I need to get four tires for my car so I went to Graham tire. When I arrived I found out I called the wrong location however they were very friendly. They were able to work my vehicle into their schedule and give me a ride back to work. They also picked me up when my car was finished. I definitely recommend them if you’re ever looking for tires or any sort of vehicle work.

I had an appointment for an oil change. Great service all the way around. Greeted as soon as I walk in the door and he listened to my concerns. I live 30 miles outside of town so I was concerned about being safe on my car. That checked things out for me and gave me peace of mind. I will be back to this location for my services.

Went in for a low tire that turned out to be a screw! The guys were respectful, wore masks, and used plastic covers in my car to prevent germ spread. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and paid only $25! They also chased me out of the parking lot on foot to return my favorite winter gloves that I had dropped! Great guys, will recommend to anyone.

Fantastic customer service. I went in for a full set of new tires, alignment, and a complaint of a noisy front end. Received a call regarding the front end issue (sway bar bearings needed replaced) and they were great at explaining the issue to me over the phone. Dont quite understand how the whole tire isnt covered under road hazard warranty. Should have been told that when purchasing. Did receive a nice discount on a new tire though.

I went in to make an appointment to to install a new set of 4 tires and an alignment. I had already decided on a set of tires to install with in my budget before I went in even though I desired a better set. They pointed out the fact to me that I could actually get the better set that I desired at a cheaper price with a pair of $75 rebates on the certain pair. I walked out happier, more confident with my purchase and saved more money than planned. I really appreciate the sale and service.

I had blowout on the Interstate after work. I showed up 10 minutes before closing. It was at this time they had A co-worker go to the warehouse and get my tire and bring it back and they mounted it and I was out the door in 20 minutes. It would have been very easy to tell they didnt have time but they went out of their way to take care of me I was very appreciative.I would definitely recommend them to everybody

It was pretty simple. Its January in Nebraska, and I needed new tires. A friend recommended Graham Tire on Cornhusker, so I gave them a shot. They gave me a range of time options on the day I asked for an appointment, guaranteed that my work would be done in time for me to have the car to go to work, and gave me a very fair quote. The car was ready in less time than they said, and they called me let me know so I could pick it up. While I was waiting, they even offered their van to run me to a local restaurant to have something to do, which I thought was really cool. In a nutshell, these guys did everything they promised and more, and I had no unpleasant surprises.

Went into Graham’s to figure out what was wrong with my AC they quoted me $1500 to fix it saying that multiple pieces needed replaced. After calling around to get quotes most shops quickly questioned their diagnostic saying that there is no way all the parts they told me needed replaced need replaced. Finally took it to another shop who fixed the AC for me for $150.The whole thing is sketchy In my opinion. Tried to bring it to the store managers attention and even wasted part of my morning bringing my car in so he could double check his guys work (with me watching! God knows they are not touching my car anymore). First off the manager wasn’t even there when I showed up for our SCHEDULED meeting time and then when he did look over my car he quickly backed his crew.All I’m saying is my AC is working fine now and has been for 2 weeks. It also cost me more than $1000 LESS. It’s hard to find an honest car shop and Graham’s definitely is not one! I wish I had read a review like this one before wasting my time with them. I don’t like dishonest people and in my opinion lying to customers who trust you to do quality work is a form of theft.Hopefully this review will help someone stay away and make a better choice on car shops

Weve always had a good experience here, and this last time was so impressive that I had to pass it along. They got to our car so quickly and called us to let us know right away. After receiving a flat tire on the road, they were able to send someone out to take the wheel (I,unfortunately, dont have a spare), put on a new tire, and place it back on--all without requiring me to move my car. This saved me a headache, and they were able to do it with GREAT customer service and expediency.

While we’ve used Graham Tire in North Lincoln for years for all of our tire needs, they really saved my tail these last two months. I walked out to a flat tire, other tire issues and a rusted on spare for my deployed partner’s truck. I called them for help (I’m pretty clueless when it comes to vehicles), they recommended a wonderful and reasonable towing company, and had all new tires on his truck within 24 hours of the initial conversation. The constant communication and patience on the phone (a 12 minute conversation) with me regarding my needs and options made a rather stressful time so much more bearable. To top it off, a month later I found myself needing two additional tires for our other vehicle and knew exactly where I needed to go! I was surprised to learn that they offer oil changes as well so I took advantage of that service while the vehicle was in their care. And to make my experience all the more better, they even delivered my Jeep to me after all was said and done! Their kindness, professionalism and above and beyond service is so appreciated and I would highly recommend this shop! I know we will never go anywhere else!

This was my first time at Graham Tire on Cornhusker HWY. I felt I was treated like a person & not like a woman. They were so truthful & explained everything they did. They even gave me a free tire rotation! Other places I have gone I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. I had a 2:45 appointment...left work early for appointment after being told it would only take 30 minutes to mount and balance 1 tire.... needing to get home to get grade school children off bus my vehicle was completely at 4:35....
