Why did I wait all these years using others for oil changes? I went in early on Saturday for my first oil change with Baxter. Cody checked me in and kept me informed. He was very professional. The communication is superb! I have a big Jeep, not only was this oil change $25 less than where I had been going, but from my arrival to departure was 24 minutes. Highly recommend.

Calvin was who we worked with! He was professional, fun and real with us in all aspects of our experience. He even went above and beyond and got me something better than Id even been looking at. So thanks Calvin 😊 super happy still!

I would highly not recommend. I bought a truck on the test drive I pointed out a shake in the wheel! It got late in the day so I was told to bring the truck back and when in the shop they found that I had separation in a tire. But that I would need to buy 4 new tires but according to them it passes the safety inspection with separation in the tire. Separation is one of the most damaging and dangerous thing to drive on. Dealership would not do much to help out at all will not be going there nor recommending them in 7 days the trucked costed $1,100

Great experience here! Sheldon worked with me all evening, even after closing, to get me home in a new car to fit my family! They were absolutely awesome. They have great vehicles for even better prices. They helped me find a vehicle within my price range thatd still be big enough to fit a family of 4. I couldnt recommend them enough and would definitely ask for Sheldon when youre there, hes very friendly and professional! I couldnt thank them all enough for helping me get into a new car.

The service was fast especially to say there were 10 vehicles ahead of me. When I contacted them in regards to concerns I got immediate responses through text. The shuttle ride home was fun, the driver was engaging, vibrant, and nice. Kristen was professional, polite, and admired my passion for building trucks. I honestly can’t remember the name of the salesman who worked with me. Reasonably polite and professional but a tad too pushy for my taste. He tried to get me to sign an intend to purchase my first night in. Not a fan of that.

Went for their midnight madness sale today. My husband was told that most of their used vehicles would be part of this sale. The sale was supposed to be $99 a month and no payment for 90 days starting at 9pm. Got there at 8:30 and they said they ONLY had 1 vehicle and told us we would be paying over $200 a month for it.

Went in for recall part of course wasnt the problem so cost 290.00 and 40.00 of that was environmental waste charge to throw away a starter harness. Really 40.00 !!!! Watch what you get charged for!!
