Dave and Zack can fix anything and at a much lessor price than the competition. Had a quote from the competition for new brakes that Dave did for over $200 cheaper and I know his quality of work is outstanding.

Took my vehicle and it needed a thermostat. Not only did I have no heat but my vehicle groaned loudly every time I started it. I picked up a few hours later and not only did I have heat almost instantly, but my vehicle no longer groaned. Now it hums. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness here. Not only that, the final cost was less than originally quoted. That was an extra nice surprise!

Not only did they get the part and repair my car for half of what I was quoted by the first place I talked to, but they texted me the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

I used to bring all my cars her for repair. I had a kinda bad experience the last 2 times I went. They are real honest and reasonably priced for sure. Thats why I still gave them 4 stars. The issue is that they either dont have some of the nicer equipment they may need or maybe they are pretty handy with most jobs but when something tricky came up then they dont have the experience needed to diagnose the problem. Last time they had my car for a month and still not fixed. He had tried putting a few parts in that cost him money and still nothing. When I came to pick it up and tow it back home, I had a young guy fiddle with it and out of a months time that a machanic had it this young guy bypassed the passlock and repaired the damage. Hes got nice tools but only a handheld code reader, and he managed to fix it...

Have always done a great job for us! Fair and honest. Now that Im not in Lincoln, Im glad to have Oaks to send my kids when they have car trouble

Dave is good at what he dose. He will tell you whats going on and what needs fixed, not give you a line of b.s. to make you more money.
