The Eastside Kitchen and Bath crew not only met expectations, but also exceeded them in every way. The were communicative, easy to work with, helped me to stay within budget and got everything done in a timely manner. Not only that, they cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up after me! I was doing some work in my front yard and left some debris, and they swept it up and took it to the dump for me. Once everything was done they put everything back better than before and also had one of the best cleaning crews clean my house. Such a great experience from start to finish. We remodeled our kitchen during COVID and every step of the way the crew was wearing proper PPE.The company is tech savvy and are happy to correspond electronically, they even have an app for sharing project progress and pictures.Not only were they professional when it came to COVID regulations, they also left the worksite constantly clean. Like actually clean. Basically as they were demoing, I could hear the vacuum running almost simultaneously.They laid out special cardboard to protect the floors and also were mindful of the cabinets that were previously painted.Finally they were really great about letting us know immediately if any changes to the plan needed to happen.10/10 would go with them for any kitchen or bath remodel moving forward. Loved their work and them as a company.Work they did: lower center island to one height, moving the outlets on the island, new sink and fixture, new countertops and backsplash.

Wow, believe all the reviews you see here! Drew and his team are extraordinarily professional, they will turn your dream into reality. From the quoting process, design and planning, material selection and execution, they were on point every day, on the schedule they created. They were enormously responsive to any changes we wanted through the process and the whole team felt like people you have known forever. We cant say enough about them. The team also took great pains to prep and protect the entire work area and path to the work area, cleaning every day and ending with a whole professional cleaning crew. They only used the best quality materials and kept us tied into every detail of what they were doing.... everyday, hour by hour, like clockwork... They are not cheap, but when you want the best....

We are so happy with our new bathroom! Our concerns were addressed immediately. We had one requested change to our vanity that was handled in 30 minutes. Every day before leaving the team cleaned up, which was very much appreciated. They even sent cleaners in on the last day to make the new space spotless, and cleaned the bedroom that is connected! It went better than expected and is more beautiful than imagined. Im recommending them to everyone I know! (Ask for Eugene to be your tile guy.)

Eastside Kitchen and Bath Review:I interviewed many different contractors and decided on Eastside Kitchen and Bath because of the well outlined bid and timeline. Having remodeled a kitchen before, I had in mind to allow extra time for delays and added headaches. On the contrary, the entire remodel was on a very well orchestrated schedule beginning every day at 7AM and completing on budget (with my own additions) and on time as planned. Communication was always prompt and clear through an onsite project manager and an online platform where I had my own personal portal. The job site was constantly cleared of debris and swept clean at the end of each day. My impression was that when you hire EKB, you actually work with an amazing team of dedicated artisans who share a rare rapport with each other and the homeowner/client. Integrity of this level is a rare find. I believe this can be attributed to Drew Bauers skills as a well respected leader who has high standards of who he works with and how the work is done. I can not believe how fortunate I was in choosing Eastside Kitchen and Bath as my contractor.Our remodel involved a structural wall removal which went far beyond a cosmetic kitchen facelift. This is where I had renewed appreciation for the extent to which EKB was able to work with a civil engineer to properly restructure the opening. Additionally, a shower was added to an existing bathroom to turn an office into an ensuite guest room by bumping into the laundry room and new flooring covered the entire first floor before a new kitchen was installed. New trim work and an excellent paint job gave us an entirely new first floor which exceeded our expectations. I am truly thankful to EKB and their amazing crew for creating a stress free renovation process.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath did a complete gut and remodel of our condo galley kitchen. Brandon, the designer, took my wants and color scheme ideas to produce the kitchen of my dreams. Vannak, the project manager became almost like family. I was impressed by the work ethic of all who did work on the kitchen. Lucky we live only one flight of steps up. The power went out all over the area we live in just as the folks delivering the counter slab got off the elevator with the first piece. They brought the rest of them up the stairs. I highly recommend them.

They assisted in design and construction, which included customizing a wine bar as well as kitchen island and vanities. Our place was a complete remodel from floors to new kitchen cabinets and new bathrooms. It looks phenomenal! Our place was over 20 years old and we updated to a contemporary style.The entire process from the bid process to the pre-construction to actual construction and completion was communicated thoroughly along each step. We had our bathroom gutted and rebuilt by Eastside Kitchen and Bath. I was very nervous at first but as soon as they started I knew I had picked the right company. The whole team is very professional, precise, easy to talk to and always willing to answer any questions in a very timely manner. They do AMAZING work and were very good at cleaning up each night before they left. I would highly recommend them. Drew and his team at EKB remodeled our entire house. We had them install new floors, all new kitchen cabinets, a new kitchen island, two new bathrooms from the ground up, a re-designed fireplace, and they painted our entire interior. We are a cabinet manufacturer who has supplied Eastside Kitchen and Bath for many, many jobs. We go on hundreds of job sites every year to measure and consult for dozens of contractors, so we pretty much have a lot of perspective on how these businesses are run. I have to say that East Side runs a pretty tight operation based on (a) job site organization and staffing, (b) responsiveness to customers and suppliers, (c) the very favorable attitudes of their customers whom we meet during the project, and occasionally after it is done. Very impressive operation from start to finish! They tell us when they want their cabinets well ahead of time, and they are ready to receive them then. That tells me they do what they say they will do, and frankly, that is pretty unusual in my experience.

We just got done with an extensive 3 month home renovation using Eastside Kitchen and Bath. My wife and I have only good things to say about Drew and his crew. They did a fantastic job, were always in communication with me and worked flexibly aroud our schedules. I have been through a few home remodels in my life and they have all been very stressful, except this one. Incidentally, this remodel also happened to be the most extensive remodel I have taken on. Eastside Kitchen and Bath had been recommended by a friend of mine and I am so happy I went with the recommendation. Of course, there are minor things that come up and they are a bit more expensive than I had originally anticipated but the quality of the work and service excellence was well worth the price.Drew, Zach, Alex and all the rest, formed an awesome team. They remodeled my kitchen about 5-6 years ago and did a fantastic job, so when the time came recently to remodel my bathroom I knew who to call. They helped provide design suggestions and refine my concept, and then executed flawlessly - on time and on budget. I was very impressed and can recommend them with complete confidence. It is easy to give this company five stars. They are down to earth guys who like what they do and it shows. Within a few weeks we had a great looking bathroom and could not be happier. In May of 2018, we worked with Eastside Kitchen & Bath to renovate our kitchen and living area. Eastside Kitchen and Bath is a top-notch firm. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom in mid-October and needed it done before Thanksgiving. Drew committed to this short timeframe and even finished a week ahead of time. Without exception, his crew was competent, punctual, friendly, and was very attentive to minimizing noise, dust, odors, and normal disruptions. Drew himself participated with us in the choosing of the shower tile and flooring, and remained hands-on throughout the remodel. After a major house flood due to plumbing issues in an upstairs bathroom, we chose EKB to put things back together for us and we are SO glad we did! It was a huge job, the downstairs of our house had to be gutted down to the studs, there was work under the house, upstairs too, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, trim, painting, HVAC, and a full kitchen to put together... Basically a full house remodel. EKB set up an ambitious schedule (which they achieved!) and a budget that they also stuck to. They were flexible when I changed my mind on a couple small items and had great attention to detail. Their work was excellent, communication was great, and the whole team, Drew, Zach, Alex, Jack, and Zed, were professional and hardworking! Something like this could have been such a nightmare and choosing the right contractor made all the difference. I highly recommend EKB!
