Rory and his team painted a steel exterior door and two chairs for me. I was happy to work around his busy auto-body jobs and have him treat this as a side job to do in his spare time. Rory was great to work with and did an absolutely beautiful job on my car. He got it finished in the estimated time and even stayed a little late so I could pick it up that day after work. He also touched up a few extra spots for me that he noticed which was super nice. We did have some minor communication issues - when I forwarded him things from my insurance company they went to his junk mail box. But he contacted me as soon as he noticed it, which was at like 8pm! Rory’s super friendly and has great attention to detail. I’m a perfectionist, and he exceeded my expectations. Overall a great experience, and I’d recommend him to anybody.

Contacted rory with rose collision about a broken side door window on my work van. He was prompt courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly emailed me a detailed quote for the cost of repair. I also had 2 other quotes from other guys done. He came in middle of the road on pricing. So I decided to support local. He ordered my window and installed it the next day. All in all he had my van for maybe 2.5 hours. And it looks fantastic. They cleaned up all the broken glass too! Will definitely be returning for future repairs!!

Took my SUV here for a dent caused by my kayak toppling off my roof rack. The dent was pretty big and had a crease through it. Rory made it disappear using paintless dent removal. Rory was personable and professional explaining repair options. I was very pleased with the overall experience and felt the repair cost was a deal. I will not hesitate to go back for future repairs.

They did an awesome job w a bumper cover conversion on a Charger. The paint job exceeded expectations (best Ive seen) , and was perfect with no orange peel or scratches. They put up with all my calling/emails ranging from updates to finding options on recommended parts. I for sure am going back for any future work. Got my cars bumper hit & run smashed in half by someone in a parking lot. Brought in to Rory right when the Covid 19 thing started. I figured it would take a long time because of all the chaos. But he got my car back on the road a couple days later, and quoted 50% less cost than the other estimate. he accommodated the fact that my car wasnt super new and I didnt want an expensive repair for a car that wont last too many more years. then he also helped me understand the insurance process in a hit&run situation and helped me get my state farm payout. Id go to him again.

You would think after so many good reviews this place would be as good as it sounds. But I have talked to them on the phone 3 different times and sent them a email for a simple quote and still nothing. Was told I will call you back in a half hr today and then nothing. So guess you guys really did not want my money. I am sure some one else will be happy to take it and fix my car.

Rory and crew did a beautiful job restoring my car. It was an odd request, the car is a 2007 Subaru impreza WRX wagon, not a classic by traditional standards (yet). They did all of the metalwork replacing the corroded body components as needed and gave it a new paint job that is better than what it had when it was new.

Well accidents happen, right? But when my brand NEW 2017 Jeep Compass collided with a deer, I was beside myself. Mind you, I had only had the car just over 24 hours; to top it off my full coverage from progressive was the most frustrating and unbearable part of getting the repairs done. With that being said, the Team at Rose was the best Ive seen in a long time. Not only did they back me concerning progressive, they all went out of there way to ensure a speedy, beautiful, and unnoticeable repair. When I say unnoticeable, I mean off the lot unnoticeable.
