Jason is fair and honest. He wont try to sell you parts you dont need. If you have an older car that seems to need a lot of work, hell tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait.

I am more than thankful for the find of Hansen’s Auto Repair. The fuel pump on my truck went out while passing through Lincoln at 7:00a. I had the pickup towed to Hansen’s and he had me back on the road a few hours later. Extremely friendly guy, we talked while he worked on the car, and he even got a bowl of water for my dog. I highly recommend this for the level of service and timeliness.My only gripe (and perhaps I would’ve had more negotiating power had I not been in the situation I was in), was that the “parts” were severely uncharged. I have no issue paying the labor costs for his quality expertise and time, and maybe even a 10-15% upcharge on parts to keep them stocked at the shop. But we’re talking $220 for the same model number part that is $85 down at NAPA. I am not deducting a star for this because of amazing experience with this shop otherwise.
