Darrin is the man. He’s honest and great at diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all kinds. Really easy to work with.

He is the most trustworthy mechanic Ive ever came across. He lets you know what needs to be done in order to get your car running and then will inform you of any other repairs that will need to be done in the future. He shows and fully explains what needs to be repaired and how he is going to do it. As a woman living paycheck to paycheck Im extremely thankful for that. Hands down thee best!

Schweitzers customer service is excellent. I admittedly dont know a lot about vehicles, and they answered all of my questions in detail (and Im sure theyve heard those questions a million times before).Theyre real straight-shooters. Schweitzer Automotive wont try to sell you services that you dont need. They talked me out of replacing my spark plugs because I didnt need them yet.They helped me decide between a transmission filter change, and a transmission flush. Ultimately I chose the filter change, per Darrens recommendation.My trucks shifter cable became loose after they had serviced it. I called them back and they cleaned the rust off and re-secured it FOR FREE! The shifter cable is missing a plastic tab which keeps it in place - it was likely missing before they serviced my truck and I didnt realize it. They were not obligated to do that for free but they did anyways. I will probably need to replace the bracket keeping it together, and when that time comes, I will definitely be doing business with Schweitzer Automotive again!

Ive used another repair shop for years; but needed to find a replacement shop. Schweitzer was close to my house, and Ive been walking by their shop for years wondering about their service. Called them up and they got me in the same day! Moreover, the owner was very pleasant to work with and fixed by truck the same afternoon. I couldnt be more pleased with the service. I will give them a call the next time something needs fixed on any of my vehicles.

Darrin is the most honest guy I have ever met, and Schweitzer Automotive is the only place in town that I trust to work on my car. I refer all of my friends and family to him and have never had a single issue. The work is done correctly the first time, reasonably quickly, at a very fair price!
