Adam’s always gets me in quickly and has very reasonable prices! I don’t trust any other shop to change my oil or tell me what’s really up with my car if it’s having problems. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

My son had a popped tire. we took the tire in for Dave to fix. we showed up at Adams Auto 10 mins b4 closing. Dave did not have to fix the tire right then but he did. Dave put on a new tire and my son was happy that this tire adventure is over. Thanks Dave we appreciate you!!

We had our tires rotated at a different shop and they messed up the rotors that Adams auto did previously. Adams auto went above and beyond and fixed them for us! Great service!

I took a vehicle here for a pre-purchased inspection and was absolutely impressed by their service. Not only did they thoroughly look over the vehicle and test drive it, but they also explained to me what was wrong how much it would cost and whether or not it was really worth it for me to purchase the vehicle. This is the best shop I have been to in any state I’ve lived in. The guys were super friendly and were patient and willing to explain to me in depth what was wrong.This is one of the few auto shops I have been to in a long time where I really felt welcome, respected, and valued beyond the monetary value of a customer.

As usual, they were attentive to my request, drove me home to wait for the service to be performed (I had come in earlier than the scheduled time) and then phoned me to tell me that my car was ready and then picked me up at home to take be back to the shop where everything needed had been done. They have been my go- to place for years.

This place is hands down the BEST! Best experience Ive had at a car repair shop EVER!!. I highly recommend !! I am amazed at how quickly he got my vehicle done. I had an apt to drop my vehicle off in the AM. By noon they had diagnosed the issues (yes several) by the time I went to pick up my vehicle before they closed it was all finished up! Any other shop would take atleast a week to take a look and a couple more weeks before they could even begin to fix it. Not This shop they knew how important it is to have a vehicle and they were ONTOP of getting it done. Didnt try to upsale ehe was direct and matter of fact!

I went there to get my starter looked at because it was going out and the mechanic was fixing other things. So I went somewhere else because I was tired of paying for things that didn’t need fixed. Went to the other place and it was my starter going out and haven’t been back since.

They are very fast, very good at what they do, and super friendly.

Took my wife car here for A/C repair and they did the job well. I did call and schedule a week ahead and when I came in they did not have my name scheduled, however were still able to get my car in. Affordable, honest, friendly, and quick.

Very fair prices and honest work. Not a chain store, just a local auto shop. They dont try to rope you into paying for anything other than what you go in for.

These guys are great. They get our cars serviced quickly and accurately. Weve been going here for 10 years and have not regretted it once.

So I call this service provider and see if they can help me out. I have 2 subframe bolts that wont brake loose, as I was trying to install a spacer lift. They told me to bring it by and they would look at it. I brought it by on Wednesday and checked the car in, leave it there to have them free the bolts and install the lift. They told me they would get to it on Friday.I get a call on Thursday and am told that they wont be able to do anything for me and that this job isnt worth their time. and that they wouldnt make any money on this job and lastly that they have jobs there that are more important than mine. I then felt as if they were demeaning me when they told me these are the issue you should expect when I do after market modification. (I have completed this modification on 2 other vehicles with little to no issues, this time I just so happened to have 2 bolts seized this time.)I found it pretty appalling to be called by this facility and told that the repairs/modification to the rear suspension was not worth their time. I was not charged for anything, but I feel that people should know what the type of customer service that this service provider offers.I can not talk on the quality of repairs as they refused to touch my vehicle.I can not talk on cost as I was not charged anything.

Trustworthy, reasonably priced and honest. The staff and owners of Adams Auto are there for you and know what they are doing. They will never try and sell you something you dont need. Its a great business and you wont be disappointed you picked them!

Ive been going to them for a few years now and they are always honest, up front and do good work. Ive even gone in telling them I think i need somthing kind of expensive done and after checking it out they told me the problem was a minor cheap fix. They could have done exactly what i said and made a bunch of money but they are honest and have integrity.

Dave and Tony are always friendly and helpful. They get my car maintenances done or fix things in a timely manner and have very reasonable rates. Ive been going there for 15 years and have never had a problem or complaint.

These guys are the best! I walked in with an $800 estimate from another shop, and they did the same repair for $200! My car runs better than it did when I bought it. I will use this shop as long as Im in Lincoln. DO NOT go anywhere else until youve tried Adams.

Cheapest price in town, always friendly. These guys have a really bad rating probably because they tow for the city, but I always call them and I had never had a problem.

When your vehicle breaks down, you have to get it fixed. All you can hope for are honest, fair mechanics to take care of you. Thats the only kind of experience I have had here. In fact, theyve recommended that we DONT fix things as often as they actually DO fix things, and that says a lot - they arent looking for a quick buck, they are looking for lifetime relationships. Ive had my cars and vans through Adams 10-15 times over the past decade and I can say that I would not take them anywhere else. I recommend them anytime anyone I know has car problems.

The two times Ive used them, I thought they were more than anything, honest. They couldve gouged me, but they didnt. They were prompt with their service and very reasonable with their price.

Needed my car looked at right away and they said they could get it in the next day so i took it in right away in the morning. Called several times during the day and they still hadnt looked at it finally called at 430 they said they found the problem and would call me in 20 minutes with an estimate. Around 530 I still didnt get a call so I called them only to realized they closed at 530 so i was unable to come pick it up. Left me without a car for work and when I picked it up the next day they said it was gonna be about $400 for labor and the part was around $250. Paid them 40 for looking at it and went elsewhere for another estimate he said $70 for labor and the part was $120. Waste of time and money. Go to 1730 adams street first. Great guy! Honest and reliable!

I have taken several different vehicles to this service center over the years, and the people there are friendly, fair, and get the work done when they say they will. They recently saved me a lot of money on repairs that were misdiagnosed by another shop. I wont go anywhere else for my service work!

Having to go in there multiple times to fix the same problem. Saying one thing then the other. Inconsistent rude and over all the manager Dave is easily angered. The customer service just isnt there. Please do research before going to a mechanic just anywhere and please stay away from this shop.

Fast friendly reliable

I personally think this place is overpriced. O had a bad wheel bearing. They charged me 89 dollars as a diagnosis fee and 520 dollars for total replacement of one wheel bearing. Wouldnt recommend them what so ever.
