My car had been disabled and smelled really bad. Towed it to a shop and they were unable to diagnose the issue. After a few tries and a day later they finally found the issue. A/C compressor. Once I learned it was A/C I called Progressive. He knew exactly what had happened. Explained why it was unsafe to drive it over, and I had it towed over. Also explained a previous A/C repair they had done for me, and why this was something different. Dan completed the repair by the following day even though he had a busy week. Amazing service! Had a.c. issues and they found a temp solution to get me a.c. till i found special fittings. Rebuilt my lines right away for me when i got fittings and due to bad design had them install regular fittings and took care of me for beyond reasonable price!! Thanks guys

Ive taken my Honda Odyssey to Progressive twice and theyve done great work at a great price. First time, they fixed the rear tailgate that wasnt opening by replacing the motor, and figured out why the airbag light was on, discovering and fixing some of the seat belt restraint sensors. The second time, they ended up referring me to a body shop because they found body damage that was the root cause of a sliding door issue. Dan didnt charge me anything for his time diagnosing it since he ultimately had to refer me to a body shop. Will continue to go back to Progressive for any electrical issues!

Easily one of the best auto shops in Lincoln. I have taken my truck in twice to have work done, and both times Jeff has gone out of his way to get my truck done the same day. Also, when I came to pick up my truck, this last time, I asked Jeff if he could help me fix another issue I was having. Without even thinking about it, he said, of course. To fix that issue, it took us over 30 minutes. I asked him how much do I owe; he said, dont worry about it, just glad I could help out.They do great work and have even better customer service!

Progressive was highly recommended by a few friends of mine, so I had them install a remote start in my diesel Ram. The remote start has been flawless since day one. Shortly after I picked her up from progressive I started having a problem with my right rear turn signal. When I talked to Dan he said hed look at it. The problem turned out to be nothing related to the remote start, but he fixed it, and didnt charge me anything. He also explained in great detail about what was wrong and how he fixed it. Highly recommend Dan and Progressive.

This is a truly honest auto shop. They will take the time to figure out the problem, and let you know truthfully what it will take to fix it.I brought in some after-market LED fog lights to replace the stock halogen ones that came with my car.The owner clearly told me it was going to take much longer than expected because the ones I bought didnt fit the bulb housing.Even then, the price he quoted was very reasonable. Another auto shop I took my car to told me hed take a look, and charge by the hour and also said he didnt really want to work on my car since its a hybrid (as if the hybrid system has anything to do with the fog lights!)I HIGHLY recommend Progressive Automotive. A+++
