Pacific Auto was recently recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience here, and who got a good deal on an affordable car with some hail damage. As a graduate student with limited income shopping for a used, car I hoped to find a similar deal. James Ngu, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating, and he answered my questions and allowed me to test drive a car without ever making me feel pressured to buy. The whole time I was talking with James, I had the sense that he was talking to me openly and honestly about what he had to offer, rather than trying to persuade or impress me in the way you might expect from somebody who sells cars for a living. I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Corolla with 61,000 miles on it and some light hail damage (small dents on the roof and the trunk that are hardly noticeable unless the light hits them just so). I felt uncertain about buying a car with a previously salvaged title, but my mechanic looked it over and didnt find any issues beyond ordinary wear and tear. He did recommend replacing a couple of the tires, which James agreed to do free of charge. I left feeling that Id gotten a very good deal on a high quality car. I would recommend Pacific Auto to anyone looking to buy an affordable car from an honest dealer.

I have been scouring the internet looking to replace a much-loved Honda Element that was totaled. Apparently, everyone thinks these must be collectible cars now, as the values have only gone up since we purchased our first one a year ago. Trying to stay in a specific year/mileage/features range, only a few cars came up. The very well presented 2011 Honda Element from Pacific Auto, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska kept popping to the top of my list. I contacted the owner James, and we talked a little bit about the car. He assured me it was in fantastic shape, and made me a verbal promise after an agreed upon amount (which was a smokin deal!), that he would hold the car for me. My intent was to fly in from Denver, and drive it back home. Knowing I was going to jump in the car and drive 500 miles right off the bat, James decided to put brand-new tires and battery in it for his and my peace of mind. That was totally unexpected, but very welcomed. My plane was delayed by 2 hours because of weather, but James right hand man Don French was patient and picked me up at the Omaha airport to drive me the hour back to Lincoln. Great customer service! We arrived at the humble dealership, and the Element was even better than the pictures. It had been prepared to as close to new condition as you can make a car of this vintage. Test drive aside, we quickly finished the paperwork, shook hands, and I was on my way for a 500 mile drive back home. Even through some of the worst weather Ive ever encountered in my life, the little Element drove perfectly and arrived home after 8 hours of solid freeway driving. James Ngus Pacific Auto, Inc. in Lincoln, NE is absolutely the best, most honest, gracious and accommodating dealership I have ever worked with. James is such a nice, down to earth guy! This is the 3rd car in a row that we got from him. He is fair, and does amazing work. The money you save buying a fixed up salvaged car amazing, and the work he does you could never tell there was a problem in the first place. He has a high rating for a reason, a great businessman doing honist work.

We just bought our second car from James, and the customer service was consistently fantastic.
