TERRIBLE!! I went and got my car serviced for a simple oil change and today my car is leaking oil all in my driveway. I would not recommend this firestone! Highly unsatisfied customer.

My daughters car broke down on the way back to Statesboro. She called FIrestone who said they would take a look at the car to see if they could repair it. She sat there for over 2 hours only for the guy to come out and say he doesnt have the tools for a VW. How inconsiderate it was for them to say they would look at it and then when they are about to take it back they tell her they dont have the right tools. It is pouring rain and she has a dog with her -- no dogs allowed in the store so sitting outside for over 2 hours. I would NEVER recommend a place who treats a person like that, NEVER!!!!!

They installed 4 new tires I purchased on line and they offered life time rotation and balance for sum of money and i did buy it, a week or so i took it to their location the guy said the tires are cuppling and cannot be balanced and eventually could not be rotated, today i took it to another tire shop and they did balance them and rotated them and they drive smooth like a silk, i wonder what kind of business they are running?? I am entitled for a full refund of my life time rotation and balance i paid since they didnot honor what they sold me, i have the paper work from them when they claimed my tires couldn’t be balanced and rotated and i do have the receipt from the other store who did rotate balanced and rotated them, i am really disgusted and upset with such way of doing business 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I came in to get my front passenger tire replaced on my 2006 Honda Civic right before close, and they took care of everything I needed.The other shop was too busy to take me before 5, and I needed something put on immediately. Sales Specialist Demetrius went above and beyond to make that happen for me as well as insure genuine concern for my safety and my vehicle’s.During my visit, I found him to be honest in his sale and experienced in his field. He took the time to walk me through my options, help me select the best price for my budget, and give me advice on a couple minor vehicle repairs before I left the shop. I bought Service. He delivered tremendous Value. And I can honestly say that I’m impressed.The shop is clean, the service is fast, the price is fair, and the experience is excellent. I needed two front tires this morning, had an excellent talk with front-desk service guy, who quickly found the tires I needed in stock. I showed up in the afternoon, he found the tires I had asked about, and I was at Firestone for less than an hour with two new tires mounted and balanced! I recommend anyone needing tires in Macon to check these guys out. Their prices were the same as other stores in the area, and they deliver great service! God Bless!

I dropped my truck off Sunday at Firestone for front end alignment. They said they could get to it first thing Monday morning, I called them around 2pm Monday and they told me they could not align the truck because it was too big for the machine. My truck is a Chevy 2500 crew cab. They seen it when I dropped it off. They never called to tell me they couldn’t do it instead I had to call them. Very unprofessional.

Steve told me to come back in an hour in which he stands by his word...and I know if he had been there this would not had happened. Then I called and told him I would be there at about 5:45...he said ok...The guyJosh at the front desk visually looked stressed. Couldn’t even give me eye contact. I told him that Steve told me to come back to get my tire changed ( and the aforementioned)and he had a nasty attitude. Asking did I have an appt. and he know it won’t be able to get it today. Before he even knew what was wrong with my tire. Being that I got the tires from here and have road hazard...he does not have good customer service skills.

I decided to try this location out because my prior experience at a sister location was sub par. I had an appointment set at 8 am, scheduled, emailed to me as a reminder to not forget about it. I show up to the location to be told that there are 8 vehicles ahead of me and that it would be a while before my vehicle was seen.What was the point of scheduling if I wasn’t going to be seen until 6 hours passed when they told me to come in.Don’t have a system that doesn’t work with the staff nor the clients. I will be reconsidering my decision on getting my vehicle worked on at Firestone.

Obviously you want to sell tires, youre a tire shop, but sometimes customers just need a reliable, honest tire shop to check out a tire their having a problem with. If you help me out now, in the future I will come to you to buy tires when I need and am able to. If you immediately shut me down bc Im not buying tires today, I will take my business and my future tire buying business elsewhere.

I tried to give them my money, but they wouldnt take it. I had a rather long list of maintenance items I wanted done and called to get a price. They put me on hold for so long that I hung up and went in person to ask. They were also too busy in person to help me, so I left a list of services I wanted along with my phone number and e-mail address and asked that they get in touch with me with a price. They never contacted me. I guess they want me to beg them to take my business. Not gonna happen!

As a senior citizen and female, I am very cautious about dealing with my vehicle being overprice to repair. I know when going to Riverside Firestone, I am treated with respect and the workers their go over and beyond their duty to assist me. They make sure I am totally satisfied with the repairs done. I will take my vehicle to them and no longer to the dealership. Prices are phenomenal and service repairs doesnt take long. I have recommended many of my family and friends. Riverside Firestone employees, Thank You always for a great experience when taking care of my vehicle needs.

So I drive up to one of the bays, which, BTW were all empty. My daughter and I sit there while a young man just stares at us while also staring at his phone. He then takes a big gulp from a gallon jug. Next to him another young man looks at us and then disappears behind a closed door. The other guy sits his jug back down and reluctantly starts walking towards us while shaking his head. When he finally gets to my car; with a scowl on his face, I ask him if I’m bothering him. He says No ma’am. I explain my concern, and he tells me to go park my car, and then I just drove off. I really didn’t want anyone with that kind of attitude touching my car. What has happened to great customer service?? I will NEVER go back to Firestone on Riverside Drive.

I love taking my car here for oil changes. But 4 weeks ago they took car care to a whole new level. My mother passed away- the day my radiator pump went out. They fixed my car in a timely manner - as I was leaving out of town to bury her. They did outstanding service..and I highly recommend them to anyone....Thank you Mr. walker you have a great team.

Poor customer service. I asked for a specific brand of tire. Instead of getting what I want I had to hear what tires they had in stock. Couldnt answer simple questions like who makes the tire youre trying to push on me. I was going to buy new tires and was told $185.00 extra for a front end alliengement. Wow

Great customer service. I had made an appointment on the website, they called me back to say that they couldn’t honor my appointment. I went there anyway and they wereable to put me a priority to get my oil change. This really helped me because I used my lunch break to get this done since I am making a long drive after work. Thank you for being able to work that out for me.

Ive gone here several times in six months to have maintenance done on several vehicles. They do an EXCELLENT job on the work that they do and they have always taken the time to do it right. Steve at the front desk and all of the mechanics are very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Ive gone in for tire replacements due to wear, tire replacements due to physical damage, wheel alignments, oil changes...pretty much anything under the sun. You get what you pay for and what you get at this Firestone is a job done well, by skilled and knowledgeable mechanics, who take their time to get it done right. I would highly recommend.

Usually this is my go to place but I made an appointment last week for today at 7:30 and it was CONFIRMED. I show up and nobody is here and it is now 7:45am.. Frustrated because I am suppose to go out of town today. Their website says they are opened at 7am.

The services here at Firestone is excellent. They are fast, friendly and try to get you the best deals.

Thanks to the guys at firestone for getting my vehicle right, I’ve taken my car several times to one particular place who kept saying they fixed what was wrong with me not having working brakes, they kept going out, y’all was also able to get my air back up and running...i haven’t had any issues with my brakes again and I’m able to enjoy riding on hot days with cool air! Firestone has great prices. I have to get synthetic blend for my cars oil change. They always give me their best deal and have me in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Ive been to other places where they take forever or Ill call ahead and they tell me to come in but when I get there say they cant take me that day. They have great staff and really seem to care.

I visited this Firestone on Riverside Drive in Macon, Ga and had the most awful customer service from Josh at the service counter. He was rude and condescending to me and basically told me that he wasnt going to honor my compilmentary oil change from a different Firestone. This is not the first time Ive had a problem with this employee. Josh is rude everytime I frequent this Firestone! He needs to be fired!

They were very knowledgable and helpful. They had what I needed in stock and did a very good job. I would highly reccommend them.

I made an appointment for a brake inspection. I dropped my car off and made it clear I wanted a brake inspection and added on a balance and tire rotation. The reason I brought my car in was b/c when I pressed my brakes it was making a noise. I get a call advising me that I needed to get the left side left tire replaced, license plate lights, brake fluid changed, and an alignment. I asked what would the price be and stated I really didnt want to get just one tired changed I preferred to have all 4. I gave the okay to have all of the work done. Later I called back and told the shop I would be getting 2 new tires on the front. Got the shop and my car was waiting for me. It must have been pretty busy on this day b/c the gentleman seemed to be overwhelmed at the checkout desk. I was told the tires were placed on and the license plates lights changed. I am not sure why all of the work I had approved was not done especially the brakes. I was told the noise was probably being heard b/c of the tires and that I didnt need brakes. I pay, go check my vehicle out and the lights positioned over the license plate are not working. The lights I just paid for were not put on, the gentleman forgot that the automotive technician told him they would have to order them. I have to return to have those put on and my brakes are still making a noise. Which makes me think did I even need a new tire b/c my tread was still good but I trusted maybe they saw something I couldnt. People be sure to check your cars before you leave the shop.

Super friendly gentleman at the desk, greeted me and had me in and out for an oil change in 30 min even though he was short-handed. They have a clean, cozy little waiting room where you can hang out and wait. Great experience.

I had the misfortune of having a brake pads installed here that squealed for week after week while I hoped that they would eventually break in.My previous interactions with Shea and Steven at the front desk were definitely positive, and going in this time to get my brakes checked was no exception. Steven listened, understood, and quickly responded to my concern about the brakes squealing and immediately put in an order to have them replaced under warranty and check my car for other mechanical issues to boot.Didnt have an appointment but they squeezed me in and I picked up my car a few hours later during the days leading up to Christmas which was obviously a busy time for them. Wanted to write this to brag on Shea and Steven but also to share that I personally had a wonderful experience with their customer service (even though I did originally get some bad brake pads, admittedly)!Good people, good service!

First time using Firestone in the area- I know not all shops are the same but to be honest I had a bad experience with a firestone in my hometown (over 20 years ago!!) so I kind of used that experience to push me away from going to another Firestone anywhere.Their customer service was great and I will definitely use them in the future! Car maintenance is so important to maintain your vehicle- and it’s always nice to find a shop that will do the job without any hassle or bait you in to more than you need.

Extremely fast service even with me being a walk-in. What could have been a couple hours affair was easily handled within minutes. The new store manager Steven is very personable and made sure I was squared away with all repairs completed, all future quotes calculated, and all questions answered. A1 service

I am new to Macon & have tried to find a good repair shop. I scheduled a tire replacement & alignment two days in advance. I dropped my car off at 7:30am. After my car was on the lift for over an hour untouched I asked what was going on & was informed they did not have the tire in stock. So almost three hours later I had one tire & did not get an alignment. Also, the road hazard on works if the tire can be fixed. If the tire is in repairable you pay for a new one.

Being a retired ASE Master technician this location really could use people knowledgeable about the auto service business. Went in recently for a flat repair on a new vehicle with 5797 miles. A simple quick repair turned into a real pissing match dont I didnt want every service that came with repair.

I loved the service I received at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Macon. I had an appointment and they took the car in as soon as I got in. The manager was polite and very helpful on services I needed to have performed.

Car had a flat and Enterprise car rental sent us there to get it fixed but Enterprise didnt do as they said and we had to hang out at Firestone for hours. Shae, one of the guys who works there kept it open after hours so we could drop off the car and he drove us to get food and to the shuttle station to get back to Atlanta. He was the bright spot in an otherwise horrible day.

Today I went to Firestone to get a free brake inspection, an alignment check. I ended up having the alignment corrected, which I was prepared to do before my visit. The guys at the front desk very personable and friendly, and I felt like they explained why I needed what I did need and why I didnt need others things just quite yet. I am very happy and pleased with my service not only at this location but also at the Columbus and Lilburn, Ga locations.

Im updating this review to reflect the regional managers handling of the matter. Another tire shop was asked (by Firestone) to remove the stud and replace it. They (Tires Plus) did so in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. The only really frustrating thing about the whole experience was the way the shop on Riverside seemed to have no respect for my time. I understand things break or things happen, but there is a better way of handling that. Im satisfied with the outcome.My girlfriend and I have purchased our tires here, lifetime alignments, and even oil changes. I made a huge mistake by bringing my Explorer in for an oil change and asked for the tires to be rotated prior to an alignment check. The tech broke the wheel hub. That was on August 6th. The store manager said hed replace the broken hub but that was 12 days ago. I took it back at his direction last week when the hub was supposed to be in but the tech was out sick that knew how to affect the repair. I cannot get an appointment to have them correct the damage they caused. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store or any Firestone store. Very poor customer service and not a good way to treat a repeat customer.

I recently have been scammed by a local dealer, they claimed work under a warranty contract that they never completed. This location finished my work, and although I wasnt able to claim the work under my warranty, they fixed my needs and gave me a break. They are very kind, honest, and straight forward. My service advisor informed me that they believe in treating customers the way they would want to be treated if they were the customers. This is a wonderful philosophy and shows good management as well as associates for this location. They apologized for all my headaches and guaranteed if I come back in they would always take care of me.

I took my car here for an easy fix that really just required taking a plate off the bottom of car. I was treated courteously and promptly, as they helped solve the problem. The clerk/mechanic (Kevin I think his name was) was very nice and professional. They helped tremendously.

I received service in Jan . 2018 , starting the new year off right.I had not been there in awhile because the previous staff/ crew was always to busy to explain anything or either understaffed . The guys would tell you things then not explain them nor give you more options. The staff or crew currently is the best they explained every thing, gave me different options and the work was done quickly. The waiting room was clean , which is unusual for this place .Thanks Firestone for a such a great experience .

Brakes messed up while traveling thru, These guys went the extra mile to not only fix the problem but found and fixed the cause of the problem. The manager ( I think his name was Steve) worked me in even tho i showed up at opening time with no appointment. Really good service. But busy! Call ahead!

This place is ridiculously slow. My husband made an appointment to have a basic inspection done on our truck. They told him to set an appointment so he wouldnt have to wait. His appointment was at 1pm today. He was there on time and they said it would take an hour so he waited. Here we are 1 1/2 later and they have yet to start on the truck. We asked them and now they are saying it will probably be around 4pm before they can do it. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to stick to it? If I wanted to wait 4-5 hours I would have just done a walk in.

Really wished I hadnt WASTED my time going to this Location. The reviews dont lie..We went in on Sunday for an oil change and alignment. After Specifically requesting 10W 20 Synthetic Oil...2 Hours later we received our car back with them putting 5W-30 oil and our alignment in the same condition we came in there with...NO TEST DRIVE WAS DONE ON OUR CAR, NO ONE CAME TO STATE THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE OIL THAT WE WERE REQUESTING...WHO DOES THAT??? When we asked who we assumed was the manager why this oil was placed in our car without our permission he stated Some oil was better the no oil..REALLY??? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!! CALLING CORPORATE NOW!!!

The guys who work at this store are absolutely wonderful. Ive been going there for years, so I know most of them pretty well, and they know me. Stephen, Clint, Fred, Matt are all fantastic, always - attentive, caring, efficient. But Kevon (I hope I spelled that right!) is fairly new there, and Ive grown to love him, too. And this week I met Shay (again, I hope I spelled that correctly!), and he was wonderful - friendly, perfect at explaining my bill, and perfectly willing to join the rest of the guys in accepting me as a regular. I love these guys, and wont take my car anywhere else. Someone needs to pay attention to how well the customers are treated at this location, and reward them for it because they are the best Ive ever seen. Along with Gary Naugle who used to be at this location, and whom I miss very much. Please give praise to all of these guys...they deserve it. And Im very, very happy that Stephen is now the Manager there because he definitely deserves it. He kept me from being completely stranded 35 miles from home one evening, and I will never forget it. And it was all because he cares about his customers.

Wish I could give six stars for this business. Special thanks to Kevan, Joe and Shae who all stayed late to fix my daughters car. She was traveling on I16, evacuating because of the hurricane, when her car broke down just outside of Macon. The car was towed to this location 30 minutes before closing time. The kind service techs started working on her car after their posted closing time, just to help get her back on the road. I dont have enough kind words to describe the wonderful service my daughter received. They stayed open until her car problem was fixed and she was back on the road. I highly recommend these folks!

Terrible service took an hour and a half to patch a nailnon a tire.and it wasnt that they were busy I literally saw them takey tire off set it to the side then proceed to vape and look through their phones for music for over twenty minutes then went and worked on another car and left my tire off for another hour. Ridiculous would never do business here again

Horrible experience1 1/2 hour oil change and then explained oh sorry my guy thought you were the rental company!Not totally sure I trust my car was handled appropriately.. one minute its on the rack being the rental car and suddenly its done!...No inside vacuming even of the floor boardsA total disasterI will go tomorrow definetely and check the workmanship I dont think anything was done to the car at all

I needed to have a tire replaced under-eye road hazard warranty. My son had a pothole and busted his tire. Since he was not in Macon at the time I went and picked it up and went to the Warner Robins location because it was closer. However after waiting for more than an hour without them even looking at it to determine if it could be repaired or needed replacing I was told that it would be at least 3 p.m. before they would even look at it. Baron mind I arrive at 9:45 a.m. and returned about an hour and 15 minutes later. I call the Macon store to see how long it would take if I just brought it there. However, they made a call to their sister store on North Houston Road in Warner Robins, Tires Plus, because I did not want me to have to bring it from Warner Robins to Macon and then take it back to my son. Tires Plus on North Houston had me in and out of there in under 20 minutes with a brand new tire. Although I will never visit the Warner Robins store again for Firestone, I would definitely visit the Tires Plus on North Houston Road and this above and beyond customer service solidified my business with Firestone on Riverside.

Great place to take your car

We were on our way to move from Illinois to Florida and our alternator belt broke. This place was the closest auto shop within walking distance from our hotel and they are extremely slow and unprofessional. We were charged $400 to fix our alternator belt and sat here from 8am to almost 4pm. Ive watched the employees sit around and chat, play on their personal cell phones, and they continued to jack up the labor price the longer we sat here. Why should we have to pay more because theyre choosing to do whatever they want? This place is ridiculous. If we werent in dire straits, we would have never chosen to come here.

Needs to better managed but did everything I asked and extra.
