My friend got her nails done, and they are the worst, when she asked if they could do the design she wanted they said they could. She kept saying she didnt like them and he refused to paint over them because they were gel... She went back the next day and were absolutely disgusting towards her and refused to take them off or fix them. $75 for these nails were unacceptable !!

Please do not go here! The nail tech that did my pedicure cut every one of my toenails at an angle! I unfortunately did not pay attention and was scrolling on my phone. Now all of my toenails are growing into my skin. It is so painful! This was my first time here. I will not be going back.

Very loud employees talk over each other, very loud. They tell you it will be 10 minutes, I waited 46. Always have a headache when I leave there. I thought I might have got them on a bad day the first visit. The second wasnt any better. I wont be back.

First time there and never again ! 3 days old and the same day they done them I got home and noticed all these black spot bubble things on all of my nails . 55$ for this is ridiculous . Never again and they way they speak to people is insane ! Let alone they try to work on 2 peoples nails at the same time . Not ok especially when you have already waited a hour to get yours done

I got a dip manicure and it looked awful afterwards. One nail came off after only a couple days after getting it done and the customer service wasn’t all that great either. Wouldn’t recommend but the nail salon across the street from them is awesome!

I went here on a whim with my daughter instead of my normal nail salon. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The gentleman that did my nails was very precise to ensure the shape and length of my nails was uniform. Took great care in applying the polish to ensure even coats and made sure the sides of my nails were not missed (which is a common issue Ive encountered elsewhere). My daughters nails turned out great as well. They moved through the wait line quickly but not so quickly that quality was sacrificed. Would definitely go again.

Came in 30 minutes before close — my first mistake. I asked for a dip set on my natural nails, something quick and easy because I have a job interview in the morning. I didn’t think it would be an issue because I’ve had very nice dip sets done at other places in less time. The older man who did my nails was rough, quick, and drilled my skin instead of my nails and made my cuticles bleed. He charged me before he did my nails, and demanded I pay before ha d, which was weird because I’m not one to pay for a service before I receive it — my second mistake. He didn’t smooth my nails out at all so they literally look like someone put a glob of acrylic on my nails and sent me on my way. When I asked him to fix it, he said it was fine and he didn’t see an issue with it. I get it, it was close to closing. But if you don’t think you can provide the same service to everyone across the board just because it’s close to closing, please tell your customers. We are all paying the same money, we all want the same service. I would have been perfectly fine with waiting to get my nails done another time, but as this is for my interview, I’m stuck with hideous nails and will probably make a terrible first impression.

Ask me who did your nails they horrible. I said you did. I didnt want him to do them but was told to bad. Just rude filed my cuticle with electric file, didnt clean anything after using on other customer. My nails look better if a 3 yrs old did them. Made me pay before hand. My 3rd try all 3 times were horrible. Dont waste your money! Id like my money back

I Love this place they definitely have mastered customer service! I can walk in 30min before they close and still get the best service they can give as if it were the start of the day. They always tell me they can give me whatever I want. I’m f you haven’t been here ya u have to try this nail salon.

Tony did an absolutely excellent job! Definitely the best shellac manicure I have ever had done! Youre missing out if you dont go to see Tony at Beauty nails for all your nail care needs! Also I must say everyone that works there is great! The owners are the sweetest people youll ever meet and they will make sure you are 100% satisfied with their services!!

My nails look amazing. I had powder gel dip and I asked if there is any way to do them thin because every other place I have went left them thick and bulky. Lambo did an awesome job. Love the way they look. So natural, just like my own nails.

Have gone to Trina for years before she owned her own business. Does a Wonderful job. Would not let anyone else do my nails, other shops have done my nails & I had mold under my nail bed. Not with Beauty Nails & spa.they always do a great job.

Everytime I enter this nail salon theres a different atmosphere, some days they are nice and friendly and some days they dont wanna be bothered from napping , playing cards or even eating.I was there today and I thought Id actually relax, but the older guy on the left last chair filed my nails so hard and rough that I made up my mind that today was my last visit here. I thought that it would be better because we all have bad days, but it seems like the same thing different day. Some of the normal steps that Id normally receive he just didnt do, he stated that I didnt need that its more for natural nails🙄. I knew then that Id leave a review to make sure this was my last visit. Ill spend my money where I feel welcomed. Just Unprofessional to me.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened. Trena is the best. Always takes her time and makes sure that everything is done the way I want it. I live in Indiana now and I still drive to Beauty Nail and Spa to get my nails done. She does an excellent job and makes them last at 6 weeks or longer. . No complaints here and nothing but praise for Beaut Nails.

They did an awful job on my nails. Asked for gel they did acrylic. Did not try to shape my nails to make them smooth and natural. Filed uneven and when I pointed these things out they acted annoyed. I was there at 9am when they opened so there was no reason for them to rush. There was only 2 of there . For the job they did it was way over priced and when I told them it was a bad job they acted like they were surprised. I now have to get them fixed elsewhere.

Terrible attitude towards customers, the owner was screaming at a woman with her child, who couldnt have been more than 6 yrs old and was making the little girl cry. Not sure what the owners problem was but I wont be going there ever again!

The man doing my nails was extremely rude. He was aggressive when I did not move my hand in way he thought it needed to be moved. He drilled my cuticles to the point of almost bleeding, acted annoyed when I wasn’t doing things he wasn’t, and even was tugging at my arm because I wasn’t close enough. Overall a bad experience and I will not be returning here.

My wife uses this salon all the time and her nails always look great. My wife has been going to them for several years and she wanted to add additional positive feedback for them but does not have a google account.

Horrible😠My nails looked like my 2 yr molded clay to them. Went back today. They was going to charge Full price to fix them....Really???😬Expert Nails fixed them half price and with excellent service. New nail shop beside Jimmy Johns. Beatiful place!! Highly recommended😁

Pretty decent service even though it seems like they are understaffed on some days. The ladies are very nice and I like that they provide a little nail education as well. However, I didnt really care for one of the guys who kept trying to talk me into getting shellac after I stated three times that I wanted dip.

The service was amazing! They helped with getting fill ins and the girl who did it was super professional, in some of the times (not there) I got my nails done they glued them on and were practically falling off right then....the girl who did mine really seemed to get them on my nails.

Worst nail salon. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They cost at least 5-10$ more for a set than anywhere else. People are rude. The owner (I presume) is named Tina and walks around in six inch heels being rude af. My nail tech literally said, “ that’s it?” When I tipped her $8. She’s lucky she got that. I had to have the polish redone THREE times because of the fact that she cannot paint for the life of her. This place is garbage. I’d rather pay my ten year old sister to do my nails. At least she can paint a damn thumb.

I visited Beauty Nails Thursday afternoon 4/2/2015 for a fill/overlay. The guy that did my nails rushed me to choose a polish color. He barely spoke or made eye contact with me he was totally rude and cold. Then two of my nails needed repaired and he just cut them off and glued fake nails on without asking me. All my nails are natural with overlay so, when he glued the fake nails on they stood out horribly from the rest of my nails. They are too thick, wide, and theyre not smooth. When I pointed out what was wrong with my nails he said thats normal and I said no I dont think it is and I asked him if he could try and fix them. He did and ended up making them look even worse. He also didnt paint my nails evenly some spots are bare and other nails I had polish on my skin. I paid $40.00 to have my nails ruined and get treated like a uninvited/unwanted guest. The guy doing my nails was also rough with my hands he would tap my hand to signal me to move and push one hand away to signal me that he needed my other hand. I will never visit this nail salon again and I do NOT recommend anyone to try it unless you like overpaying to have your nails look like a ten year old did them.

I have used this place for years and they used to be good.... but I went july 2019 and Tony did my nails and he did a horrible job. My nails were filed uneven, some longer than others,misshapen, they were my natural nails. He even painted my nails and toenails 2 different colors! Which I didnt notice at the time because they were similar colors and I was in a hurry. Oh and I watched him put tools he had used on me Back in a box marked Tonys sterilized tools and put them away. It cost me 50 dollars and I will not be back!

I was not able to tolerate the chemical smell in this salon. I did have my feet done but I was not going to be able to stay for the manicure I was planning to have after that. This salon is expensive and they should have proper ventilation in it. I would not recommend going in there.

Ive been here 3 times in the last 4 weeks to have my nails done. Im pretty regular with getting manicure, pedicures and full sets/fill ins and wanted to try some place new with hours that better fit my schedule.Kelly does amazing work, but the owner is downright nasty and rude.My last service (07/07/17) was a full schellac manicure with two nail repairs and I paid $50 (including a $10 tip for my technician). The service was great and my nails looked great-a little pricey, but convenient hours means it was worth it in my opinion.Less than a week later (07/13) one of the repaired nails broke. I stopped in and the owner immediately started yelling that she doesnt warranty shellac acrylic nails and I would have to pay $10 to have my nail fixed.I explained that it was less than a week old, I showed her my receipt, she then looked up on their sign in sheet to prove it, and told me to go sit down.She started yelling at the tech (not in English) thinking I wasnt multilingual about how she wasnt to do another shellac nail polish if I wasnt paying, all the while, the tech looks like shes about in tears. She kept apologizing as she worked, but did not repair the nail as before.She repaired the nail quickly and she put what was instructed to by the owner, which was normal polish and no base or top coat until I asked. I asked why she wasnt doing shellac which is what I originally paid for (I type all day, I know Im hard on my nails) and she just looked at the manager and didnt say a word except this is stronger... all the while, the owner is still screaming across the shop for her to hurry.She didnt even give me time to dry my nail before thanking me and telling me to have a good day.This place is overpriced and the owner is out of touch with customer service. I spend about $200-300 a month in nail services for myself and others in my family-this establishment will not get my return business.For Kellys sake, I hope shes able to get a job in a better shop because she does stellar work. Its not her fault.

I’ve been going to this place for YEARS and i just went yesterday to get my nails done just to have them break less than 24 hrs later. i called and asked if they could fix it, and she said i needed to pay extra. ive never had a nail break a day after getting them done and when i got them done they were super rushed and the worker could care less if they were done right. please if you want good nails, don’t go here.

Worst nail place i have been to. horrible pedicure didnt even rub the lotion on my legs, did one stroke and wiped it off with a hard towel.Didnt even use the grater on my daughters feet. the girls were so rude and kept trying to upgrade the pedicure. Polish change on fingernails was ok, although i did leave with polish all over the inside of my hand. will never go back there again.

I went to this place for 4 years even though Trina did really good work on my nails I got tired of her adding 5.00 for this and that. You might start off paying 35.00 by the time she was done it would be 50.00. They are very rude and money hungry people. They stole $100.00 from me!! This is how bad it really is. Trina went back home to her Country and when she got back her own sister-n-law had went out and open her very own business leaving Yrina short handed because of the way Trina treated everyone!! I suggest you go right across the street to Express Nails where you’ll get superb treatment for a GREAT PRICE!!

We want twice because I always feel upi should give every place a second chance, three of my nails broke, I have not broken a nail in three years, my daughters nail were so bad I paid another salon to take them off. They charge extra for color.

Service is horrible my friend and I were there and she was in the middle of a pedicure and her nail technician left to do someone elses. I also went to the restroom and all their cleaning supplies were in there including toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, combs, hairbrush, styling gel, etc. I do not recommend this salon. I am very disappointed with it

Worst place i showed the women a picture of how i wanted the nails done and she didnt even no how to do it but went ahead and did them anyways and it was a tottaly disappointment didnt leave her a tip and still got charged the whole $50 when she knew i didnt like them i was in there for a hour and 15mins and she was putting the paint on nails and i was in a rush didnt have time for the bs she was super nice but if she didnt no how to do it she should have said that and she tould me to go to a diffrent place if i want nail art dine like this but there sign says they do nail art smh i would not go there unless u want just 1 color done on your nails my 6 year old daughter could do better.very disappointed i usually go different places to give them a shot never again.

The worst set of nails Ive ever had. They were crooked, lumpy, and painted poorly. When I asked for them to be corrected, the nail tech and his wife argued with me to the point I just asked for them to be taken off. The customer service was horrible!! I hope no one wastes their money here!

I was rushed the lady that did my nails rushed me made me bleed & they turned out looking awful. Unfortunately since they messed up on the shellac & its all clumpy. I will be going back today to make them fix it. If you pay $35 you should come out with noce looking nails. I dont want to go back but dont want to pay someone else to fix there mess up. They will be fixing for FREE!

I got acrylics and the shape and color costs 5 extra each. In total, I was charged $60 and the shape on each nail was different and I had one break within 4 days. I will not be coming back. They also treated my friends rudely and their nails also looked bad.

This is the WORST nail shop I have went to!! The employees & owner are loud, over bearing & try to sell everything in the shop to you! Also they cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding & I had a large open cut which the owner responded to accidents happen I have never received such awful service!
