Fantastic nail job. I got a full set and a classic pedicure. About $80 for both. Ask to look at the menu book for prices. A fill is $35?!?! Too weird. Older man did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. Definitely suggest asking for him. English is not his strength, so prepare for that. The lady that sits closest to the register did my full set and was a delight! Great communication skills and my nails look BOMB!!

Ive been going here every month for almost 2 years and I cant say I feel any client loyalty. However its a 2 minute drive from my house, I like to get my nails done on my lunch break so its very easy. I make an appointment..yet I tend to sit and wait a minimum of 10 minutes. Once was about 40 minutes. The last few times Ive gone in for Gel nails/toes they have reduced their selection by like 75%.. and the colors they do have arent that great. I dont see why. They have the old colors on the wall behind them still.. So the last 2 times Ive gone in, Ive ended up picking colors I didnt really want. I also cant say the price is very consistent. I get the same service each time but yet it changes. I went in yesterday and had to pick a color I didnt really want from their new limited selection and when I went to leave it was an extra $9 more then usual and I dont understand why. So Ive decided its time to start going somewhere else. Now I will say. there has been times I go in and its a good experience. Nancy can do some good nail art. I had one guy give me a great pedicure. I wish they were more organized in their scheduling, more consistent on pricing, and went back to offering a variety of colors.

Clean. They have 2 sections so it doesnt smell like chemicals. Went to modern Nails and was packed and smells bad. Beautiful inside, great staff. Same prices as other places. $55 for a pedicure. As Arnold would say, Ill be back.

I have always had a good experience at Deluxe. Everyone is polite and professional. The pedicure treatment packages are a nice way to treat yourself when you have the time or you can just go basic when your schedule is tight. They do good work either way. The bathroom and other common areas are super clean.

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! I took my 3 granddaughters and myself out for manicures. I made an appointment prior and even got there early. No one talked to us or welcomed us upon arrival. 45 minutes later (past our appointment time) they finally took us, after taking several walk ins prior, back to do our manicures. They were in such a hurry, because it was now close to closing time, that they did a rush job. Very poor quality! Nails started chipping the next morning. Wasn’t even 24 hours!Extremely disappointed in their service.Please don’t waste time or money going to this nail salon.

Go there all the time and usually have a good experience but no today. Had an appt but they rushed me through. I had a pedicure and a manicure in 45 minutes or maybe even less. I go there to decompress and relax so to spend $70 to be rushed through and hurried makes me mad. The man put the orange scrub on for 4 seconds only to wash it right off and then put on the lotion and literally no calf massage. Not even kidding. Thats the very best part and what I look forward to the most. I honestly have had 2 bad experiences there now and I don’t care how busy you are if you are going to start being like every other nail salon and Rush people thru and keep looking at the door I will take my business elsewhere

I was very impressed by Deluxe Nails. We went for my little 6 years olds birthday so we could have a little girl time! They were so sweet with her and made her feel like a princess!They fit us in last minute too!Their chairs are SUPER comfy and you get a massage while you are getting your pedicure!Very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Rushed through my session for a new set. Scolded for moving my fingers. Nails were incredibly uneven. Will never go back.

Tracy is my favorite! I live 30 minutes away and I’m more than happy to drive for perfect nails. Not only do my nails look really nice, they don’t chip either!

Super busy when I was there. Phone was almost always ringing with calls. I originally went in for a pedicure but I was there from 5:30-7 just for an acrylics set so I opted out of the pedi. I got the matte finish, which I would not recommend with white. Blue pigment from my jeans will come off on my nails and I have to wipe it off, it’s kind of like a chalkboard. Besides that, service was fine considering how busy they were. Only negative is that the person helping changed twice, so I had three separate people doing my nails throughout my time there.EDIT: white matte was terrible. I did the dishes once and they ended up getting all crackly and disgusting. They pick up dirt and color and you can’t get them back to white. They also filed too deep into my nail bed which was revealed when I went to get a fill. Red lines straight across on every nail.

It was alright. Though I am just throwing it out there. I believe nail salons should really take the time to do the persons nails that is sitting in front of them. Not just use their cookie cutter mold on every individual. I have small nail beds. And if this guy took a moment to access what he could do to make my nails have a better finished look he could be great at what he does and would have gotten a return customer. Oh well. Better luck next time. Besides that the place was clean and they have so many different colors I didnt get a photo of even half of it and airbrush designs you can choose from. I just recieved a full set french tips. The price was out of control cheap for what I normally spend. Although, now I guess I have to revert back to the mind set, you get what you pay for.

This is my first time coming, and it was a good experience. Nancy did a fill and shellac, and I loved how they turned out. The place was clean and up-to-date, my only suggestion is not to go on a Saturday. Even with a reservation I still had to wait about an hour. Everyone was super nice though, and very thorough. Definitely going back!!!

Waste of money... Ive tried this place 4 different times because Im willing to give people more than one chance. Too thick, not symmetrical, weird shape and honestly just a wreck. Im not going back.

My nails turned out decent, they’re cute! However, my nail technician was snarky and had a harsh tone the entire time. It was awkward and made it hard to ask for what i specifically wanted. One of my nails is bubbly, others are painted sloppily. Other workers are pretty nice though.

Even after moving 20+ minutes away, I prefer to drive to Deluxe Nails (while passing several other salons). The staff is friendly, the environment is clean and inviting, and there are so many color options. I’ve been coming here for almost three years and hope I never have to go anywhere else!

Definitely will be coming back. The owner, Y, did such a great job on my nails. Honestly it was the fastest experience I had with acrylics and they turned out beautiful. He did a great job being attentive to the angles and cuts of the nails. They have a huge variety of polish, gels, and other nail services - you can tell all the technicians have great experience. Great value too! I’ve done a similar style of nail at other salons that cost $30 more than this one. Highly recommend to all my ladies out there that would like their nails done. The salon is a modern feel, very nice and clean. Lots of available seats for pedi’s and mani’s. Great fun staff as all the nail technicians were interactive and kind. 5 HUGE stars and will be coming back for fills

This is now the third time I have come here with an appointment and have sat and waited over an hour. No sense of time whatsoever here. Don’t even bother making an appointment and if you do walk in, expect an extremely long wait with no respect. I know most nail salons are like this and are typically late with appointments but over an HOUR is just too excessive.

These guys did a great job! We made an appointment for four pedicures and they were all ready for us right when we walked in the door. We had a 3 year old and 4 year old with us and the employees were very nice and cute with them. Very pleasant experience!

This place is never running on time. Don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t honor those times. They will take 10 walk-ins right before they have appointments and then tell you, “15 minutes” which means you’re going to wait an hour for the service you make an appointment for. Also for some reason one day they quit taking credit/debit cards and asked us to all pay with Venmo. Not professional at all.

I decided to try out Le for a pedi based on other reviews. He was great. He listens to what you want done and has no problem if you want him to change anything. His English is good, he was funny and very professional. He made me feel comfortable from the get-go.I will definitely be going back to him. Hes someone you dont have to watch because youre confident in their ability.

This is the worst pedicure I ever had in over 15 years. After a weekend of camping, biking and hiking, I went in with dry feet and came out with the same feeling after the pedicure. I never saw a pedicure done in 15 mins. I had to come home and scrub my feet again to get the dry skin out.

I called in 30 minutes ahead for a pedicure and they got me in easily. I’ve seen this place insanely busy and dead, so I like to make an appointment. I got a pedicure from Le today and he was so nice, approachable, and gave me the BEST massage that I have received during a pedicure. I can honestly say I think this was my favorite pedicure I have ever received! Will be coming back again and again

I would not return here. I already had to go back in 1 day after getting my nails done to get my thumbs fixed because they were peeling. Now my middle fingers are as well and some others are looking like they might start too.I did gel nails & usually they last 3-4 weeks at other salons. Ive only had these on for 3 days at this point. Very disappointing.

Way over priced, not good service, not thorough with work, they are all in a hurry and don’t do a good job, made my toe bleed. They asks us to make an appointment for 12:30 PM and weren’t seen until an hour later. There were like 5 other women that scheduled for 12:30 PM and the place was packed. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend.

I got staph infection in both of my big toes from Deluxe Nails. They dont properly sanitize their tools between customers. I also made an appointment and I still waited 40 minutes once I got there. I hate leaving bad reviews but I dont want anyone else to experience what I have been through, especially when it comes to something as serious as staph infection.

They did such a great job. They did everything I asked for. They work hard to make you happy with what you have. They are very busy so an appointment is best. But they will get walk-ins right in. I was very impressed by their hard work. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend

I have been going there for months and all was well until about 2 weeks ago , it’s started that me and my roommate and sister made an appointment at 2 to get our nails done roommate and I needed new acrylics and my sister just needed hers painted. It hit 2 o clock and we were walking in when they called us asking to push our time back till 2:30 we said sure but we were al ready there So we sat and waited. All of a sudden it started getting packed . And they kept skipping over us. Finally at 3:15 they took me back then another annoyed customer came up to me and the nail technician saying she had an appointment at 2:30 and she wanted to be seen now. My nail technician looked at me and asked if she could do her first . I said I had an appointment at 2, the nail technician told the lady to come back in 30 the customer said okay. My nail technician sat down and told me that if the customer comes back upset she was going to pass me to another technician I said fine as long as my nails get done. Then my roommate gets in chair . And my younger sister who has a 6 month baby was still waiting. My roommate nail technician rushed through her nails. And when I asked my nail technician to see if she can do a certain thing she told me no. Finally it was about 4 my roommate was done and I was finishing up . But my younger sister is still waiting to be seen . Mind you the place is full but still we had appointments at 2 and now it’s 4 . I told my technician and she was like oh and they put her in a chair 10 min later I was done and they were working on my sister nails. Finally we leave and not even 2 hours later my roommate nail fell off.... it wasn’t even glued on properly . And we all were leaving to go home for the holidays so she had to go to different nail salon in California to get her nail fix. She only did the one that fell of them the next day another one fell off she just went back to the California nail salon and had them give her a complete new set. I get it was right before the holidays but this experience has made us not want to return ...

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE, IT IS POINTLESS. My friends and I booked an appointment for 3 pedicures for 2:30 and we did not get seated until 3:20. When we were seated, we were all separated. It was hard to have an enjoyable experience when they were nearly an hour late and I was stressed about getting to my next task of the day. I do not recommend if you have anything else going on in the day.

Nice salon and nice workers. Im gave 3 stars because I went in for a fill and was told I would need a new set, she said she would not charge me for the removal of the nails though. She then asked if I wanted gel i asked the price and how long it last. She said it would last at least 2 week normally more. So instead of getting a set put on I got a gel manicure. The nails turned out great but less than 5 days later (today) my 2 of my nails have already chipped. I went in thinking I was going to pay $18 dollars for a fill that would last almost 3 weeks but instead paid $38 for a manicure that didnt even make it 5 days. Very disappointed. I wont be making this mistake again.

This is hands down the cleanest and most sanitary salon out there. They always use new tools for pedicures and also replace the bags in the foot baths for each customer. I’ve never had a bad experience. Prices are average and the employees are very nice. I have had to wait extended periods before but generally of you make an appointment it isn’t long and I kind of think that’s standard for most salons.

DO NOT go here! i REPEAT. Everyone was nice and friendly, i give it that. but one thing i learned in cosmetology school is to CLEAN and DISINFECT your tools before you use them on the next client. Whoever did my nails did not clean it the right way, and it spread FUNGUS on my finger nail. disgusted. its cheap but definitely not worth the pain or the bacteria. might as well spend a little extra money to get a good service done.

I love coming to deluxe nails.Ever since I started coming here, it’s the only place ill come to get my nails done. I get so many compliments on my nails and I recommend everyone to deluxe nails. The salon is clean and comfortable and as long as it’s not busy, they can sit you right down. I usually make appointments aheadOf time which helps me and my nail tech out. As long as I’m in Utah I’ll be coming to deluxe nails.

I really like this little place. They have stepped up their game to remain clean during the pandemic. Sometimes even with an appointment I have had to wait up to 30 minutes. That is frustrating but I like them enough to keep going.

This place looks nice but I waited 45 minutes in a pedicure chair for a pedicure. Then the guy who did my toenails was super rough with feet, making me bleed, he skipped nails while filing them, and often got up and left to just go in the back??? Definitely not returning.

I got a full set yesterday and my nails are SO short she cut them way to low, my nails are so uneven, they weren’t filled correctly so i scratch myself, she dried a little hair in my acrylic, and left pink paint all over my fingers. not to mention not only is the shape on ever single finger is completely different also every nail is a different length. i’ve literally never been so frustrated with my nails. it usually is my go to :(

Awesome! My mom, my niece and I had just went to a terrible nail salon in American fork. And they didn’t have time for my nieces toes so we decided to head here. It was amazing! My niece loved it and Liam, an employee was so kind. We will definitely be coming here for now on.

Most painful manicure ever. Left cut up and with jacked up fingers and nail beds. He was texting the whole time and not paying attention, not ideal at all when you have a power tool in your hand. It hurt to wash my hands for the next few days following.

I love how clean they keep the building. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the salon the same. I have never been greeted and welcome in such a friendly way at a salon before. I love how friendly everyone was. The owner is friendly, and goes above for his customers. He works everyone in even if they didnt have an appointment. I waited over an hour as a walk-in even though they kept indicating it would be just a moment. I was seated and then had to wait another 25 minutes before my pedicure was started. The gel pedicure was mediocre at best. It also seemed sketchy that they preferred Venmo as payment. I will not be back.

I love how clean it is here and how they use brand new tools when doing your feet. No sharing a tub without a brand new liner, they use unopened packages of tools for every client. Everyone is so kind and they take pride in their work. One time My gel nails didnt last more than a week for some odd reason and when I went back to fix them they didnt charge me because the guy said he guarantees his work! It was so awesome! Ive never had that experience at any nail salon and I will definitely go back and refer all my peeps ;)

My gel came off within 4 days. And they made me bleed on three fingers being so harsh on my cuticles.

Went to this place for my first time this past week for a gel manicure. It has only been five days and the polish is lifting up around the edges like it is about to peel off. I dont know if they are using old polish or what but typically when I get a gel manicure it lasts me two weeks (pretty standard), not just a few days. If I wanted it to last only a few days I would have paid for a regular polish manicure which is much cheaper. I also was charged $30 (without tip) for my gel manicure when on their facebook page it says that the cost of a gel manicure is $25, so that was annoying. If you change your prices, update your website. Definitely will not be coming back here, extremely disappointed with this waste of money.

Took so much extra time to make sure my feet were soft and smooth. When I smudged my toenails because I thought I could do things on my own, he fixed them right up and was so nice and understanding. I will definitely be going back.

I took my friend here for her 25th birthday and we had a great experience! They were flexible about the fact that we wanted to sit by each other and we changed our minds on what we wanted a couple times and they were patient and helpful! I also asked a lot of questions and they didn’t defensive or rude! AND our nails look amazing! We did the dip powder!

I wasn’t very impressed with the job done, they were busy being a Saturday but I feel like they were taking more customers than they could handle and as a result we’re rushing the work. Or maybe that’s how they always perform, which is even worse. Either way, it was my first and most likely my last time. I can do a much better job at home.

It hasnt even been a week since I got a pedicure and my feet still feel like sandpaper. The guy that was working on my feet took phone calls, and was distracted. I asked for shellac which he left for about 7-10 minutes of my pedicure looking for a color I had asked for. Then when he was supposed to massage my feet it was more of a lotion application with no pressure. Maybe I shouldve asked for him to apply some pressure? My calluses were filed for a short time (I dont even think a minute) and not even a few days later my feet still look and feel like they need a pedicure. He pretty much put lotion on my feet and shellac my toes and charged me for a pedicure which didnt even last an hour. Thats not counting in the time he was gone looking for a color.I have two stars cause the place is clean and I like the salon. It is close to my house so I was hoping for a good experience. Unfortunately I think Ill go a little bit further to somewhere that is actually going to give me a pedicure when I schedule it.

I love Deluxe Nails! All of the employees are very nice, and very polite. While not all of them speak English, I enjoy chatting with those that do (Denny is a riot). And most importantly, the salon is always clean!!

Ive never been to a better nail salon. Its clean and do bright and relaxing in there. Not to mention my nails have lasted and looked so good without any chips for an entire month! Which has never happened to me before! This is my new go to and Ive been trying to tell as many of my friends about it as possible! I wont go anywhere else anymore.

This was my very first experience getting a manicure. I have to admit it was very good. My 2 complaints are that I had an appointment and they didnt even take that into consideration. My nails were done, I was suppose to go to the drying station and he just pointed for me to go. He didnt even turn it on for me, which I thought was a little rude since my nails still needed to be dry.

I have come here twice since it is literally a minute from my house. Both times I had an appointment and both times I waited about 45 minutes. One time was a pedicure with my 4 year old and it kind of ruined the experience sitting there that long trying to keep her still. The pedicures were okay but not great and I felt like they were so rushed to get people through. The second time I came to get shellac on my nails. I waited a very long time and they had me move to a chair and wait longer. Then they did half the job and left to help someone else and then came back and finished. It took almost 2 hours for plain shellac. I dont think I would come back simply because its too busy and I cant wait before and during my appointments for that long. It ends up being a stressful experience instead of a relaxing one.

My regular pedi place was not available, so I tried somewhere new. They were great! Not as good as my regular salon, but I did enjoy my pedicure.

We were walk ins looking for a decent place to get a pedicure. They said they could get us in immediately. They then had us sit in the pedicure chairs for 30 minutes, all the while they started immediately on new people walking in who also didnt have appointments.We were gradually getting more frustrated as we would have been happy to leave and come back, but instead we waited all that time. When they finally started on us, it was rushed and half assed. The lady who was doing mine was cleaning her instruments out in the water where my feet were and she wasnt paying attention and she stabbed me with one of the pointed tools. Not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes. But then it happened again and it actually punctured my foot deep enough that there was a significant amount of blood in the water. Instead of apologizing she just wiped it away and moved on.I work customer service, I get that stuff happens. But this whole experience was pretty terrible.

Okay for pedicures, but terrible for acrylic nails. My nails have ridges and show where the file took off the old acrylic. The nail tech said they were fine and there was nothing she could do to blend the color better. As I was there for the appointment I saw nail techs take and reuse the pedicure flip flops that had been thrown away by other customers. None of the drill bits or nail files that were used on me were disinfected, cleaned, or new. This salon used to be a little more fussy, but I think they have gone to cutting corners to save time and money. I wont go back strictly on a sanitary issue.

Nice staff, good service. The woman who helpede didnt really speak English, but that wasnt really a problem. The wait was a bit long and so I recommend getting an appointment. Bringing a book would also be a good way to pass the time.

The facility is nice and new but the service was horrible! I took my 8 year old daughter to get a pedicure and polish on her fingernails (one of her favorite things to do) I left with her in tears. My pedicure was fine although my polish started chipping within a week. The girl that did my daughters nails made her move before the polish was dry and it got messed up and when I asked them to fix it they made her feel like it was her fault and she needs to hold still better. It looked horrible even after they fixed it, I could have done a better job at home. I will happily drive by this place to another salon.
