DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR 1ST CHOICE EVER:This company is not ethical nor do they do quality work. They will hire people who are not skilled just to get extra cash for smaller lower budget projects (they may do that with their other jobs) and you will have to manage the worker because the owner, Mike, will not take control or the project, he will say he will fix the issues and make things right but never follows through on his promises he is a nice guy but he is a used car salesman.Pricing, they are cheaper than others because they didnt listen to what was originally asked for and they will raise the cost because everything was not included in the original quote. They did not show up multiple days/weeks when they stated they would be onsite. After 3 weeks over the original estimated completion date the project was still not completed. I ended up having to fire them and had to hire another contractor to fix all the items that were not done correctly and also had to pay someone to fix areas they damaged during the remodel which 1st Choice wanted to charge me for.I recommend looking at another contractor that actually has up-to-date pictures on their website and multiple high rating reviews...that was my mistake.
