Had my new truck detailed there. It has these whit residue all over the inside like they just sprayed the interior and left it. Looked ok right away but once in dried it was a mess. Never going there again.

I brought my vehicle in to Madison auto Detail a while back for a full detail. Had a very good experience. My car left their shop looking better than when I bought it from the dealership. I would definitely recommend you to bring your truck or car there. Their staff did a great job and in a timely fashion. And a very reasonable price.

I just had my SUV detailed here last week and it came out looking like it did at the dealership! Every speck of dust, dirt and dog hair.. gone! Great customer service and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I had someone take my vehicle here for me. Had detail inside and out. Highly overpriced for the job quality of work. I had to clean the inside windows as there were streaks. Found many spots and areas that were missed to be cleaned. The next day my daughter spilled her drink, which was a light colored drink, so I cleaned it and found dark color rather than only her drink color, so I know that they only spot cleaned and didnt deep clean. Wished we took it where we usually go to. Okay, I see these other great reviews, but I wonder if they pick and choose who they do a great job on and only a quick clean for others. Makes me wonder if the business bases their work on who the customer is, profile the customer, to determine how detailed they do their job, which is horrible service. The person I had take it in is an extremely respectful, laid back person oh and not my color..... Ashame if this business is the type that you have to be the aggressive/demanding type to get what you pay for. I will not stand by a business like that. Oh and my car is not the type of car that is filthy type either. I keep my vehicle clean.

Took it in the first time only to have it not be completely finished and see several missed spots and completely missed areas. Spoke to the owner who assured me it would be taken care of on a separate visit since I couldnt stay any longer the same day. Dropped it off just after open a separate day where by the end of the day he was scrambling to get it done and ended up being another half job. Owner seems to be a nice dude but overbooked himself and couldnt do a full job up to a respectable standard. After the second visit I relented and gave up. It was an unprofessional job and left me very frustrated overall, and I wished Id just got a refund after the first visit.

My son and I both had our cars detailed at the same time. The service given was excellent. It was certainly beyond my expectations. They even gave us a ride to East Towne while the work was being done. Thank you so much for your hard work and effort. We will definitely be recommending you to those we know.

I cannot say enough good things about Madison Auto Detail. I took my 10 year old BMW in to be detailed and it came out looking like a brand new car! Ive been bringing in our Saab convertible and Honda CR-V for about two years now. After an exterior detail, both cars look AMAZING. Had the headlights cleared on the CR-V (2006) and they look brand new. Everything weve had done there is top-notch. Highly recommend.

Bad place, did a poor job and ended up with swirl marks all over my new vehicle. Had to go back and have them fix it, still not the same... And we are talking about a new 2017 Tacoma which I can assure you did not have swirl marks earlier. The owner also had the audacity to reply to my post, when he had no clue what his people were doing. A friend of mine said when it comes to detailing you get what you pay for, sadly he was right.... Oh dont forget they didnt know how start the truck coz it was a stick.

Just picked up my car....WOW!! My car smells and looks awesome!! What a great job. Travis was very easy to work with before and after. Went over the car when I dropped it off and at pick up. I know its been said before but it looks better than when I purchased the vehicle 3 years ago. Thanks again and I will be back for future needs!!

Im sure they do excellent work.I bought a Groupon and was looking forward to having my car look fantastic after having a complete detail.Unfortunately, they are not open on Saturdays, nor do they provide a ride to your place of work if you drop the car off all day (not a loaner but even just someone taking me to work. I had a ride back later in the afternoon). The only way for me to get my car detailed is to take a 1/2 day off from work.Im giving 2 stars because I didnt hate it, but you had to pick a star in order to publish and I think its important for others to know they might be in a bind if they dont have someone else available to pick them up and drop them off.

I bought a Groupon for an express detail at Madison Auto Detail. I called 3 or 4 times to make an appointment, but no one ever answered. After a couple weeks of phone tag, I was finally able to make an appointment. When I dropped my car off, I was told they were having issues with the power, to expect my car to be done in about 6 hours, and that they would call when finished, which they never did. Overall, the detail itself looked good, and I am satisfied with that aspect, although there was wax haze left on the backs of my side mirrors. I will not be returning to Madison Auto Detail.

Did a great job on my rims and a decent job on the exterior but the interior was pretty poor. Streaks on the windshield, hair and dust left on the dash and stains on the center console that wipe off with a napkin. Quite disappointed for as much as I paid.

Only place i take my trucks to get the inside detailed and seats shampooed always a great job!! Great job Chuck!!

We do like to have our cars detailed, but we usually go to Octopus because it is cheap and convenient.This summer we splurged and got the full package at Madison Auto Detailing, plus paid extra to have them fix some over-spray from a recent paint job. Here is a summary of what we saw when our car was returned:--the headlights had been treated, but very sloppily. I can see where they were the treatment was quickly swished on in some places, missing others, leaving areas foggy.--twigs and pine needles were still easily visible in the vents at the base of the windshield, that area hadnt even been touched--I paid extra to have some over-spray from a recent paint job corrected, and they completely missed the area by the spoiler--even Octopus gets the part of the door and frame that is visible when the door is open, but these guys didntI have to admit that I didnt go back to have these things corrected because the customer service was so poor that I didnt want to take off of work and find alternate transportation (theyre only open during normal business hours, when I have to work) to have the privilege of having my car detailed there again.I gave Madison Auto Detailing a 2/5 because I want to be clear that I didnt feel that they mistreated our car --no revving of engines like I see in reviews of other places-- but I truly dont feel that we got anywhere near our moneys worth.

Very poor attention to detail. Interior didnt look like it was vacuumed (still had dust bunnies near pedals), door sills still were dirty. But the worst part of all was going to a nearby drive-thru for lunch and sitting behind my own car in line. Very bad sign when they use customers vehicles to go to lunch and run errands.

I purchased the detail through Groupon. I have taken my car there several times in the past. I scheduled my detail, but had to cancel due to the death of my mom in Texas. I spoke with them, and they agreed to reschedule the detail for when I returned. When I returned, I rescheduled. Then I ended up in the hospital on the day of my appointment. I called to reschedule again, and they told me that they could not honor my Groupon any longer. Very disappointed, and will never take my car there again, despite having my car detailed twice a year there. So much for customer service and loyalty.

Stopped in with a recently made pen streak across the ceiling of my car, and they took it off for free. It’s a good day.

Normal business hours for this place SAY he opens at 7am. However, when I arrived on time for my appointment at 8am he was not there. He finally showed up 15-20 mins later and never came out to greet or apologize for being late. I was pretty upset at such poor customer service already that I decided I wasnt going to let him touch my car!!! He calls me and claims he had a flat tire but he was an hour and 15 mins late to open. It doesnt take that damn long to change a tire!!! He looked more like he was hungover and had just woke up!!! I drove 45 mins for nothing but a waste of time!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I have been here several times and have utilized quite a few of their services. I had the MAD Restoration done on a Tahoe that had been treated less than ideal by the previous owner, came back like a new vehicle! Ive had my Camaro completely detailed a couple times and recently had the Opti-coat applied which I absolutely love. The finish was starting to show small scratches but now looks better than new and repels dirt and water much better than I could have hoped. Also had my HD Fatboy detailed, they knocked that out of the park as well. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone whos looking for a quality detailing job.

I just had my Subaru Baja detailed this morning at Madison Auto Detail (MAD). I purchased a Groupon for an Express Detail. It was a really good experience. Ive included Pros & Cons below. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and I will personally go back there when my car gets really dirty again.Pros* car looks good in and out* car feels clean; there wasnt any grimy/greasy residue* friendly staff* didnt try to up-sell me for other services* the manager noticed I had a burned out headlight and asked if I wanted it replaced; it was a slightly bit more expensive than a shop but well worth it b/c it saved me another trip/appointment. it was a pleasant surprise that they saved me this extra trip to a different location.* the tech originally scheduled to perform the detail was late to work so the manager put another tech on it right away to not keep me waiting* I overheard the managers talking on the phone w/ other customers during the time I was there and they were very knowledgeable on the industry as well as being friendly and informative to their clients. I heard numerous times the phrase to make sure you are satisfied or something to the equivalent. That comforts me as a customer.* they performed a free battery check* I feel as though they didnt sacrifice quality on my detail even though it was for a Groupon which I have had that experience before.Cons* the waiting area is not all that friendly; it was a bit cold inside and there were only 2 basic chairs w/ little cushion; lesson learned for me to either drop off the car and come back 3 hours later or go down to Cottage Grove Cafe and get something to eat or drink while you wait* the tech didnt put items back in my car like the items were originally located; maybe I was supposed to remove these items and put them back myself later but this was never discussed with meAgain, all in all, based on what I paid and the service I received I would really recommend this company to anyone wanting to get a professional auto detailing for his/her vehicle.

I took my car here for interior detailing and I couldnt be happier with the service that I received. These guys rock!!

I spilled a huge Carafe of coffee(like 3 gallons, honestly...pure comedy) in my car and Madison Auto Detail quoted me way less than another place I called by almost $125. I told him I thought it might require more work than that and he replied, You bring it in and well treat ya right! which sent out that old-fashioned home-town vibe. At that time they were also running a groupon deal for an express detail and so I had them do that as well.When I went to pick it up, my car was really clean, they returned a $20 bill they had found in my car AND they fixed an ugly dent in my bumper and didnt charge me! Keep in mind, they were already doing work on my car for practically half price from the groupon! In these difficult economic times, I encourage you to choose to shop locally and support the community in which you live, work and play. Madison Auto Detail deserves your business because they deomonstrated integrity and went beyond the call of duty in their service.
