Very professional, assessed my situation in a timely manner and fixed the issue in a timely manner as well. I had uneven tire wear, and they identified it, balanced and rotated my wheels/tires so that I could get a little more life out of them. Will save me money in the long run and the price was reasonable. Much appreciated.

I made a reservation for an oil change via their website. I was asked to select two times. I never heard back from them so I tried to call several times with no answer. I came in to verify my appointment and I was told there was none made despite my automated email. Instead of asking how to remedy the situation I was told it happens with computers, you know? Sorry. That was the explanation I was given on why I didnt have an appointment. Thats all. Then the employee went back to doing something on the computer and disengaged from our discussion completely.I would have been happy to reschedule the next day. Instead I was completely ignored after being told it was someone elses fault I didnt have the timing I had booked. Now I am on the side of the road waiting for AAA because of something wrong with what I came in to get fixed. I wouldnt be out of a car or finances this will take to fix if it wasnt for the poor service I received from this location.Thanks for nothing.

I got a flat tire and was having to drive on my spare. I called on a Monday morning and even though they didn’t have any appointments available, they took my wheel and put the tire on it then when they had a few spare minutes at the end of the day they switched out my spare so I wasn’t driving on it longer than I had to! Great customer service and truly appreciate how fast they got me taken care of!

They were able to fit me in on short noticeThey inspected some old tires on my trailer and determine new ones were needed. They changed out the tires and repacked the bearings. I appreciate their quality service.

At arrival the wheel alignment @10am and wheel balance @11am wasnt honored and I was told wheel balance would be @ 2pm. I requested no wheel rotation as I just did that. When picking up I was told they rotated the wheels. Maybe start making notes during discussion with the customer?

I had a tire indicator light come on 200 miles west of home. I aired it up & headed directly to TO Haas, arriving 4pm asking them if could check if had a nail or something in it. They worked me in fixing the valve stem & I was on my way the next morning driving to California. Thank you for accommodating in short notice!!!

My son had a flat tire that was damaged in the sidewall. They were able to get me in and replace the two rear tires. I had a warranty on the tires and they stood behind it. Chuck, Bill, and TO Haas has been taking care of our vehicles for years. We appreciate the great service.

Traveling from out of town, woke up with a flat tire at the hotel. I changed the tire to the spare and went to TO Haas Tire as it was the closest to the hotel. When I explained my situation of traveling and needing a flat fixed, mind you I already had it off the car, the gentleman advised 2hour wait. He had no empathy to the fact we were from out of town trying to get to our destination. We couldn’t wait 2hours for a 20 minute tire fix. So we went to RNR Tire down the road, they got me in in under a minute regardless of their busy schedule. Received great service. Too bad our first choice of TO Haas Tire didn’t pan out. They missed out on good word of mouth advertising.

You dont get much better the personal is very courteous and helpful and straight with you they dont try to make you pay for something you dont need a great place to work the coffee is always on I would give it totally five stars they earned my trust !!

I really enjoy taking my car here, especially this location. The people are very nice, and let me return the original tires because I realized I needed better tires living in Nebraska. I think I’ve been there 4 times this year for my car and every time they have taken good care of me.

I have been purchasing my tires from TO Haas ever since 2003. The service is great! Whenever my tire pressure is low I can drive to TO Haas on west O and they fill it up for me, I dont even have to get out of the car Great group of people!

Needed a tire patched on a Saturday and they were able to get it done and get it done right!

During one of the coldest day of the year, after work found my tire flat and beyond repair. Managed to air it long enough to drive 3 blocks. Very kind, professional and squeezing me in between appointments replaced my tires with a good quality name brand and got me safely on my way again.

Needed a flat fixed on my travel trailer. Chuck gave me a time and place over the phone. I arrived and waited while the tech removed and fixed the flat and was on my way in no time! Price was very reasonable and he found my next set of tires while the work was being done. Best price of anywhere I looked. Great job (again) guys!

Take all my tire needs to this location, they are always professional and straight forward-honest about my my tires and vehicle. I was even told about an issue that needed repaired first and was advised it would be better to fix before they sold me tires, I appreciated they didnt just sell me tires, it wouldve ruined them. I had a bad tire while traveling on I-80. When the AAA tech got the baby tire spare on my car he recommended that I follow up with T.O. Haas for repairs. They were able to squeeze my service in between other appointments and get me back on the road to Chicago in an hour.. Fast and efficient tire rotation.

I sent my wife in with her vehicle for an alignment to see if that would help with a vibration, they told her that she had a couple different things that were broke (one of which would have made her car undrivable), and wanted to charge her $1400 to repair the parts that were not actually bad. I did $200 in repairs to completely different parts and the problem is completely resolved. DO NOT SEND A FEMALE HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO UPSELL HER FOR UNNEEDED REPAIRS!!!!

Got me in the day I called and my tire was repaired in about 30-45 minutes. Seemed like they were fairly busy, which made it all the more impressive.

Checked with numerous people about who to choose for tires and T.O. Haas was the most suggested. Being a woman, I have been taken advantage of by service businesses. I went in thinking I needed a full set of tires and rather than making money I was advised I only needed two. Professional service from beginning to end. Most importantly, my choices were not berated or questioned during these unpredictable times.

They installed a 2 leveling kit on my GMC Canyon and it was completed in a timely manner and it looks and drives great!

Bought 4 new tires and had them mounted. They did a great job, just forgot to reset the low tire sensor. So had to go back the next day, but they got right to it & it only took a couple of minutes.

Service was nice, they were going to patch my tire that had a nail, but couldnt because it was in the sidewall of the tire. They wanted to sell me a new tire, but I decided to ask them to hold off on that and to just put on my spare that I had. Simple enough and they didnt charge me. However, about a month after the installation, I was driving and heard a strange grinding noise and about 5 minutes later the spare tire they put on shot off while I was driving. Evidently they did not torque the lugs on properly and likely had someone lazily use an impact and just call it a day. I know it was done within an hour before they closed, so it is clear as to what happened. My spare tire was in spectacular shape, there was nothing wrong with it and this shouldnt have been an issue. However this incident couldve damaged my axle or my rear differential. Ridiculous that a tire place cant properly install a spare tire when they know how important it is to the vehicles safety.

Friendly staff at check-in and extremely helpful when asking questions. My car needed a new ignition, so I asked them for a quote. They referred me elsewhere to get the ignition rebuilt rather than replaced in turn saving me half the cost for a brand new ignition. Quick service as well. Im very pleased with this shop. Been going here for years and will continue in the future.

I got a estimate to replace a power steering pump in a dodge pickup from the local dealer of $1,200. I then bought a new pump from napa and has TOHaas West O install it. whole repair bill was under $200. Works great. Honest, fair, and good to work with. Best in town.

I went in for a tire repair. They had my vehicle in and out in the estimated time. I appreciated that they even replaced the spare tire they took off beneath the vehicle instead of just placing it in the back.

Always do a great job, on time, professional work and advice. Prefer West O location because they schedule appointments even for tire rotations. Not all T.O. Haas locations will do that.
