I’ve been coming to Dixie nails for over 2 years now. The last few months my pedicures have gotten sloppy rough and now not clean! If it wasn’t for Kenny doing my nails i would not come at all. Spoke to manager about my issue and she had her “mom” do my pedicure then came back and Judy did my pedicure first time perfect 2nd time she cut my cuticles so low which caused an infection and third time pedi bowel was filthy water wouldn’t drain and instrument where not clean! I hate to leave bad reviews but when i feel like my issue is not taking seriously as a customer then i will noLonger support that establishment.

Today was my first visit to Dixie Nails & Spa, and I will definitely go back. I was able to sit down and get my nails done immediately. The salon was clean, and they had several colors to choose from. I recommend getting your nails done there.

Terrible manicure experience, he didn’t even shape my cuticles and shape my nails. He then aggressively insisted that I pay before he even touched my nails. I know Dixie highway isn’t Beverley Hills but they could do infinitely better

Google has repeatedly deleted my review as to why I gave it 1 star (would give it 0) for reasons unknown! Basically waste of money, unprofessional, horrible customer service and horrible results!! (I paid $100 for this set and my toes when I shouldn’t have paid them for these results )Update: the nails were soooo thick that a different nail salon couldn’t get them off easily. It was very painful to get this set removed.

Im very loyal to this place now, kenny is my favorite but everyone Ive seen does amazing work. Also all employees are very sweet and they really do aid to you as a customer.

I went in for a fill in & pedicure. The pedicure was decent, not the best, but she did ok. The technician that did my nails? Horrible. She broke a nail from being entirely too rough, didn’t have me wash my hands to clean them a bit, got polish everywhere & overall did a poor job. Never asked for a cut down, never asked how i liked it, nothing. And i regret leaving without showing her what a terrible job she did. After that horror, i was charged for more than what i came for :)

Johnny did a great job. He took his time despite them being busy and really gave me what I wanted. I will definitely be back to see him

I had my nails done with last week. I think it’s called chilac? Anyways... I came in this Monday to get my nails redone because both of my index fingers are already peeled off. They open at 9am per their door and their website. I have work at 10, and my index fingers should only take but a 5 minute fix. I got here at 8:30 thinking I’ll beat the crowd. Waited till 9:20, still no one in the salon. If you run a business you should always be on time, no excuses. It’s so unprofessional. I have tipped them very well on previous occasions even if I wasn’t satisfied. It feels like a slap in the face. Leaving now. Still no one here. I wasted an hour of my life that I won’t get back! Thanks!

Came in and said I needed a soak off and new full set the nail tech literally argued with me about taking this set off. Even after telling him Ive had it for 5 weeks (which I shouldnt have to do at all!) he still wanted to argue in front of other customers about what services I was paying for. Hope this eventually teaches them a lesson, as I know losing one patron wont really hurt, cliché but the customer is always right!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in for a pedicure yesterday which was done by HUONG. One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. I had to ask her to trim the cuticles around my toes, my toenails were cut crooked. She put oil on my legs to do a massage, rubbed oil on each leg for about 20 to 25seconds and never touched my feet. She then proceeded to paint my nails which was very sloppy. It is near impossible to communicate with an owner because of their poor English skills. I was supposed to get a manicure too but I did not. I wasn’t paying for another service there. I had a bad experience once before but decided to give them a second chance. They will not get a third. I wasted $33 on something I consider a treat and should be relaxing and it was neither!!

It is pretty inside. But be careful and check because they may be using MMA monomer for acrylic nails instead of EMA like they should be

Always have the most excellent experience at the spa

First of all, Kim was very rude and rushed through my nails they fell off after a couple days and was talking on the phone the WHOLE TIME!! They didn’t follow CDC guidelines and were completely unprofessional. Nails looked fine but once again we’re rushed and didn’t last long and were overpriced.

Took my niece in for a birthday present, did not have appointments. Got in right away we had Tracy! We loved the experience! I recently have moved here from Montana and have had bad luck at nail salons. We then proceeded to get a full pedicure and Johnny did my niece I had tracy we had a very enjoyable experience! Also cost me alot less than I expected!!! Amazing

I came 8/19/18 @ 2:30 it was very busy got seen at 4:05 the staff was nice but the way they do their nails is horrible. I got polish change on my feet. I got acrylic dip and they are lumpy, outside my cuticles and my nails are uneven very uneven. My nails got done by the guy far to left at the end. I do understand it was busy but to rush and know youve made mistakes and dont wanna fix is the absolute worst. I will never go back again very unhappy with the look specially when I paid $45.

Great nail salon i went here with my mom while I was in town they have great service except for one lady I cant rember her name but she seemed to have a problem with doing my feet at the last minute but luckily someone else didnt mind doing it.

Ive never had a bad experience. Staff is the sweetest in town. Loyal everyother week customer for over a year. No nickle and dimeing, very affordable and upfront on prices for upgrades like art and foil.

Terrible place to get a manicure. $20 and the polish is old. The man had to put three coats on because the drying fan was clogged with what appeared to be a cotton ball flying out threads which embedded in my wet coating. I also DID NOT see them use STERILIZED equipment. The whole process was a waste of time. I wish that I paid with a credit for as I would have fought the charge. Spent 45mins in overpriced shame of a nail salon.

I had a horrible experience here. I entered the shop a little before closing, but was told by the receptionist that I could still be seen. Kent is the nail tech that usually serviced me, I attended regularly, and I also always tipped him generously. However, when I began to pick out a color, Kent proceeded to raise his voice and yell across the room in the midst of other customers that they were closed and I could not be seen. I was embarrassed, and it was very unprofessional. My entire family patronizes this nail salon on a regular basis, but we will all be taking our time and money elsewhere.

If I could give 0 I would. I walked in, the guy asked me what I wanted and I literally said “long stiletto all black with 2 nails marble on each hand”.. While I’m sitting there I can here the workers so rudely call me “complicated” to another costumer cause they heard me tell the nail tech what I wanted, I mean I thought what I said was pretty simple. he then proceeded to pull out the nail shape chart cause he didn’t know what stiletto meant (I should have got up and walked off right after that cause ANY professional nail tech should know what “stiletto” means!!) after I pointed and said “the pointy one” he grabbed the nail colors and said pick one, I told him I wanted black and then he calls my sister over and saids help her pick a color, I looked at him crazy and felt like he was just being rude but I politely said no I’ll just stick with black. He gets started on my nails and doesn’t even ask what nails I wanted marble on and just puts it on whatever finger he wants, but then realized after trying for a hour that he doesn’t even know how to do marble?! (Keep in mind they advertise marble on their nail colors) So he has someone else try to do it, she gave me cow spots! I told them I didn’t like them so she grabs my finger roughly and starts to file it off, I told them if they couldn’t do the marble I would just take all black nails. One of the workers had suggested Crome so I picked the color Crome that I liked witch was a purple silvery color, he gave me green... GREEN. I’m not happy with my experience AT ALL and will be going somewhere else today to get them fixed.

Great service, they were fast. I was in and out with alot of ppl waiting. It only took about an hour because they have several employees.

I love Tommy, he takes his time and does a great job. However, i was short on time and had to go to Johnny thinking that was a good choice. I asked him one simple question and he responded with “ i know how to do my job” #Lies he did a horrible job from the fill-in to the polish! He will never touch my nails again! And to add i told him that my nail was cracked and he said yeah ok ok, and not even 10 miinutes after he did my nails it broke!
