Wynn Nails & Spa was very nice. The first thing you notice is how clean it is. They took me right in got me situated, gave me a menu of their services while at the same time being very attractive to me since i use a Cane to walk. The technician wanted to make sure I was comfortable. After I made my selection which was Wynn Spa, she got right to it. She did all the usual stuff but with menu item i got a Salt scrub on my legs and feet. Also, a Paraffin wax on my feet. A 20 minute massage. The works!! It was great. I loved ♥ it. Went in for a pedicure and a gell set. Feet turned out great.BUT my gell set was terrible. Globs of paint bleeding paint. Very disappointed

My experience was very bad, I went for my birthday because someone recommended it well first of all the man was rude to me, he messed up the color and my nails don’t even look like nails, they look like blobs of paint. My nails came out crooked too.A woman first attended me and she stopped working on my nails to sell masks to a customer. Would NOT recommend this place.

I have been going to Tammy for my nails for 20 years. Always have beautiful nails when I leave. Highly recommend.

Hell Nails chipped after a few days because they didn’t cure all the way and my pedicure is bad

Wanted to get a pedi before i went out of town and I came here because Ive been here before. I walked in and was seated. I was seated in the last chair in the back away from everyone else. Soaked my feet and noticed all the women before me were now done. They got their hands done too. A few more ladies walked in after me. They were all helped before me and i was there first. My water got so cold i couldnt keep my feet in the water anymore. After being there for 35 min with no service or any other employee speaking to me I put my shoes on and Left! I will never go back, and to think i was going to take my kids! Nope no maam no sir no way no how!

My experience has been great up until today. Tammy had to come in on her day off and it was clear she did not want to work..and I understand that. HOWEVER she changed the price on me at the register and as she kept breaking the price down she changed what she was charging me for each time. I WILL NEVER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND THEM.

The lady who help me didn’t know what she was doing I had to correct her and on top of that the gel nails looked terrible. She kept trying to put oil on my fingers to make it look better but it was bad. Another girl tried to help her and she ended up making my fingernail bleed. In the past they have provided great service however this time around I was very dissatisfied.

My coworker and I went after work, they were friendly the service was nice. The only thing is they make up their own price, nothing is posted. We were getting our nails and our toes done. My coworker wanted gel on toes as I received, they told her it would be an extra $10 to $15 dollars while they told me it was only $5 more for the same exact service. Smh

Service was decent the implements used were in need of replacing, everything they use was dull I thought she was going to rip my toe off. I took my own polish but the girl I went with picked from their selection and her polish has already began to chip. The two manicurist spoke own their language near the whole time which I think is rude they should at least conversate some with customers. The building its self need some updating.

I love this place. Everytime i go everyone there is super nice. They treat you like you are part of the family. Every service they have done has been excellent. I have already recommended wynn nails to all of my friends!!

Hello everyone,My experience at Wynn Nails has been THE WORST experience of my life.First a little back story, i use to work at a nail salon so i am always super nice to the techs because i know how hard they work but i also know the expectations.I came here because I didn’t feel like driving 30 minutes to my usual nail salon that day so I decided to give them a try.I came in on Friday May 24 to get a french manicure with dip powder. The tech comes and starts doing my nails and he takes off the gel that I currently have on my nails he does this by filing my nails and then letting them soak in acetone for a little bit and then gets the rest off (important for later) he then ask me what shape I wanted and i told him the same shape I already had. He took it upon himself to give me almond shape even though my nails had a more natural shape but I didn’t say anything because it was kind of cute even though I didn’t ask for it i was going to deal with it. He finished my nails and as im sitting waiting for my nails to dry so he can finish putting on the final coats another lady walks up and touched my nails and says “your nails are dry you can go home” so I said “ok” thinking i was done but my tech wasn’t done yet he still had another layer of clear coat to do. He finishes and tells my i can leave but when i get to my car and look at my nails they are all messed up from the lady touching all over them so i go back in and the tech is mad and tells me not to let anyone touch my nails after he fixed them.FAST FORWARD TO ONE WEEK LATER:My nails are completely falling apart! This is completely unacceptable i paid $50 for my nails! I don’t know if they use cheap powder or what but this has never happened at my regular nail salon.I go to the salon and i say “hi i was just here not even a week ago and my nails are falling apart” and then i show him he says “ok have a seat we will fix it for you” the nail tech comes and looks at my nails and says this happened because my nails were too long i told him thats not true because they have been longer in the past and he begins to file down my index fingers i then tell him that my thumbs are also cracked (as you can see in the picture) and he tells me he doesn’t see anything and that they are fine. SERIOUSLY? ok so he gets fussy and begins to work on my thumbs as well and at this point he is being a little rough its starting to hurt he gets down to about half the dip powder being filed away and try’s to put powder on top of my cracked nails so i said “excuse me what are you doing you can’t put powder on top of the cracks its going to be visible because i have white tips” he tells me he has to because my nails need layers and if not they will crack again he then gets angry so i told him to just take the powder completely off and i will go elsewhere and get it fixed he begins to file my nails very rough to the point where it hurts and doesn’t even use acetone to try to soften the dip he finally gets all the powder off and at this point ive had enough!! I get up to leave and he tells me to stay that he was going to re do it i said no and i left my nails are now paper thin because he filed them down to much are now very sensitive to hot/cold and they hurt really bad.

I went there for the first time and the people are friendly but the quality is not good. Three days after I got my gel polish it started chipping. It hasnt even been 2 weeks and have to get them done again.

I wanted my nails done a certain way ombré to be exact and the lady started doing them but had no idea what she was doing she got very upset with me was speaking in her language and then on top of that was rolling her eyes at me very rude!!!! I would never ever recommend this place!!!!

I had a good first experience when they first opened. Just went for my second time last night and had a terrible experience. I went in around 650 and they close at 8. They rushed and skipped a lot of steps to the pedicure. The lady was so rough and hard. She made the side of my big toe bleed and took out a chunk of skin gone by scrubbing the pumice stone so hard. My niece and I went together she got a manicure and all they did was paint her nails but charged for a mani because thats what I asked for but I only received a nail painting which was suppose to be $5. So overall terrible experience and instead of leaving with my feet feeling good they hurt from the sore. I Wont be returning.
