Lisa was a total professional on the phone and was very helpful to the customer service she provided! Tim was the one who worked on my car and he did a phenomenal job on the car and helping me assist what I truly needed. This is the place I feel most comfortable taking my car to for any body/service!

Excellent Service, I took my Honda Civic for a repair on the side mirror. They did a great job for repairing it. Andrew helped me with my car repair. I also had other repairs in my car but they advised me to get few things done from Honda dealer itself. I just literally saved my money.Great experience and being new in the city I am definitely gonna trust them for my car repairs and refer my friends too.

We received a dent from someone backing into us at the gas station. Scott did an excellent job removing it and providing excellent and friendly customer service. Paul was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and nice to work with! The whole process was super easy from pulling in to get an estimate to having the repairs done. I experienced a car accident for the first time and had some minor body damage on my vehicle. Caliber staff were able to prepare an estimate for me quickly (with more affordable pricing than another body shop I got an estimate from), answer all of my questions, and work directly with my insurance company to make the process very easy for me. The repair was done quickly and my car looks brand new. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. I would definitely go back if I needed body work done again and recommend them to friends/family. Very positive experience overall.

I was beyond impressed with Caliber Madison West. The entire drivers side of my Tahoe was swiped while I was parked on the street a couple weeks ago. I was directed to Caliber Madison West through Geico Insurance. When my vehicle was finished, the work was meticulously perfect. No signs of any damage whatsoever and finished in one day. I had my Prius repaired at the body shop on Odana Dr. in Madison, WI.They did a fantastic job, and were very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I was a little confused at first when I went to drop off my car because the location was the same as Abra Auto Body. But Abra was bought out by Caliber Collision, and all the same employees were still there when Abra owned it. (I had used Abra before.) I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs auto body repair! I was very happy with the professional service I received, and best of all my care looks perfect again!

Caliber Collision used to be Abra Auto Body on Odana Rd. We were very happy with the work Abra did for us in the past and I was very pleased to see that Caliber retained the same employees, in particular, Lisa, the woman who staffs the front desk and phone. Shes always very friendly and helpful and makes a great first impression for the business. Caliber provided excellent service with our recent repairs and are an approved shop with USAA so the claim was handled quickly and easily. We worked with Dominic for this repair and were very pleased with his handling of these repairs. I received daily text updates and the car was done when promised. The car looks like new again.

The first time I needed serious car repairs my insurance sent me here, but Ive been back any time its been needed since. The staff are easy to work with and keep me in the loop for anything that matters. Ive never had an issue with the quality of their work or character and as such I cant recommend them enough.

The front bumper, front fender and headlight were repaired and painted at Caliber Auto Body on Odanna Rd., in Madison, WI. I came in from the East Coast, visiting family here, and I was delighted with the friendly staff and quick service I received. The finish results were beautiful, and I have been restoring classic cars for 50 years, so I can tell when the work is really good.This shop is super organized, so when they tell you your car will be finished in three days, you can count on them. Where do I start? During one of the many snow storms we had in the past few weeks I got a little rowdy behind the wheel, which ended up causing some concerning damage to my vehicle. Anywhere from suspension, to body work. My car was in need of some TLC ASAP. In the past I have serviced my car at a multitude of places. Never had I felt it was necessary to give a dealership a review for something they do on a day to day basis. Caliber Collision on the other hand earned it. From when the tow truck driver dropped it off, to day to day communication, to picking the vehicle up with a clean interior/ exterior, which is important to me. I had a bid with in a matter of a day or so, both an insurance bid, as well as a customer paid bid. I felt the staff was knowledgeable which also led me to believe they knew what they were doing, and I could trust them with the work I was provided. They did all they did to get me back on the road, and keep things realistically, affordable. All in all, from here on out, because of the experience I had, I will now keep Caliber Collision in mind when giving friends and family any automotive recommendations.Thank you!

Shattered my rear windshield at 8pm on Monday, Caliber ordered the replacement and had it installed by 10am on Wednesday. Great service and friendly staff. The timeliness was very appreciated.

This was our first experience getting repairs at a body shop, and we were very pleased with Caliber. Getting your car repaired after an accident, no matter how mild, is never a fun experience, and the staff here really get that. Everyone was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They did amazing work, *incredibly* fast. But, I think most importantly, everyone was *very* straightforward and honest throughout the process. Not once did it feel like I was being cheated or scammed, which has been my experience with other car repair places I’ve gone to in the past.Hopefully, I won’t need any more vehicle repair any time soon, but if I do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After an accident in my garage I needed body work to the front of my car. Dominic met with me and give me a quote within a few minutes. My car was completed earlier than expected. They detailed it in time to pick up. This is unfortunately the second car I have taken there, but I would not hesitate to give them any business I ever need.

I took a guitar amp flight case to them that had some bent tongue and groove aluminum rails. I really struggled on my own with how to fix it without breaking the case. The manager Paul looked at it and came back with the right tool to pull it out straight. Expert service in a friendly atmosphere. I have had a very positive experience there and will be taking my automobile body work to be done here.

Years later, the paint started peeling on the bumper, I brought the vehicle with the paperwork from 2016 and easy-peasy no questions asked. We scheduled an appointment to replace the bumper for a couple of weeks later. I waited about 45 minutes for them to replace the bumper. Everyone who works there is nice and friendly and organized. A few years ago after hail damage I went to a different repair place in Madison, WI and the whole experience was horrible. Highly recommend Calliber Collision on Odana. It is not fun to have to get your vehicle repaired. They make it as painless as possible.

I hit a deer and took my vehicle to Caliber Collision. This was the first time I have worked with they. The staff was very friendly and professional right when I walked in the door. I received text updates throughout the process. I was able to get my vehicle back really fast and it looks great. I think we very impressed with how easy it was to work them. I went to Caliber Collision to ask about repairing a scuff mark on the R side of my car and some small scratches on the L front door. The young man I spoke to buffed out the scuff mark and suggested that I purchase a pen to touch up the marks before I resorted to a more expensive repair and offered to help with that repair. How can you ask for more? This level of service is congruent with other work that that Caliber Collision has provided in the past. I am providing this feedback independently because good work should be acknowledged.

I had my car towed here after an accident that crushed two doors on my car. The only complaint I would have about the process was entirely due to supply chain issues and shipping of parts, thanks to COVID, which were entirely out of their control. Even still, they gave me daily updates about the expected part deliveries, and tracking them. The quality at the end was outstanding. I had worries since I had no say in what was approved by my insurance, but Caliber took care of it all to a high degree of quality. They even topped off my gas tank.

After my wife and I got into an accident we took the car here for an assessment of the damage. When my wife dropped off the car she was met with amazing service and plenty of kind people to walk her through everything and get her to the rental car. They assessed the car quickly which was also great! When I went there on Friday after hours to get our personal things from the car and the plates a couple employees that were there didnt hesitate to show us where to find the car and bring some tools in case we needed them to take off the plates. Great experience all around!

I had some damage on my vehicle from someone else scraping me and they made my bumper look completely brand new!! I went through the other person’s insurance and it was a super smooth process; the rental car company was super easy to navigate through them, and their customer service was absolutely exemplary. They washed and cleaned my car afterwards and even put on the replacement windshield wipers I bought because I didn’t know how. I highly recommend this company!

Originally I was overcharged, possibly due to insufficient communication. Receiving my feedback, the manager is responsible enough to call me and address my concerns. Work was done during Covid-19 pandemic and staff was all wearing masks with mask signs posted. Car was cleaned and disinfected prior to pick up.

I took my car into Caliber Collision yesterday to get a repair estimate. The receptionist and service advisor were very helpful and courteous. My service advisor, Paul, walked me through the repair options. We took the car into their bay and he pointed out what would be done in each scenario covering the pros and cons of each. In the end he was able to do what I needed while I waited. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of what he was able to do. Will definitely go back for any future work.

Fixing a car after an accident is stressful to say the least. My door was smashed in and needed to be replaced, so I handed the car over to Caliber Collision. They worked quickly and under the guarantee that the vehicle would be pre-accident condition. I used a rental car for about a week and when my vehicle was returned it was nearly perfect. There was a small defect that only the owner of the car would notice and I knew this. So, I told Caliber Collision about this small unnoticeable defect and they immediately started working on a fix. They guaranteed a pre-accident condition vehicle, even the small unnoticeable things, and thats what they did. If you are looking for your car to go back to the way it was before an accident, then Caliber Collision is the repair shop for you.

They took my vehicle in ASAP to fix my it before my Mother in laws funeral. I made an error in judgement and needed it fixed right away. These people will do whatever they can to help someone in need. Such kind and caring people!!!

I wanted to start out by saying my interactions with Paul, and the rest of the staff, was great! Very friendly and professional. But the quality of the repair was where the kudos stopped. The first bumper installed on my vehicle was aftermarket and there were numerous fit issues and paint flaws. The fit issues I understand were due to the aftermarket bumper, but the pain issues were just a lack of attention to detail. Once the bumper was changed out to OEM issues with the fender repair, and attention to detail, were highlighted. The bumper kept coming un-seated from the retaining clip and sticking out. It was clear the fender was not in the right spot. When I went to remove the corner of the bumper to correct this, I found numerous fasteners missing and one retaining bracket just laying under the hood. I can only assume that this is because the technician used an air tool, or battery powered driver, to put in the bolt and completely broke the brand new retaining bracket. The fender alignment took 2 minutes and now the bumper is aligned properly and won’t pop out by itself. I am still stuck with an upper retaining bracket that’s broken but I am not going back! Some quality control checks in the repair process, and once the vehicle is completed, could go a long way!

I had a very unique need/issue with a suspension component on an older vehicle I own. I reached out to Caliber Collision and it was the best decision I have made. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by Lisa at the front desk, and then Paul Enerson the shop manager. They were welcoming, professional, and upon reviewing and inspecting my vehicle I was given detailed description of the needed work, timeframe, cost involved, and I continued to receive daily updates via text messages throughout the entire process letting me know the progress that was being made. The work on my car was completed to my satisfaction and exactly by the deadline promised to me. I will continue to be a Caliber Collision client in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Staff was attentive, professional and following all COVID guidelines. They immediately got my car in to assess the damage and gave me an honest opinion about how to proceed. The only damage was to a mostly useless part so they just removed it at no charge and sent me on my way. CC will be my choice if I need work in the future

I came here after an accident left a giant gash in my bumper, and Caliber made everything about the repair so seamless. The repair itself was very well done too, and took less than 2 days! They were able to repair my original bumper, and you cant tell there was ever any damage. Incredible work!! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I brought my car to ABRA a few years ago when I backed into a McDonalds sign in Cottage Grove. A few weeks ago, I was rear-ended, and I found out that ABRA had become Caliber Collision. They’re the same people and they do the same quality work. Tim was my contact, and he was awesome. The woman who runs the front desk is also really awesome. Caliber did everything with the other person’s insurance so everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Caliber!!

This place was called ABRA and now is a location of Caliber Collision, a national chain. I am completely satisfied with their service. My car was in Jan 21, 2020. They had my damaged door replaced, painted and checked, and I picked up my car in Jan 23!!! What a speed! They work with my insurance company closely and everything went smoothly. Paul, the repair staff worked with my car even sends me daily email updates. Absolutely recommend this shop!
