We had an excellent experience working with Jared at Anderson Mazda of Lincoln. My mother asked me to help her with the car buying process. She knew she wanted a gently used Hyundai Santa Fe or Tucson. To arrange a productive day of driving only vehicles that fit her specific needs, I contacted a handful of dealerships in Lincoln to verify we could arrange test drives of Santa Fe and Tucson models they had listed in their online inventory. Within moments of reaching out to Anderson Mazda, Jared sent me a helpful message and also took time to send me a walkaround video. He took a lot of initiative to provide me with relevant information before I even inquired. Making arrangements to see the Santa Fe he has available was very easy. Contacts to other dealers either went unanswered or provided me with very confusing / conflicting information regarding the availability of vehicles on their lots. Jared, on the other hand, was professional, friendly and helpful every step of the way. When we met him for the test drive he was very engaging and seemed sincerely interested in creating a positive experience for us. If it were up to me I would have purchased the vehicle Jared arranged for us to drive. Ultimately, however, my mom made a different choice, but she commented several times to me how Jared was the best salesperson we met the entire day. Indeed, a whole handful of staff at a competitor were laughably disorganized and borderline immature. As a sales representative he was far superior to others me interacted with during our day of test drives. Anderson Mazda should be pleased to have Jared on their team.

I am so impressed with Anderson Mazda in south Lincoln that I drive 60 miles for oil changes and repairs. The attendants at the desk are always courteous, cost is comparable to a small town, they do a good job, and the checkup they do with every oil change is always helpful. They are an honest company, and I appreciated the owners way of honoring his son.

Bought my first car from Jared at Anderson Mazda. He was very patient with all my questions, made sure I was comfortable and understood everything, during the entire process.I would recommend coming here, clean building, nice amenities and polite employees.

They put a license bracket with screws that have rusted in 3 years. I had to spend 140$ to get the license plate taken off. It costs close to nothing to put in good screws on new cars. They also do their best to pressure you into buying all kinds of really expensive maintenance packages.EDIT: They are trying to deny I was their customer. So here is the proof. I have no interest interest in resolving this. I want Anderson Mazda/Ford to take care when delivering new cars.

I am very disappointed with my experience this time. I chose to return as I had a great experience on a previous occasion.There was very little communication from start to finish. There was no going over what was done as in accompanying me to my vehicle after the work was completed to point out things and to see if I was satisfied. (This was blamed on the covid situation.) There was never a Thank you for your business ever mentioned and I still do not have my $250 that was waived.On a positive note...the only really good thing was the courtesy driver Cooper who drove me home and picked me up to get my car. Overall a very nice experience. Sales people were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I wanted a leather interior in the 2017 Camaro I purchased and they accommodated me with doing that. Elmer in the service department was understanding, helpful, and accommodating in resolving my issue on my 2020 CX5. He kept me informed as to next steps with my repair and when I might expect it completed. I have had other brands of new cars and did not receive the level of service and care and so I traded that Mfg in and went back to a Mazda. For me the service and support received on a new car is very important and Anderson Mazda is performing as expected.

They got me in and out quick. My only concern was how the severity of some of my car parts suddenly became became better since my last oil change last year when they wanted me to spend hundreds immediately to fix them and now they are in the green. Other than that the people are always friendly and the service is fast.

Aaron in sales did a great job staying in touch with me. I live 2.5 hours from Lincoln, closer to Kansas City, and Aaron was the only dealer to keep checking in on me to see if my search had changed over the course of several months. I wanted a very specific car at a specific price. He would check in with me when something similar came up, and finally got the car I wanted in. I made the drive just to work with Aaron because of his excellent customer service. It was worth it! He’s continued checking in to make sure I’m happy. Good guy!!

Anderson allows you to leave your car overnight or early in the morning with instructions and keys. We really appreciated the ability to do that!They serviced the car quickly and sent us what needed to be fixed right now and things that could wait. My dad bought a car from here and thought he got a great deal so he referred my aunt and cousin who also bought cars. When it came time for me to get a car he insisted this was the place to go.Buddy was the salesman who assisted me. I told him what my budget was ($5,000) and said I didn’t care what kind of car it was as long as it was reliable and would last me several years. Right away he brought out a 2009 PT Cruiser. I knew nothing about this model and I feel he took advantage of that fact.During the test drive I noticed the A/C wasn’t working, but he assured me they had just recharged it and it would just take a few days. The Car Fox report he provided showed it had been used as a rental car, but he said the mechanics had checked it out and it was in perfect working condition.I ended up paying almost $6,000. The car has needed over $3,000 in repairs. This model is plagued with overheating due to the design of the cooling system. The A/C never did work. The car’s frame has been damaged from a past accident that was not listed on the report which has caused the front bumper and the front passenger panel to gradually become disconnected.Our family will be looking elsewhere for my son’s first car as it is clear this dealership cares nothing for customer loyalty and will jump at the chance to unload a bad vehicle with a low resale value on unsuspecting customers who place their trust in the wrong hands.

Buddy was extremely friendly, focused on answering questions we had and was not pushy at all! He went above and beyond to serve us and make us feel valued and not just another customer. He went the extra mile to take our car to our mechanic and pick it up. I would return just because of him.

Be wary of this dealership. They tried to sell us a car with a windshield leak we refused and the salesman then offed to replace it if we would purchase. We went forward with the purchase (cash) and were told to expect the car the next day. The next day we were told they couldnt get the replacement windshield. On the second day, after waiting half a day at the rental car location, we finally got in touch with the dealerships the general manager. I told him we were stranded and needed the car we bought. I told him since they were having so much trouble, 3 days, replacing a windshield please send the car and pay for it to get repaired elsewhere. He informed me that it was Sam the salesman issue not his. That we were not gonna get our car we paid for until they decided to put a windshield in it. He said they sold the car as is with a known windshield leak (known issue with make/model) and the salesman would get a stern talking to for even offering to fix something on this car. Terrible business already regretting purchasing beware!

As with any career in customer service, you need to read your audience. He did an excellent job of matching my humor and answering all of my questions...even the ridiculous ones! When I get ready to buy a truck down the road I wont even bother talking to anyone else. I got my first Mazda from Anderson Mazda , and recently went back to see Craig Rupp who sold me my first Mazda to purchase my second . Craig was extremely helpful in helping to find a used car that fit my needs within my budget . It’s a low pressure sales environment which is always helpful . They really really like their extended warranties and if I felt pressure in any way it was around that topic - however I got a good deal and ended up purchasing. One thing I have found with Anderson Mazda , and with Craig is how accommodating and willing to work with you they are . There were several circumstances around the timing of getting my car , payment , etc that I feel they went out Of their way to help me out with . This extends to their service center where I’ve taken my Mazda religiously . Craig has also been easy to get a hold of and responsive throughout the process which has been a relief . For me car buying is extremely stressful and unpleasant , I always second guess large purchases , and Craig helped to answer all questions post purchase and was very patient and gracious .

I love my Mazda but every time I have gone in to have service they don’t get it finished. I had scheduled an appointment weeks prior. I go in the day of the appointment and had to call for an update only to find out all that had been done was just the oil change and they would not even be able to look at my car. Yes they had let me borrow a car but it is very inconvenient to go back and forth. I think if someone has an appointment scheduled then their car should have priority! This also happened the first time I went as well. So both times and the only times I have requested service.

Garrett was fantastic. When he discovered the work on my vehicle wasn’t going to be completed he offered me a loaner vehicle. I really appreciated his generosity and professionalism.
