A nice fella named Don (I believe) took great care of me in a pinch. My nails are very thin so he took great care not to cause discomfort while beautifying my nails. He took my precious shellac off very gently. Not the aggressive scraping that some nail salons practice. He’s not a talker which I appreciate. He has very kind eyes and manner. When I looked at my finished nails, I was so happy to see no bubbles and not too thick. Oh I almost forgot he didn’t use cuticle trimmers on me which again, I appreciate. I needed to scoot so I didn’t want all the lotions and massage after. He was totally sweet about it and I was on my way. I’m really happy to have stumbled upon this place and met such a nice guy who happens to make my nails look and feel great. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, neat manicure.

Did a great job on my nacho nails 🤣😅 . Doing short coffin nails where out of their comfort zone clearly. Despite what they think I love them and they gave my exactly what I asked for.Quick service and good quality. Ill be comming back even if they teased me a bit. They do good work.

I have been going to Classy Nails for over 17 years and the owner Don did my nails for all those years. I decided to take a break from getting my nails done because of the job I was going. So a couple of weeks ago I came back in to get a full set of nails and I always get the same air brush design I always request Don because he knows my nails they he was not there. So the lady who did my nails did not know how to do the airbrush so Don’s wife Lynn did the airbrush on my nails so today when I came in for my fill in and I want it airbrush I requested Lynn because Don’s not here and she put me in someone else’s chair who kept wanting to give me a French manicure and I did not want a French manicure I wanted the airbrush design lien refuse to do it and said and the lady knew how to do it but she didn’t so I got my fill in with no design no color no nothing I would never I would never returned them because they don’t believe in customer’s satisfaction.

I got my nails done here a couple of times already and love this place. They are super welcoming and always have great customer service. I get my nails done by Kelly and Lan!

I’ll be honest, I read through these reviews and was skeptical. I went in on a Thursday around 5:20. I was immediately seated. I got a gel manicure $30. I love the color I picked and Vee did a great job on my manicure. Pleasant conversation throughout. She was really friendly, clean shop, and overall good experience. I paid with cash, and with its proximity to my house I’ll most definitely be back.Could have been coincidence but I was one of two customers and a lot of nail techs available when a walk in came in and chose to wait for Vee.

I went to the classy nails for a pedicure and was totally turned off by this place. The lady who did my pedicure was obviously upset she was very aggressive and kept complaining. The Pedicure was basic with no add-ons available.

For starters I was cut with finger nail clippers and started bleeding. That should have been the first red flag.The nail tech I had dug her fingernails into my skin at the cuticles. Once she got the full set on, painted, and clear coated she only waited about a minute for them to dry then proceeded to rub her thumb on the nail to check if they were ready resulting in a big thumb print and smudge.Complete waste of money. $40 to leave bleeding along with uneven & smudged nails.

Love Classy nails.. Lan always take care of my nails and will work late to do dipped nails and pedicure. they always look great.. everyone is always nice and they work hard to take care of their customers.

Location is in Jeffersontown close to several stores and restaurants, easy access to the store and parking is excellent. Plenty of parking. Nice and clean. Workers are very nice. Excellent condition. Can be seen from the main road. Reasonable prices. Relax and enjoy your day looking great.

Vee is the best n si Friendly

Just to keep you from leaving due to a long wait, they will tell you someone is on their way when it’s obvious they are not; you will be waiting awhile. They like to switch out the nail tech you requested with someone else (I assume less-requested), so if you’re going on a recommendation, watch for this. Final ”product” is okay MOST of the time but not always, and they won’t stand behind their work. They will send you out with the job not done well. Also, no card accepted. I have been here 4-5 times (keep thinking maybe it will improve with a different person) and the work is subpar. I won’t be back.

I just left there and went because of the reviews, I was very HAPPY. The thing I like the most was the good job he did and didnt rush doing my nails. Some places I have gone to they rush doing my nails and are there for the money not the service. THANK YOU I will be back and tell people about you.

I went to Twin Nails in Jtown for years. I started going to Classy nails because their hours were better. I LOVE this place. There is never a long wait, they really take their time on you. The pedicures here are amazing!!!!

First time and last I will go. I went in with my step mother, and Don the co owner was quick to tell us we wouldnt wait which we didnt but thats the only good thing that happen. My step mom got Lan the other co owner and was very unhappy with her nails, she wanted a simple square with rounded edge French tip. She mentioned how thick they were and was told oh they last longer that way... ?? She really got a square, no rounded edge and doesnt like them but still paid $29. I had another girl and asked for an almond shape nail and got nothing even close. She asked me if the length was okay, and thinking they were going to come to a point, I said yes. Well most are a very long coffin shape and others are just a jagged long square which is apparently the only shape they know how to do. But I could live with all that had she not used the drill sander down on to my skin and made me jump several times and cut my fingers to when the acrylic liquid got on my finger burned EXTREMELY bad. After a bad job they wanted $30 which my step mom paid for us plus a tip. So we ended up spending $70 on the worst manicures of our lives neither knowing how bad we felt until we left. Ive gone to other places who have never hurt like that and spend WAY less. In fern creek Ive paid 60 for one person to have manipedi which is a lot better in my opinion. Any other place a French tip has been 25 not 29 and mine would have been 20, plus I wouldnt have to bleed. So make your own decision but it was an awful full set, awful costumer service, and I wont go back. They were too busy talking where we couldnt understand and rude to do a good job.

OMG where do I start ! My daughter and I had appointments at 11:30 took them 30 minutes to call us back.They use plastic bags in the pedicure water tubs Im sure to keep from cleaning the tubs.The bag kept messing up and not allowing the jets to work properly. The water was cold. They had to dip the cold water out with buckets because the plastic bags would not allow drainage. They dont use any kind of sea salts or skin softener in the water for soaking to help remove any dead skin. After three attempts to get the water hot and twice replacing the plastic bags we were Done!Walked out without our pedicures!We went somewhere else !!

I went to get my eyebrows done today and the woman completely messed them up. My eyebrows are very thin but very long and she clipped them WHEN I ASKED HER NICELY NOT TO. Terrible. Never going back here again.

The pedicures here are good, but I was less than impressed with the manicures. The bottoms of the nails looked raggedy and unfinished; the paint didnt cover the whole nail. I spoke to a couple of other people who had the same problem.

I have been going here for 14 years and the last handful of visits have been so disappointing. Lan is the sweetest and I wish I could review her separately. This review is overall...1. Customer service is poor. You are rushed. I paid with card and was *told* to pay with cash next time. Don tells people 20 mins and the salon is obviously packed. Customers have left due to insane long waits.2. Few nail techs seem to have experience. Usually lan or don do my nails because the other girls end up cutting me or my nails are so sore after.3. I walked in wanting a basic design on my nails and was told no the couldnt do it. Another visit I wanted to try for a popular nail shape and was told no. And another time I wanted ombre and was told it would cost me a lot of money and only one person knew how but when asked I could tell she was nervous about it. Each time I left with something other than what I wanted.I think they are too busy to practice and keep up with trends. Its kind of like a factory now. When I was a teenager the business was friendlier and seemed like they cared more about you. Now i just feel rushed and ignored.I unfortunately wont be back. So sad.

I went to get a pedi and fill-in before being seated I asked if they had a specific color they told me they had it then when it was time to polish my toes she asked me to go pick a color because they didnt have it. I was furious because they blatantly lied per usual. Then I picked a nude color little did I know it was almost out but I was told they had another which was a lie once again and it was barely enough to polish my nails. I sat in Dons chair to get my nails filled in and he seemed annoyed because the polish was almost out then said the lady that told me there was more polish doesnt speak English. Its ALWAYS a excuse with that man. DON is one of the owners and is horrible all he cares about is pushing people in and out and taking their money. Kelly is rude and always rolls her eyes, maybe one day theyll get stuck. Lan is a sweetheart, needless to say Ive learned my lesson to only go there if I make appointments with her.

I got my nails done last sunday. I told the lady didnt want my nails that long but she was like once I cut them in shape it will be fine. They were not, she was sweet so I figure I would try them out. Less than a week later my whole nail broke off while I was cleaning. I went back to get my nails cut down and my nail repair I took my little girl with me since I figured it would take less than 30 min. I asked for air brush top design they acted like I was asking asking for too much then asked if i want nail polish instead I thought it was weird but I agreed.The girl that took care of me wasnt very friendly. She seemed to be bother by my little girl even thought she was just sitting there with her tablet. My daughter wanted to get her nails painted too so I paid extra for that. She didnt seem to excited about doing my girls nails and I even tipped her and was complaining about her the whole time.I told her they didnt have to be perfect she seen annoyed. I was sitting next to her I was sitting next to her and I was told to move so someone else could sit there (they were not getting anything done yet) then I sit on the other side then she told me to get up. They were empty chairs across from us, you couldnt sit them there???!!!! Then the lady doing our nails procedures to complaint some more because i wanted my girl close by instead that in the other side. I was highly pissed. FYI I spent over $70 including tip on ur shop in less than a week I was threated like crap and so was my daughter. They seem kind of racist and never going back again!!!! I was so mad didnt even waited for my nails to dry. I have been to other shops and my daughter was never threated that way! So Rude! I would give you 0 starts if I could. Have respect for other no matter their race, age or ethnicity!

Classy nails are horrible. I went in for a pedicure today. When I placed my foot in the tub the water was cold. I explained to Lan the co-owner that I wanted warm water and she said that they had none at the momment due to a water heater issue but she had just reset it and in would be on shortly she went ahead and started and halfway through I again asked for warm water to which she replied the water heater was still resetting. Momments later some other ladies came in for a pedicure. They tech working with them asked if the water was to hot. The customer responded that it was nice and warm and she thought the water was perfect. So I asked Lan again why I couldnt have hot water. All she said was Im so sorry. So I made sure that she knew I was very disappointed and I would have waited until another day. And on top of that Don the other owner was in the middle of doing my nails when Lan decided to give me a pedicure before my figure nails was done. I told Lan that instead of giving me a cold water pedicure she could had finished my finger nails until her hot water was working to which she replied Im sorry. At the end of this horrible possibly racist experience I requested a discount on my $27 pedicure. Lan stated that she could not do that. After I fussed about it she offered a $2 discount. They are simply horrible and not worth your time. I do not recommend them at all. 0 stars from me!
