The name says it all! Very professional and responsive company. I was able to get in touch with them right away and get all necessary questions answered. I look forward to great things with this company. Richard was very nice and courteous and took care of us. The property we are renting was clean and well taken care of, I can’t wait to begin moving into my new home! Thank you a better property management company! 😊👍🏼

Applying here was an utter waste of time. I clearly have ALL requirements and still was robbed of my $35 fee + waited an entire week with no response. I had to call THEM to be told I was denied, with no real reason other than they will send a copy of my credit report which I had before applying. I know EXACTLY what my score is and will be reporting this company to the BBB, athe 3 credit Bureaus, as well as my Credit Union to get my funds returned an inquiry removed.

The worst property management company Ive ever encountered! They are complicit with the HOA Boards engagememt in Class discrimination, selective enforcement, vindictive, bullying, and nonresponsive behavior, including financial mismanagement. I wish I had the option to give zero stars!!!

Rented from this place for over 9 years, they gave me a chance when i had no rental history and ill always be grateful for that, they did however sell the place i rented to a company called rogers and rice who raise my rent from 900 to 1325

I rented an apartment from them for a year and any questions I had were addressed. They were accommodating and kind. I also got my entire deposit back except for a carpet cleaning fee which was only $90, and I was pleasantly surprised. Nothing but a good experience from them

I have never dealt with a company with such a lack of respect for their clients. I would dare call it contempt towards any call for anything broken. I honestly urge you to have a lawyer should you make the mistake of signing with this organization. Nothing will get taken care of otherwise. It doesnt matter the amount of rent. They are habitually rude slumlords. Im sad to say, have a lawyer ready if you sign with them.

I was immediately put off by the hostility of the receptionist when I called. I was asking questions regarding specific properties, and if it was self-guided or a guided viewing, since every agency has their own system they go by. She immediately snapped back saying that I should read the listing and Ill find my answer there. (Whats the point of being a receptionist at a real estate agency if you get mad at people asking questions?)She was acting as if I was inconveniencing her. She eventually told me the information I was asking about, she was condescending and hung up on me after she told me the details. Ive never had this problem with any other agency before, this was by far the worst person Ive dealt with since my apartment search. Do yourself a favor and skip out on this agency, no professionalism, no basic social skills, I dont know how theyre running this place.

I rent from this company and they are awesome! They manage my complex with a good attitude and they are quick to respond to my maintenance request. Their apartments are affordable and they wont rip you off when it comes to a deposit. 👍

Office people are unprofessional and extremely rude. If you have a problem they dont care to resolve it or make things right. Just take a look at how many bad reviews they also have on Yelp and they dont respond because they just dont care about the clients or tenants. I suggest to avoid renting with them. I just wonder who is their supervisor.

Horrible property management office!!! The worst so far I’ve been to!! They don’t even finish processing your order when they’ve moved on to the next applicant! They close your application and keep your money!! The $35 per applicant is ONLY good for ONE apartment, once the deny you, you can’t apply for another property!! People if you don’t have a decent credit score SAVE your time & money don’t bother with this place!!!! They will steal your money!! Bunch of scam!!

Rented with ABPM for about 3 years. Fantastic experience from beginning until the end.Best quality about ABPM is how responsive they are. I asked about one of their units, and within 24 hours I had a reply back telling me that I can stop by their leasing office and pick up the keys to check out the apartment. I think Richard called me about 2 days after I submitted the application. In the past, Ive usually had to call back and follow-up with the status of my app, but ABPM was on top of it. Thats next level service.Any time Ive e-mailed them while living there, I pretty much got a reply back by the next day. Communication was A+You get to pay rent online which is huge. Theres no additional charges. Another plus is that you can submit repair requests online. Being able to do everything online was such a lifesaver.Then, comes moving out process. I e-mailed Richard about it, and just like with the moving-in, it was extremely easy. He gave me a few forms letting me know how to maximize my security deposit return. You can also schedule something where they walk through the apartments with you.

Worst apartment I have been in. Deposit was 1200. Stayed there for only two months. Apartment was suppose to go with a garage but they did not give me keys for the garage till the first week of the second month and I was not even compensated for it. Also the garage was a mess. That same week I put in my 30 days notice. They took half of my deposit for unnecessary fees. This will be the first and last time I rent from this company. When In complained they said they had to do touch up paint in one of the rooms(which I never slept in). They will deliberately try to take you deposit no matter what. Also since I was coming from out of state they added $200 extra on the deposit.

Do not use these people to try and find your home. They are extremely unprofessional, i made a minor typo on 1 of 2 applications and they failed to address the problem. Proof that they don’t actually do their job and go over every application. Second I called them and they didn’t answer my phone call after asking to talk to the supervisor so I called on a different number and sure enough they answer the phone. They won’t tell me why I was denied only after 60 days after requesting it. Also these people seem to discriminate against service dogs. That’s the only reason I can think of as to why I wasn’t accepted. These people are a waste of your time!

Extremely unprofessional, rude and discriminatory. They post rentals to collect application fees and deny them without even doing their due diligence. A complete disservice to property owners and potential tenants alike.

They are more of a slum lord management company. Nothing is ever done correctly and if a problem persists, like the plumbing, they try to back bill you because they had to come back 3 times to fix old pipes. Do NOT rent from this company
