ive had here has been exceptional. Great value for the money. Samara even helped me figure out how to use my Groupon.

First visit and really satisfied! The dealership that I bought it from said that they detailed it for me however after leaving today from On The Spot Detailing my SUV was nice and shiny. I would recommend calling ahead to see what the wait time will be as I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and the 1.5 hour time told ended up being over 3 hours however I had nothing else to do and very happy with the basic $30.00 fee. My only concern is that when they place your vehicle in line behind the others they leave the engine on and idling until they get to it and finish (3.5 hours). I am however a satisfied customer and will be back.

I visited this place out of curiosity yesterday. I had an interior detail done. My car was pretty clean prior but they definitely made it sparkle. Chantelle has great customer service and was super nice. A lot of businesses have very fake and scripted customer service. That’s normal and I understand. Chantelle however did not need a script. She knew all of her facts and could explain them without a doubt. I talked to her for over 15 minutes while I was waiting on my car and even after my car was done I continued to talk to her and even scheduled a detail for a friend of mine. My car looked fantastic but my friend’s was sent in today and is still there. The seats are stained and disgusting I have never seen anything so awful. The lesson he learned was not to leave your vehicle with someone else for years and trust that they will take care of it like you do. I only put three stars for now because hopefully I will be putting 5 by tonight when I see the outcome of this car. I am very excited.

Completely unreliable. Scheduled me for service online with email receipt. I didnt hear from this company so I called the day before service and they told me that someone would call right back. The day of service someone calls and says that they have no availability for a week. How do you have no availability for an entire week when you already scheduled me in advance? I stated that my car needed to be washed and it was more than reasonable to have this done in far less than a weeks time especially since Ive already waited from advanced scheduling. Therefore I would have to take my money to another business willing to make my time and money important. The company representative said ok and then promptly hung up. I will not conduct business with a company that doesnt respect the time and value of potential customers.

I have used On the Spot several times. Nate and his team cleaned a car that my wife and I gave our 16year old. It was truly nothing short of amazing in the transformation before and after. Now I am a black card member and love it! Highly recommend and this is a truly professional operation where you get exactly what you pay for and expect. Actually more in some cases! Completely disappointed. Got the SUV package $250... The interior was wiped down with dirt still on the seats! Why would you wipe conditioner on leather seats w/o cleaning them..??? Now I have dirt under the leather conditioner. I took my vechicle back for a 2nd time to have them vacuum the 3rd row which wasnt touch prior time... Along with sand still on the back of the seats pointed out problem areas which were not touched last time.. 15mins later car is done no... It wasnt... Seats still had sand and not touched. Just give me my keys... Not at all expected for an almost $250 package.Everything is rushed, and attention to detail is your business...

On the Spot always does a great job cleaning my vehicle. They have several different packages to choose from and Karly did a great job helping me pick the right package for my SUV.

They did great work. The girl that answered the phone was a little difficult... I was trying to figure out the logistics of when I could drop off and pick up the car and getting accurate information was like pulling teeth. Every other interaction was great though!

My Car is my baby, basically part of the family. I never let anyone clean it or basically drive it (except my wife)..I was hesitant to take it to someone else but time in my schedule was not letting me give my car the attention it deserved. But let me say this...ON THE SPOT DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!! Shout out to Patrick!!..even though they were busy he did not rush anyone, he treated everyone with superb customer service. Definitely bring my car back for a max detailing.

Update: On the spot went above and beyond to make this right and I really appreciate their attention to customer service. Mistakes happen but how those mistakes are handled make all the difference.Not close to worth what I paid. Car was still dirty and streaked and spotted on the outside. I paid for ultimate detail but I got ultimately disappointed. I won’t be back.

Nathan was extremely attentive to my needs and exceeded my expectations in terms of getting the hard water deposits off my black car and getting it done quickly. He all but dropped what he was doing to appease my need to get back to work asap. I am a fairly patient person, but this day I was a little rushed, and as some lesser folks in the service industry can easily be put-off by such a request, Nathan understood me to be sincere and personally drove it to the back and washed it (Not sure if this is normal because he was running the office too). Anyway, it was quick, and it was beautiful when he was done. Nathan displayed a great attitude and demonstrated great business acumen, not only with me, but others i observed. I am happy to have discovered this place and will use them exclusively going forward.

This is a recap of my first review...After my experience at this location I was contacted by one of the business reps and the owner. Sense being contacted a few things have happened.Mr. Sharp dealt with me directly. He met me to look at my repair that I needed. Assessed the situation. And told me what we could do. Not only did he fix my problem (repair) my truck was so clean I almost didn’t want to drive it. Over all, though it took time and scheduling to get it done. I’m happy with the customer service that I was given and the repair was adequate and to my liking.I have a repair needed to my leather seat in my truck. I called before hand to make sure everything would be in order then I came to the location in Madison. The young lady told me I could bring it in with no appointment. I get to the location and I stood inside waiting for 10 min for the receptionist to come back to the counter (she walked out as soon as I walked in). She returns and I tell her why I am here. Her reply was “ohhh wait let me see if we can get someone to look at it for you”....wait WHAT! So she goes back outside to speak to someone. Upon her returning she tells me “the owner isn’t here and he is the only one that can give you a quote”! WHAT.....I just called YOU! She states that all she can do is take a picture and send it to the owner and she will CONTACT ME! Really! She takes a picture....I then say you need to put something next to it for a size reference. She had no clue what I was talking about. Customer Service needs to be revamped! So I wasted my time and gas! I’ll share this experience with everyone I know to ensure they find other alternative for Car service!

First visit today. I had purchased a Groupon for headlight restoration. My headlights on my 2005 van were awful and it had become difficult to see well at night because my lights looked so dim. Even on high beams no one flashed their lights at me because they were so dim. When I picked my van up about 3 hours later, the headlights looked brand new! Very shiny and clear. Also, to my surprise, they washed and cleaned my van inside and out as part of their service today. Awesome service and very friendly staff. My family will definitely be using their services again! My vehicle had a really ugly scratch on it, and they got the marks out and now you cannot tell I have a dent on that side of my car. For the price, location and deals they have I encourage anyone to go! Im new to this area and I recommend all my college friends and colleagues to check them out!

A whole bottle of weed killer spilled into the backseat of my car. We called the weed killer company and they told us what to do to get the smell out. It didnt work. I took it to On the Spot and now my car smells amazing!! It looks brand new as well. They also have great customer service.

Today is my second time to bring my auto to Soft Spot. The service I received was fantastic! My auto was immaculate (inside and out). The owner personally greeted me and he seemed to care about people. Tiffany was very cordial and professional. The waiting area was very clean. They offered complimentary coffee and snacks. As long as I receive this great service, I will continue to bring my auto here.

I was told to drop my car off at 10am and it would be ready by 5pm. Then they wanted to keep it overnight to properly dry it. I figured while it was there I’d add an exterior detail to the interior detail. They told me it would be ready 9am the next day. I called at 10am and they told me it would be between 3 and 4 pm. Then when I called at 6pm they said they were still working on it! I had the car around 8pm still very wet inside when they dropped it off. I still had to pay for the delivery. They said the compensated me by removing some paint transfers but the only ones I’d ever noticed on the vehicle were still there. They did a great job cleaning the seats and floors. It hardly looked like they touched the headliner. The price ended up being higher than what they advertised which was already a premium price. Sadly not a premium service. I’m giving them 3 stars to be nice but I’ll never choose them again.

I gave used On The Spot for years. They have always done a great job. I have had a car detailed too to bottom and it looked like a new car when I picked it up.

My car looks and feels like new every time It is serviced here. Employees are polite and friendly.
