The best salon hands down!!! If you want designs make sure to call ahead of time and request Britney! She does amazing and takes her time to perfect your nails! The pedicure was amazing they dip tour feet in wax and it’s heavenly. They have so many colors and the salon is very very clean! The staff are super friendly! It’s a family owned business as well. The pedicure was $25 and it was worth every single penny! Will definitely go back! I recommend this place!!!! They also do Gelx and gel enhancements if you think acrylic nails are to harsh! Awesome salon!!

They do a really good job. They take their time and get it right. Their pedicures have a lot of stuff (like paraffin wax) for a better price then most places. Only problem the staff isnt super friendly, they arent mean, they just arent super great. And polish holds up great.

My sister called in to get an appointment for 3 people. We made it very clear that we wanted it for 3 people! When we got there we had like a 20 minute wait, when they finally got to us they said we only had an appointment for 1 person! They ended up letting us all get our nails done but they were being very rude about. When another customer walked they nail tech said “these girls only made an appointment for 1 but came with 3 so can you come back at 5:30?”. When they finally started to do our nails they were very aggressive when other customers came they would do them first and make us wait. The lady doing my nails did a pretty good job but made my cuticles bleed. I really wanted to have a fun time with my sisters but it ended up the worst customer service EVER! I do not recommend going to Europe nails!

Love this place. They are very fast and inexpensive. The gel lasts me 3+ weeks. They always have openings so I can usually walk in for an appointment.

They have a great selection of colors and the space is comfortable and clean. I got gel nails and they didnt last as long as I had hoped but they did a great job putting them on.

Last time I came in I got a full set of acrylic. They looked great but my cuticles were left bleeding. This time I just wanted regular manicure and pedicure. The lady cut my finger with her drill twice and didnt get off all of the previous polish before putting on the color and not doing anything else. She did a very mediocre job on the polish. The pedicure was very rushed and the polish doesnt look very well. Both end results were lumpy and sheer. My mom and I were there for 2 hours and only about 20 minutes was spent on the manicure and pedicure combined. I couldve gotten a better result doing this at home myself. Its cheap for a reason but still not worth it

Im new to this area and was looking for a permanent place to spend my money, and this was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Im not exaggerating. They had me in and out of the chair in 20 minutes. He made my cuticles bleed and was in such a rush to get to the next person, he barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. Horrible experience and would never come here again.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! They are the worst nail place I have EVER been to! Not only were they super rude, they made me wait forever for my appt when I had it squedualed already! THEY MIGHT BE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE MET! When they were working on my nails it hurt so bad and they gave me a huge cut and didn’t even apologize for it! I started bleeding when they were working on my nails bc they weren’t careful and were terrible! Not only all of this, but not even 2 weeks after I got them, they broke! They are a terrible nail salon and I would never go there! Go there if you want the WORST experience!

Went here with my two daughters on a girls day and had a great experience.The people who did our pedicures were gentle but did not waste time. My girls and I enjoyed talking to each other so we werent bothered that the workers didnt chat with us.Ill be going back on my own--and thats a big deal because I dont really spend money on my feet. =)

They did a great job! I got a pedicure and shellac toes and fingers. Was in at 10 and got it all done so I could be home by 11. Great family run business. I’ll definitely be back.

A rough day with my kids left me in desperate want of a pedicure. I stumbled into Europe Nails just minutes before closing time, and the lovely employees didnt bat an eyelash. They kindly stayed late and gave me a superb, unhurried pedicure that looks just as great as it felt. Loved the scrub. Loved the wax. And for 22 bucks, you cant beat that price! Of course, I tipped generously, but they deserved every penny.Note: English is not the first language of the two employees that I met. To some people, like my sister, that can be uncomfortable. Not at all to me. And they mustve read my body language because they didnt talk to me much during the session. I love being able to sit back and relax without pressure of small talk. They were both easy to understand, and they were warm and friendly, just not the super-chatty type that I know some people prefer.Overall, this place has my business for as long as Im in the neighborhood! It was very clean, smelled great, had a fun assortment of magazines and a cooking show on the TV (whats not to love?), with kind, efficient employees that took pride in their work. Five stars.

I have been having pedicures for years and eyebrow waxing as well. This is the be best place they do the best art work on my toes and they freehand it all. They take there time with each person no matter how busy they get. I have all my family members coming here even some as far away as salt lake city. I took my daughter and her friend in for a Pedicure and Manicure, they did a fantastic job and i felt they were reasonable on the costs involved. We have been to a few other places and they treated them more like a number. They took there time and did a very good job. The girls were very happy so we will be using them all the time.

I went and after I brushed my hair with my nails and my nails got destroyed, they didn’t take that much time and rushed. Didn’t cut my nails straight all of them different sizes. My nails lasted a week. Please I would not recommend

We had an awful experience and will NEVER go back!!We scheduled an appointment with them for 3 people When we get there they say it’s for 1 person not 3 and then continue to tell anyone who comes in that they are running behind because we didn’t schedule for 3 They had handed us the nail colors to look at but grabs it out of our hand when others come in and make us wait because they over scheduled She cut my daughters finger and it hurt her really bad and made us feel very threatened and uncomfortable the 3 hours we are there And they over charged us!!

A friend and I went in for a full set and a manicure. We called the day of for an appointment. They were flexible with the schedule, even when we had to push our appointment back. The staff was friendly and efficient. They dip your hands in wax and give you an arm massage for the manicure. My friends full set were good quality and thin, unlike other chunky thick acrylics. Really cheap prices, but nothing super phenomenal.

I love going to Europe Nails in Lehi for my pedicures. They always do a great job. There is not a lot of chit-chat, but that is okay with me. I want to just relax when I am getting a pedicure. Angie or Kim always make me feel welcome.

This was my first time to this business. The nail job that she did was great, my nails are beautiful. However, she was so rough and not careful filing the edges of the nails that she filed into my skin. I said ouch a couple times and she just wanted me to relax more. My fault that she was hurting me? The nail bed hurt for a few days and the skin was so thin on a couple of the sides that they started to crack a day later. I had to keep a band-aids on it to keep it moist while it healed. Who wants to wear band-aids when they have pretty nails to show off. I will not go back.

Im sad to leave this review but its been multiple bad experiences, I have to give this feedback. Ive been there probably 10-15 times and although they havent always been super friendly, they have usually done a decent job. About a year ago they took a huge chunk our of my sisters toe, we were bummed about it but she had an ingrown toenail, so it was to be expected (or so we thought). Then my sister-in-law and I went today and my SIL did NOT have an ingrown toenail prior to coming in and she left with a huge chunk taken out of her toe. She is days away from giving birth and her toe is throbbing with pain after getting a pedicure.Instead of giving my sister in law a pedicure, they were trying to stop the blood from her toe the whole time. Then they tried to charge her for a pedicure? Excuse me? Needless to say, I will be finding a new place to go get regular pedicures.

They are amazing! My toe nails are slightly ingrown, and they were gentle, but also made it so they haven’t hurt at all when they usually do. They are inexpensive and do a good job! I won’t go anywhere else again!

This review is for me not my husband but... I will never go back! They butchered my toe nails. They werent even cut in a straight line. Both of my big toes have a wave cut into them and my other toes were cut too short. They hurt! I hope I dont get ingrown toe nails from this pedicure.

My first experience here was alright, I got a full set and they looked pretty good but when I went in for a fill she filed or buffed Im not sure, but she used an electric tool to remove the old acrylic and she kept going until I was in tears and bleeding. When I tried to say something or pull my hand away she pulled my arm closer to her making it harder to move. Then I was charged extra for being difficult I do not recommend this place

Sooo...this is the second time that Ive come here, a place where walk-in welcome is displayed on the window and have been turned away. Both times there waa NO ONE in the salon. I mean no one...not one customer! Lady looks me in my face and says sorry, I dont have time. She insisted she had someone coming in 5 minutes. Ive been sitting outside for 10 minutes. Guess what...not a soul has arrived. I will NEVER try them again!

The salon was clean. The workers were polite but not friendly. They hardly scrubbed my feet and the massage was about 2 minutes long. I paid $22 but would rather pay a few extra bucks elsewhere and get a better service. I dont think Ill be back.

Im not one to write reviews but I was treated so horribly that I feel the need to warn others to steer clear. I went with my sister to get a pedicure for her birthday and sometime during the process a nickel size piece of wax dripped on my light colored, somewhat expensive, sandals. It left a large, dark oil stain and the sandals are ruined. When I asked for a refund of the pedicure in lieu of payment for the sandals (which are more than twice the cost of a pedicure) I was berated, belittled, lied to, and yelled at. They told me the only way I would get a refund was if they removed the polish. Not about to let a bully win, I complied, had the polish removed, and was getting ready to leave when the older man pulled out his cell phone and took my picture. He said he was going to give it to all the nail salons in the area to warn them about me so they could watch out. I never raised my voice or got angry with them and yet because I wouldnt back down to making them admit and rectify their mistake, they are choosing to slander me. This is bullying plain and simple and should not be stood for. Dont support this business or this absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers.

Zero stars if possible. My sister was in town for my birthday and we went and got pedicures. They got wax on her leather sandals and told her it would come out no problem. When the spots were still there and it was apparent they were ruined we went back to ask what they could do to fix it. The older lady came over and was rude and scrubbed the sandal with a wet rag and said they would dry and be fixed. We went home and used the blow dryer and the spots were still there and looked worse because of the water. We called and said they were still there and still ruined and asked for a refund because she is going to have to buy new shoes. The lady freaked out! Starting yelling saying it was an accident and that there was nothing wrong with the polish so NO REFUND! She said if she wanted a refund, she would first have to REMOVE the polish!! Unbelievable! We went back and she removed the polish before giving a refund. Very shady business and not customer oriented AT ALL. Buyer beware!

The young girl that did gel on my nails did a great job and they look great. However, horrible customer service to another person. Someone came in while I was there at 4:30 and politely asked if they could do 2 pedicures, she rudely and loudly asked “do you have an appointment?!” and they did not. She rolls her eyes and talks to the other lady (assuming the owner everyone else has talked about) and they talk briefly and then she says “come back at 6:30 (2 hours away)... do you want it yes or no??” and he goes, not in two hours, and leaves. I was THE ONLY person in the salon at the time. And there is a large sign clearly on the door that says walk ins welcome. Not sure what to think about that.

Was uncertain about trying this shop because of the not so wondetful reviews, but it was closest to our new house & I was very pleasantly surprised. Im sorry to say, I didnt get the nice womans name that did the dip on my nails, but she & the younger lady who helped with the prep & filing were both attentive, careful, and committed to doing a great job & making sure I was happy. I had jammed a fingertip moving and the area around my nailbed was still badly bruised. Both ladies did a fantastic job of working around the injury without hurting me and still made the nail look perfect. I cant wait til I have more time to spare so I can go back and get a pedicure too.

And made her bleed!Was completely unacceptable. Furthermore, their listed prices werent accurate - they charged $5 more for each girl than was listed on the wall.

Terrible pedicure! They were very rushed and did not take time to make it a good experience. The man doing my pedicure clipped my cuticles down so far that I was bleeding all over the place and when I told him he was hurting me, he seemed really annoyed and continued to clip the part that was bleeding! Then he used the same clippers on the girl next to me. The paraffin method was very unsanitary as well. He just had me dip my bleeding feet in the paraffin warmer that I can only assume they use on other clients. Now my toe is red, swollen, and extremely painful. Go here at your own risk!

This place dropped wax on my sister in laws $70 dollar sandals and they wouldnt refund the cost of her pedicure without shouting at her, calling her the worst customer ever and REMOVING her nail polish. She asked if they could fix the the sandals, and when they shouted at her, she asked for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.
