Do not come to this place!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! They lie and try to scam you out of money and they do poor quality work, also if your trying to get a hold of management good luck cuz they won’t let you talk to anyone. Also don’t leave anything in your car that’s valuable!! If you want something done right pay the price and don’t come to this cheap place.

Was told my car was ready , only when I picked up the car was having mechanical issues , turns out the motor mount was broken and not replaced , along with having idle issues ,brought it back and they replaced the motor mount , was told was ready 2 days later, drove it home and was starting to get bad idle rpms once at temp and not moving ,just sitting in parking, this was frustrating due to the fact I work 12 night shift and live an hour and half away and have spent money to be able pick a car that was supposedly “100” ready to go, going to have take to a mechanic shop , if it wasn’t through my insurance I would have gone some place else , 3 months and very little contact and a car that’s not 100 percent good to go

Got into an accident, turned my car in a month ago through my insurance and they keep pushing the date back every week it’s a new date, very unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone.

My insurance took forever to approve everything. However, this had nothing to do with the collision center. I went to pick my car up after all the repairs were completed and was very happy. The manager was helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend this place.

Had minor trunk damage and minor rear bumper damage. they have had my car 11 days now and keep telling me to call back to see if itll be done. they just now ordered the part that holds my rear bumper in place and he said it wont even be done for another week. told me it would be done friday but still not done they know i dont have rental car and they just keep telling me what i wanna hear. unsatisfied and unhappy with how long its taking.

I never heard of this place and was skeptical at first, due to this being the body shop the insurance was affiliated with. Upon arrival I was greeted with the upmost respect with a smile from Marie, who was willing to understand my situation of not wanting to be in a rental longer than needed. Marie stayed on top of the insurance carrier and submitted a new estimate on the same day my car was brought in. It took two weeks, but my car was ready on the estimated day and was looking like new. This place is efficient, and diligent in their work. They stand behind their promise of a guaranteed quality service.

If I could give a “0” star I would. Whoever heard of a $25 charge for an estimate. Then telling me, I would have to come back in two weeks for an estimate. Then when I ask why do you charge for them, the lady behind the desk responded with. “That’s none of your business.”That’s fine. Then you won’t get my business. I went down the street to Greg’s Body Shop. Not only did I get a free estimate that day. I was able to drop the car off and was put in a rental the same day.Don’t was Fineline. They don’t care about the customer, they just care about there bottom line.

The hood of my car was pretty damaged so I took my car to Fineline Collision to get it repair because my insurance company goes through them. It took them like 2 1/2 weeks close to 3 weeks to complete the car dont get me wrong they did a good job on the body of my 2015 Volkswagen Jetta S but my car stop working the very next day because they took some parts out underneath the hood of my car so the hood can line up straight.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. they are rude and unprofessional. Everything is always blamed on someone else. My BROWN Malibu was towed there in November. I took pictures before it was towed to them. Today I went to clean out my vehicle because my insurance company deemed it a loss and there is more damage to my vehicle than when they received it. They deny everything. I hit a deer and the damage was to the front passenger side. Now there is damage to the driver side with silver paint transfer. Again I hit a deer. No paint transfer from hitting a deer. So now I have to get my insurance company and an attorney involved. If you have a silver vehicle that was damaged at this shop between November 7th 2018 and March 11 2019 please get in touch with me or direct auto who is my insurance company.

They are great! But I always have trouble with getting someone to answer my call, they say they will call you back but they never do so then I call and don’t answer, I have left voicemails and still won’t get a call back! Other than that they are nice.

Had the car for over two months. Kept coming up with new excuses as to why car was not ready. Picked up keys and came back with son at night to drive car home. Mechanic left the headlights on and the car battery was dead. Had to jump car. The taillights were not working which is odd because they had to order new taillights since the car was rear ended. Why would they not test the taillights?

I have not yet been able to get my car into the shop. I finally was able to get a scheduled date 7/11/19 and when I call to follow up with bringing the in, the girl said my car wasnt schedule until next Wednesday 7/17/19. The other problem is that they do not have a drop box for keys; told me they will not be responsible for damages if I left the car. I work full-time m-f 8-5, they are only open m-f 9-:4:30 not convenient at all. When asked how long they will have my car, they could not give me an answer. She said the door will have to be ordered and they will need to find a door. It could be a day or longer..This is the type of service you get when dealing with NOT SO POPULAR repair shops. NOT HAPPY. By the way I have been dealing with them since the end of May and its now July and my car still isnt fixed.

This place is absolutely horrible. They had my car for almost a month and when they would say our car was ready, at the last minute they would make up some BS excuse as to it not being done (literally one was because it rained). They finally said it was ready and at 4:30 pm said it wasnt ready yet again. Would have been nice to know ahead of time since we returned our rental already. The woman who answered their phone actually laughed at my being upset over this!

Id have to say this is the first review I have ever written in my life. Which tells you something! We dropped off our vehicle and explained all the damages done due to the car accident we were in. We went through our insurance. When we finally went to pick up our car our left doors were painted and replaced, only to still be un-aligned with gaps, electrical wiring problems (was suppose to be fixed per estimate) the speakers didnt work on the doors and a new shattered right mirror. We brought our car in and it was in their hands for two weeks. This is what we got back, if you look at the reviews, and read the feed back from the company, it is always someone elses fault, insurance ext. Now, after missed work and promised quality work, we have to take our car back to get what was suppose to be fixed the first time plus more over again. Im extremely upset, with missed work and kids to tend to with no vehicle. To be honest hopefully the insurance company stops working with them all together, this isnt their only complaint. My car should have most likey been totaled out due to the accident. This is a fairly new car with only 60,000 miles on it, and if it couldnt have been repaired for the price we had to pay to get the car back plus insurance check, they shouldnt have said they could fix it. All the other damage due to the accident was not fixed. Our next step is a lawyer. Take pictures before and video your damages before you drop your car off to this place. Thank god we did, i will be walking in next monday with my lawyer while being on the phone with my insurance company. When we stated what wasnt fixed on the car when we picked up the car before we noticed all the other damage that wasnt fixed after we pucked it up, they said we could get those parts for cheap and they can fix it. No, this was claimed as damage do to the accident. It was already paid for and they should have ordered those parts and fixed them to begin with.

I was in a accident in yes they had my vehicle for a while but it was driving a lot better then when I bought it I called every week in I got a update every week the Clark/manager was very nice in she made sure everything was done to the best that it can be at the end of the day it’s if’s it’s anybody it’s the insurance company FYI American Alliance is not the fastes.!

I got hit by a uninsured motorist suspended dl on Jan 19 they got insurance check on march 3 i just got my car back on May 24. Not very happy with them or my insurance co. American alliance.
