This place was awesome. Was able to see the problem less than the time it took to get the tow truck. Very professional. Would definitely use this guy again if something ever happens in his area.. He got us back on the road for our vacation in less than 30 minutes. Oh and he helps with your stress level to relax you and reassure you are go to go.

This is an excellent shop, great hospitality, great people! Our van’s check engine light came on and the vehicle started sputtering while we were on the highway coming from Michigan and heading to Missouri. We have a 15 passenger van with 7 people in it and is 98• degrees outside. We stopped at an Auto Zone and they recommended Mounts Automotive. We called, he was able to get us in, fix it, have us on the road within an hour and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Mounts Automotive! If you were closer, we would take all of our vehicles to you!

We needed an emergency car repair while pulled over on the side of the highway with our three young children at 5:30 pm, two hours from our destination. Mark arrived within 15 minutes of us calling him. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the tools to fix it -- and charged a very reasonable rate. The man working here was very nice. And he looked at our vehicle on a late Sunday afternoon without making an appointment. We pulled up to the shop on a Sunday afternoon during a road trip due to car problems. We are not from the area. He was able to tell us what was wrong with it. Unfortunately it was the timing belt and thats not a quick easy cheap fix. We ended up leaving with nothing done. But at least he took the time to try and help us. We ended up completely broke down about 15 minutes after getting back on I55 North. But I give them 5 stars for trying to help us.

After a sudden engine problem we sent our vehicle to Mount automotive. He was very quick to diagnose the issue and while he would do the repair which was quite involved he let us in the direction that there had been a special bulletin on a safety recall although it wasn’t for my year. He suggested I get a hold of the dealer and look into it more. Because of this I was able to negotiate with the dealer to include this repair to be paid partially by Chevy. Without marks honesty and knowledge I would have had to pay a very large repair bill which I certainly would have done. Well we didn’t end up getting the repair done by Marc we would have. My husband has used his services for the company vehicles and his always more than pleased. It’s very hard to fine trustworthy People you can trust in this world nowadays. I cannot thank him enough

This was my first time using Mounts Automotive. Mark was easy to speak to informative, personable, and experienced. I had a pretty good idea I needed a complete brake system replacement including master cylinder and probably a brake booster as well as everything at all four corners. Its an old (although great condition) 1992 Ford F-350 Dually and I needed an excellent brake system for towing. Basically everything had to be replaced. Mark tried everything to fix/adjust the booster to save me some money but it still wasnt going to work properly. He had to replace that as well. While working on the front brakes, he noticed a couple if steering parts that were going to fail soon and notified me and sent photos. He could have just done the brake work and it would have cost me substantially more later. I had him go ahead and replace the bad front end parts as well. After looking in to it, it would have cost me double the amount to get fixed when It goes in for an alignment. I really appreciate him noticing and fixing them while it was apart. Mark called me with updates regularly and sent pics of what he found and fixed while he had the truck. He is very upfront and honest about everything and made me comfortable with having them work on my vehicle. Mounts Automotive has definitely gained a new return customer. Mounts has the equipment and knowledge to tackle about any project. That ability will undoubtedly increase when the new shop in back is finished. Hell of a nice guy as well !!!

Mounts Automotive has done a lot of work on my car. Transmission fluid and filter change, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump and fuel filter, etc. They were good with keeping me informed and even sending me pictures of the work as its being done. Thorough and trustworthy.
