Being a level 9 #localguides I get a chance to share good and bad experiences with companies which I really enjoy writing positive reviews. My experience with SDV Construction And Remodel was a bad experience in several way:1) They stood me up twice.2) Did not return my calls (voicemail was full).3) Did not reply to my texts.Being a general contractor in the past and a veteran owned business owner I know that good communication & customer experience is essential and by not providing this it will affect your business. I hope SDV Construction And Remodel learns from this experience and improves in the future.

Simon and his crew installed a new shower stall for me, replacing my claw foot bathtub. They are fair priced, thorough, clean working/organized and communicated very well about my options during the construction project. They started on-time, finished on-time, and within the original estimate. I highly recommend SDV construction, I will likely use them again in the future for a different project. Many thanks Simon.

Simon did a super nice job repairing water damaged window sill and some wall settlement cracks at reasonable price. He responded quickly, communicated well and the job was done with good quality. We are very happy with results, will definitely ask his help again and recommend him to friends!

When we bought our house, the door of one of the bedrooms was sticking pretty bad to the door jamb. This was a while ago, but we didnt fix it until now because we were not using the room. Now that we are making it a guest room, I called SDV Construction and sent a few photos to explain the problem. While the quote was just slightly higher than one of the other two contractors I called, he made time to accommodate for next day service, arrived on time, was very respectful and did a great job. The trim had to be removed, and the whole frame adjusted for everything to align correctly. A second door was just not latching easily, and was a much easier fix. Both doors were fixed in about 1.5hrs, and Im very happy with the results, the quality of the work and overall service. Ill definitely call him again if I need any services in the future.

Sam did a great job. Affordable, honest and on time. Highly recommend his services. He can prepared with his necessary tools and talked me through what he was doing as he was doing it.

I would give him 10 stars if i could. No other contractor would come and fix my parents railing which had come off. They needed it fixed desperately to go up the stairs. Spoke to Simion who was fantastic and booked an appt for the next morning. He came and fixed it in no time and did a great job! Thank you for an amazing job! I will be recommending you to everyone i know!

Simion was prompt, very courteous, and did excellent work! The price was more than fair and he put several pieces of furniture together in almost no time. I cant say enough good things about my experience and I highly recommend him.
