We used their services to repair a patio deck in order to have new french doors installed. Will assessed the main areas of concern and explained them to me very thoroughly and let me decide how to proceed. I appreciated that once the work began they improvised the solution and adapted their techniques to fit the problems. With Will and his crew I was confident there is always a solution to whatever unseen obstacles appear.The work was performed over the winter in challenging weather with wind and rain (we live on salt water with direct exposure from the south). The crew was courteous, clean, and always self-motivated to show up on time and work hard over a three month period.In addition to the deck construction they were also able to clean and restain our shingle siding, repair, replace, and repaint out exterior trim. Now we are enjoying what feels and looks like a new home.

We used Capital builders Inc. To help us with complete remodel of our home in Seattle including our roof replacement. While we had some issues arise with our project (guest cottage), Capital Builders and specifically the owner Will, went above and beyond to help us get our permits and things in order. When our project fell through, Will was beyond understand and extremely willing to work with us. At the beginning I didnt have a very good experience because after we signed the contract, the sale person was not responding properly. However, when Will recognized the issue, he started taking care of the project by himself. He and his team did a very good job to renew my house kitchen.
