Urgent Care Auto Center is amazing! I have never been to an automotive repair shop as friendly, Honest and transparent. I have been here twice and will never go anywhere else for my automotive needs!

My truck was at this place as part of a insurance claim to get a new rear end. It was the worst experience I have had in Lincoln at a repair shop, non stop excuses and no accountability !!!!! Low quality work!!! Every problem I had with the work they did they blamed it on my truck!!!!!!I wouldn’t take a wheel barrow here for a tire change!!!!Customer service is terrible, big talk with nothing to back it up!The guy answering my questions on the phone back peddled after I caught him up in a lie and then told me he shouldn’t be saying anything cause he is not a mechanic!Dis honest , no integrity,I don’t know why there is nothing but 5 star reviews ,they probably came from his buddies!!!!Place is a joke!!!!!Stay away !!!!!!LOCAL GUY!

Great guys with excellent customer care. They were very efficient and were able to cater to complex off-road modifications.

Amazing service! I was on a cross country road trip with my friends, my clutch had started slipping. We called with urgency, Ben was able to find a clutch kit in town and could take us in the very next day. Unfortunately the clutch didn’t fit even though it said it would online, he was able to get another clutch from a neighboring town the next day. Once it was delivered, Ben gave me a call saying it was the correct clutch and we were out of there in the next two hours! I would definitely recommend this shop, 5 stars.

The friendliest auto shop Ive ever been to. We stopped here after driving cross-country with a sudden shaky car. They graciously invited our dogs and ourselves inside, got us set up with Netflix, coffee, snacks, and water for the dogs. The car was looked at a few minutes later and we were back on the road in no time. Just the best folks there!

I LOVE this shop! They do such a great job finding the root cause of the problem, fixing it, and then explaining things in a way that makes it easy to understand. I also love the new tire selector tool on the website! It makes it so easy to shop for tires to find the right ones at the right price for my car. Darrin and Ben at the counter are the greatest! If you need a place to bring your car I highly recommend these guys!

Darrin Green and Co were great! On the way out to Lincoln NE (from NJ) for a National Event, my car decided to eat its clutch in Omaha. After doing some searches online, I took it to the shop that a 5 star rating on google. Im glad that I did - the previous shop in NJ had did me a huge disservice with a poor installation job on the previous clutch kit. The shop guys here went above and beyond to fix the errors, of the previous shop and got my car race ready once again - all while cutting me a break in the labor side of things.If I get into 2020s National Event - Ill be sure to bring a case of Yuengling.

Urgent Care Auto was able to determine several problems right away, explained them to me in detail and it all made sense based on what I was hearing and feeling while driving. Highly recommended!

I just had the best experience here! I’m on a cross country trip (traveling from Indianapolis, IN to Salem, Oregon). The splash shield on the bottom of my car wasn’t bolted all the way and some bolts were missing after an oil change that I received at the dealership a few days ago. Darren (hope I’m spelling that right) was so incredibly helpful and kind and took care of it right on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this place or this man! I am so blessed to have come across such a wonderful place and person during this emergency! Thank you guys so much!!!

Had an issue with the underskirt of my Prius and happened to stumble upon Lincoln Urgent Care Auto Center while on a road trip. They fixed the issue and were extremely professional, quick, and no BS. I can not recommend these people highly enough.

We were passing through town on a family vacation when our car broke down. Darin and Ben made this experience less painful by prioritizing our car and getting us back on the road ASAP. We are so thankful for their team effort, care, and expertise. I wish we lived closer so they could do all our car repairs!

Replaced all the tires on my Jeep JK last weekend. Saved me a ton of money while providing amazing service. Genuinely care about every one of their customers. Alignment machine is the best in Lincoln so if you want laser perfect, this is the place. Jeep drives better than new! Ill absolutely be back.

2012 Chevy Cruz needed repairs according to Chevy Dealer. I thought the rate quoted was too much. Urgent and Darren were able to complete repairs for about 1/2 the price, on time and as promised. Glad to have a local, independent shop we can trust for our family cars to be serviced at a fair price.

I took my car to a different “big name local” shop in town for some road noise. They told me it was bad shocks and while I was at it should replace my struts, wiper blades, cabin air filters and the bill would be $1,200…Ended up being a slipped belt in one of my tires and my shocks were fine. Glad I got a second opinion!My father was a professional mechanic and I have a pretty good knowledge about cars. I have pressed in wheel bearings, rebuilt engines, and worked on my own cars for over 20 years. With two small kids and work demands I don’t have the time or the space to do my own work anymore.For the past three years I have taken my cars to Urgent Care Auto. I have gotten to know Darrin and he has always treated us great. He will tell you exactly what is wrong. What needs to be fixed immediately for safety reasons, what needs to be fixed soon before it turns into a bigger problem, and what can wait because it is no a big deal.I highly recommend you bring your vehicles here and get to know Darrin too.

Great service - Fair pricingMy son and I were coming from Ohio and trying to get to California when we broke down in Lincoln. We had no idea what was wrong with the car. Darrin worked on it all day, even staying late to get us back on the rode. Very fair bill. And we made it to California!

I couldnt be more impressed with Darrin. I called on a Friday of a holiday weekend and rather than start his holiday, he told me to be there in 20 minutes to make sure I would be safe on my trip. Not only did he take the time to look my vehicle over he explained everything to me and never treated me like most mechanics do women. I would recommend him to anyone with full confidence and will be going there for all my vehicle issues.

Urgent Care Auto is the only mechanic in town I bring vehicles to. When I managed a limo shop, I brought him all our vehicles and no matter how complex the problems were, I dont think he was ever unable to diagnose and remedy the issue. Now as the owner of an auto shop in town, I refer all mechanical problems to him as well. He is extremely fair in pricing, honest in his work, friendly in his customer service, and as I said, I have yet to leave his shop with any problems. He has been knowledgeable and everything from performance upgrade for ricers, to electrical nightmares on limos, to engine and suspension problems on trucks.Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. I was driving cross country and was having some serious trouble by the time I got to Lincoln and these guys were honest, up-front, did the work that needed to be done for a very reasonable fee and sent me on my way. Another place easily couldve taken advantage of me but these guys didnt and they were really nice, too.

My passenger side engine mount bolts broke off in the block of my 4.7 stroker in my 2000 Jeep XJ and I knew I wouldnt be able to get them out without a welder or heat. I looked up shops that were close to me to limp my jeep too and I saw good reviews for Urgent Care Auto. Darrin showed that he wanted to do the job right and in the end it was affordable. I would recommend Urgent Care Auto to anyone that is in a pinch for any repair.
