Great people that know what they are doing and dont charge you an arm and a leg. Was notified what the issue is after the diagnostic came back and asked if I wanted him to do it and after he did, he was done in a fashionable time. Most honest and knowledgeable mechanic you will ever know

After 6 months, my cars cruise control is not fixed. I took my car to Mr Duvalls shop since I read positive reviews that were a few years old. Unfortunately for me, the experience was quite frustrating and without resolution. Not only does Mr Duvall require money up front for parts before any work can be accomplished, he also does not communicate the status of the job or if the job can be accomplished at all. After dropping my car of on Monday, I would have to go to his shop Friday to inquire about the car since calls are not returned. This happened several times since I wanted to give him a chance to make this right. Unfortunately for me, my cars cruise control has not been fixed and now Im out $160 for the refurbished cruise control module he put in that still does not work.Just a warning other people on the service Mr Duvall provides, since this is a prime example of how hard it is to find an honest car mechanic.
