Been there for 3 years. Mia does my nails and always good and professional. She is out due to medical issues, her partner ( Romeo ). co worker did not polish with the polish i asked for and I asked him about it, so he decided to argue with me and told me that he does not like me, that he liked my mother but not me. Asked him why he always wants to argue with me, i have always paid, tipped and recommended people there. The guy does not even do my nails and didnt today, but decided to go off on me and be extremely rude to me. If i had known he felt that way 3 years ago i would of never gone back or recommended them to any of my friends. Do not recommend them any more and will not go there again. Wont go where I am disrespected or not liked for what ever reason Romeo has!!! Extremely rude customer service!!!

UPDATE:My second visit was just as good as the first. I will continue to go to this salon!Mia and Romeo did an exceptional job on my manicure & pedicure (with pink gel polish) as well as being very kind and friendly. Highly recommend them!!

Romeo did my nails and he was amazing ! Definitely a perfectionist and takes pride in the nails he does . Prices were reasonable. The staff was very clean and made sure to uphold all social distance requirements. The lady even went around disinfecting surfaces once a person got up . Had a great experience!

Today was my first visit at lovely nails. A friend recommended that I try this place when I needed a new set and I must say I’m glad I went. I did just walked in, no appointment at 10:30 they asked if I had appointment even though they had already was booked full for the day. They ended up squeezing me in. My wait time wasn’t long, Romeo did my nails. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and let me just say he did much better then my photo. I’m obsessed with my nails! He took his time, made sure that they was perfect. The shape and length are on point, They definitely have a new loyal value customer for now!!

Romeo is the best in the world. He was funny and did the best job on my nails. I gave him a picture and he perfected it. He made me feel comfortable. I am definetly coming back!

The salon is clean! The Nail Techs aim to please the customer/client. Ive been going to this salon for just over two years now! They take pride in perfecting your nails( hands and feet). Mia and Romeo are VERY kind! Prices can be reasonable. I must say some of the service prices are a little pricey too me.( In my opinion).Overall great salon for a quick nail fix!!

Romeo did a great job on my shellac French manicure for my wedding. Mia fixed my broken big toe. Wonderful service!

I liked the environment and staff seemed nice. But not even 2 weeks of getting acrylics they started breaking off and was already due for a fill in.. I feel i wasted my money

Love this place! Was looking for a new nail tech after a bad experience at my last salon. Romeo & Mia are seriously the best! They are best with an appointment as they get busy and its just the 2 of them. Anything I have ever asked them to do, they can!

Very nice technicians. Did a great job. Worked me in, even though I didnt have an appointment. The shop is very clean and everything is new and pretty. My only complaint is that I didnt get much of a massage during my pedicure, but my mom comes here, too, and she said she always gets a massage. Either way, they still did a great job.

Had a really terrible experience here this weekend. I couldnt get into my normal nail place but needed to have my gel polish soaked off and new gel put on. I came here because it had good reviews, but my experience was horrible. My nails were already shaped the way I wanted and I didnt want them filed since they are my natural nail and I like to keep them long. She said she just needed to file a little to smooth them out, to which I agreed (my normal nail guy does it too before applying the gel, but never takes off any length or changes the shape). Before I could stop her she had shaved of the sides of my nails making them narrow and mishaped and completely ruining the round shape I had. I asked her to stop and told her I wanted them to stay round, so she agreed and attempted to fix them but made them way worse. I finally had to tell her to stop and let me fix it and I had to file them to shape them properly again. At this point most of the length was gone and I was nearly Im tears. She and another employee apologized but it was too late to fix them. The other staff members said it will look better with polish... To which I agreed, but I should have left then. I couldnt see the nails very well until I left and looked more closely, but every single nail is messed up and the clear coat of the gel doesnt even cover to the end of the nail! This was literally the worst experience I have ever had, my nails are hideous! And they still charged me!!! I plan to have them redone this week at my normal salon, but the worst part is I have to wait for several weeks for my nails to grow back out to the way they were. I seriously hate the way they look so much I cant even look at my hands without getting upset. I dont know if the woman that did my nails was new, but she did a horrible job and shouldnt be allowed to take clients if she cannot do what they want and simply do a good job.

Excellent place to have your nails done. They make you comfortable and do outstanding nail work. Very hospitable.

I have been going to this place for a few months now and I think I need to find myself a new place. The nail tech who usually does my nails really disappointed me this time around. She first of all cut my cuticle on one of my fingers, then 2 days after getting my mani/pedi the polish started chipping off, so yeah I definitely will be going somewhere else. Anyone out there have a place & nail tech they can recommend? It would be appreciated !!!!
