I believe the girl that did my nails name was Helen, she made my nails look like shovels. I’m super disappointed In the quality of my nails. The acrylic was placed on bumpy, and she didn’t smooth it out good, she never communicated and asked me if I liked it or not. She also didn’t shape them good or ask if I liked the shape. I asked for black nail polish, it was a dark navy, and obviously blue. She also missed the edges of my nails, and didn’t paint them. She must be a beginner, cause I am so disappointed :(

AWFUL if I could give 0 stars I would. Walked out of there holding back tears. Nothing like the photo I showed her MULTIPLE TIMES. Very rough on my hands and their acrylic powder burned my hands. Everytime I asked for her to fix something she refused. Very unprofessional, don’t care about their clients at all. Canceled.

They do a really good job! It can be busy, so you always need an appointment. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable, too.

I went in for a gel fill cause it was that time and my nails were very grown out. I always have almond shaped nails and when I went in here they told me they would have to charge me extra for the almond shape (yet my nails were already almond). Dont get me wrong the nails were great and I loved them but I didnt understand why I was charged extra for my nail shape. This is the first salon that has done that to me and wasnt too thrilled about it. I like this place but I dont know if I want to go here often due to that extra charge.

I tried 21 Nails after asking a co-worker where she gets her nails done, and Im pretty satisfied. My first acrylic set isnt the BEST Ive ever had, but it was well done. The prices are on par with other salons Ive been to and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. Ill return for fills and pedicures.***UPDATE***I have since returned to this business and my second set of acrylic was awesome. I already booked a third appointment for a fill, and look forward to their pedicure too.

The environment is amazing and I love the people however the man with the buzz cut haircut and was more heavy set, he sat in the back corner of the room, scratched my sisters second knuckle while doing her nails. He was also pulling her arms closer to him and she doesnt have long arms. Shes only 12 years old. He just wasnt very nice and that just doesnt work for me. Well totally be back but we dont want him to do our nails ever again.

Tony at nails 21 has been doing my nails for over a year now - he is great to work with and has kept my nails healthy! I consistently get complements on my nails. Tony and Moon are absolutely amazing!

It was really good. I did take my two young daughters and honestly for them it was a waste... Will go somewhere else when I take them but for adults it was fine.

I have been to this salon many times and loved it but this time Lendy did my nails and it was horrible. Everything I asked for he did not do. It got to the point where he was just doing his own thing and someone else had to step in to finish the job. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

My lady was not the most professional. I asked her to check on my ingrown toenail and to spend a little love on my heels and she did neither. She also didn’t paint all of my nail as you can see in the picture and the shaping of my nails were terrible. I was not impressed.

I have been going to the same salon in South Jordan for years and they recently have started cutting corners and not giving great service, so I decided to look elsewhere. I was recommended this salon on a city website and I’m glad I found them! I just got a pedicure done by Moon and she did a great job! She didn’t rush me and her massage was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Definitely found my new go-to salon!

I have had a few pedicures at this salon and have been satisfied. However, I recently went in and purchased the deluxe pedicure. Initially I was pleased. But that evening I began to experience severe itching. Blisters began to appear. I suffered for a few days before getting in to see my dermatologist who told me I had a bacterial infection probably caused by unclean tools. Please be careful at this salon.

We made an appointment and they told us that the four of us could sit together and get pedicures at the same time and then when we got there they told us they couldnt seat us together or do us at the same time.

They were amazing!!! They were professional and clean. They were on time and it was very good quality. I definitely suggest this nail salon!!

I absolutely love Nails 21. Honestly one of the only nail salons I go to. The service is so friendly and kind and they are considerate in every detail. When you come in they always make sure you have a bottle of cold water while you wait, they are efficient in time and also making sure your nails look amazing! They even went the extra mile for me to wait on the message chairs with a free message simply because I was pregnant and they could tell it would be more comfortable for me. I highly recommend!

I usually have such a great experience here, but my last pedicure was not great. My heels are still super cracked and they did not shape my toes well at all. It felt rushed and I don’t think I will go back.

I have tried at least 4 other nail salons in the Lehi and AF area over the last few years and this salon is by far the best. They pay attention to detail which is most important to me. They are polite and seem to have great relationships with their repeat customers. You need to make an appointment because they seem to fill up quickly. I always request Moon, she is great!

I have had the BEST experiences here! Ive taken my 10 year old with me for a mani and pedi and each time they are so kind to her and make her feel so special. They do great work and are very friendly. My favorite nail salon in the valley!

The girl did an amazing job, it was the end of the day and she took her time, but I noticed a couple of bubbles under the gell on top of the acrylic, on 3 of my fingers it began to bubble and peel. I think it just didnt get cured long enough somewhere in the process.

Sammy was really nice and did such a thorough job! It was my first time here. They recommend an appointment but they squeezed me in as a walk-in.

Several friends recommended I come here and I am so glad I did! I had a pedicure and a manicure (first time manicure) and I really enjoyed both! They let me take my time picking out colors, and both procedures were relaxing but not too dragged out. I read a few reviews recommending the deluxe pedicure, so I went with it. I would DEFINITELY recommend it! I though the extra leg massage and hot rocks were totally worth the few extra dollars! I also would definitely recommend the shellac on the manicure, my nails still look perfect and I didn’t have to worry about bumping them and messing them up from the second I finished my appointment. My appointment was with Sammy and I would really recommend her!! Also, make sure you have an appointment. Lots of people love this place so it’s best to schedule ahead of time. Although I was able to get a next day appointment so as long as you give them some heads up, you should be good to go! I will definitely be coming back here!!

I got a pedicure and they didnt remove any dead skin around the nail bed and the painting was very poor. This picture was taken just hours after the pedicure.

This is easily the best nail salon in Utah County. I’ve been to a few others and they don’t even compare. I bring my three year old daughter in with me for gel nails and they always make her feel so pretty and important. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the BEST pedi place Ive ever visited! The staff is efficient and friendly and SO good at what they do. They interact with their clients and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and the customers they serve. The whole experience is a treat - cold, bottled water, chocolate, awesome massage chairs, and space for big groups. I will never go anywhere else now!

These guys rock! I’ve been coming to them for years and they always do an excellent job. I love that they try to get to know each and everyone that walks in their door. Their great with detail and their pedicures are never short of perfection. I was a nail technician for 5 years, and have tried several people in the valley and Nails21 is by far the best I’ve tried. They do such a great job, Andy is my favorite. I went to a place down the street and I was SO upset how they rushed me in and out with horrible acrylics. Nails 21 does not do that. This is my new go-to salon! I’ve been to many salons since moving to Utah from California and none were measuring up. After a few years of living here I gave up on getting my nails done. (all the salons were hectic and rushed environments, my nails weren’t what I wanted or I was sold on something that didn’t end up looking good).I recently discovered this place. Even booking an appointment is easy. They sounded chill and peaceful on the phone (normally they are talking as fast as possible).I was running late and called in to make sure I could come 15 min late and they had no problem. I got there and sat down with a girl and showed her a pic of what I wanted. After realizing it was slightly pricier than what I expected I decided to just get gel and no manicure. She’d started to shape my nails when her original customer that she thought was a no show walked in. She asked if I minded going to the girl next to her and I didn’t. (I don’t care about that at all especially since we’d just started).The new girl felt so bad for the small disruption that she gave me a manicure for free! I was so surprised bc she didn’t even ask.. just started doing stuff so I told her I wasn’t getting a manicure and she was like “no no it’s fine. It’s free” (she gave me the works I’d never had done before). I had what I thought was a complicated design and she did it with no problems and did it beautifully!The environment was so peaceful and quiet. It was very relaxing after a busy work week. They weren’t trying to sell me on anything and weren’t constantly putting prices in my face. I was SO impressed. 100% will be back and 100% will recommend!

I had an appointment for a pedicure and full set of acrylics. The pedicure was the best Ive had in a long time. They made sure to get all the rough and dead skin off my heels and sides of my feet. Ive been to other places that never got everything and it still felt rough afterward. But not at Nails21. They did a great job. The price for a regular pedicure was only 25. Thats more than reasonable. The same girl who did my pedi also did my full set and she did an amazing job. The acrylic wasnt put on top thick. She made sure it was smooth and even. I will definitely return.

Great place for a pedicure! I have tried both packages (deluxe and basic) and I really like the more expensive option. The hot stone is pretty cool and they really seem to take their time with me. The massage chairs are great and everything looks clean and well kept. I’d highly recommend this place to my friends. It is hard to get an appointment so make sure you don’t bank on a walk in, especially during the weekend.

Do not go here for french tip nails. Friendly staff but the worst french tips Ive ever had. I honestly didnt have the money to get my nails done, and now Im just in tears as I wanted them to look pretty for my wedding.

I found Nails 21 after trying five other salons. Ive been going every two weeks for nearly four years and have always been happy. Tony and Sammie are who I see, but techs are held to high standards and are all excellent. While walk-in appointments are accepted, I highly recommend calling ahead since I regularly see walk-ins turned away because all techs are busy.

Best place around to get Mani pedis

This is the best nail place in Lehi. I used to go to the Nails Spa, but they are ghetto compared to here. They go the extra mile: giving you water, hot stone massage and mask with your pedicure, kind people that actually speak English, and the business is clean, fresh and new. Only thing is, you need to make an appointment to get in because they are so popular! Its hard to just pop in an get an appointment. Well worth it though!

I just went in today and they treated me so well and my nails look amazing! I just moved from Cali and I had high expectations finding a good place. I am happy I found one today!!!

The guy that did my pedicure did not represent the company well, at all. His clothes were dirty and wrinkled and his hands felt rough and his nails were long and dug into my skin. He did the bare minimum of the services that were promised for what I paid. His idea of a massage was to lightly rub the same spot on my shin repeatedly and he did not massage my feet at all. I cancelled,the manicure service I was scheduled for because I was not going to pay for another sub par service. The lady who did my daughters pedi seemed more professional and seemed to do a good job and was friendly. This might be a decent place, but with it being my first experience with them, I have no desire to return.

Really nice service, nice and friendly people. My toes were done so nice. Other places mess my toes up but here they made sure to ask questions and did it the way I liked it. They communicate with you and make sure to do what you like. This has been my problem at other places where you cant explain what you need. They dont just slap a polish on and let you go, they take time and pay attention to detail. At least the 2 people I worked with. Sammy and the gentleman (dont know his name) and they are gentle. Other place made my toes bleed and hurt. It has been really a good positive experience for me at this salon. Thank you

I have been looking for a great nail salon for over five years. Today I found them!! Prices are great. Service is flawless. Extremely clean and massage chairs are heavenly.

I’ve been here a lot of times but these last few times the manager has come out and raised the prices on me not only that her attitude has been very rude towards me but the workers are good at there job it’s just the managers attitude.

I went here for the first time yesterday after the last two experiences with my regular place didnt go so well. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with Lisa, I believe, and she did a great job! She was very thorough and detail oriented. The only reason why Im not giving 5 stars is because she did cut me pretty bad on one finger that is still hurting today and just barely missed cutting too deep on another. Still, this will probably be my new nail spot.

Got a mani pedi I loved it. There was one really loud customer there that wouldnt stop telling everyone in the whole salon about her personal life and shouting across the room at people. I got a laugh out of it but if prefer the peaceful setting that she was disrupting. I really dont know whos job it is to tell her to shut her yapper though so I dont blame anyone that was working. A tad pricy but worth it
