Chanel and Jamen were absolutely amazing!!! I am a very particular person and I had a very specific vision of how I wanted our new bathroom and fireplace to look. They did such an amazing job and with their experience and suggestions the final results exceeded our original vision. Their suggestions not only gave us the aesthetic that we were looking for but with a few tweaks gave us better functionality. We wanted to squeeze a freestanding tub into our space without making our space look cluttered. They suggested we go with a zero entry shower to lose the bulk of the curb and that made a huge difference. They are professional, precise, clean and quick. They are also very respectful of your personal life and space (I am a stay at home mom with multiple small children at home with various nap times). They are a super fun and professional duo that when the job was done we were all sad for them to leave. Our experience was superb and we would highly recommend them to everyone we know. Icon used top quality products (of which they were extraordinarily knowledgeable), and were able to tie in an older installation of similar tile with the new installation and it is seamless! They were attentive to detail, kept the work area very clean and tidy during the project, and finished on time/on budget. We highly recommend Icon Tile and if we ever have another tile project, they will absolutely be who we call.
