I bought a car here in May 2021. The same day my check engine light came on so I scheduled for the vehicle to be looked at the next week. Fast forward my car was in the shop for 10 days. Got my car…and ended up sending it right back in on June 17 2021. I was told I needed a new engine and I would have the vehicle back by July 6th. It’s past then and I still don’t have my car yet. Wish I could give this place zero stars. This has been nothing but a headache and yet I’m still paying my car note with or without a car!!!!!

I recently purchased a car from them October 14th of 2020 and was in a car accident I paid $240 on a car note and then $500 for a deductible on the car in total $740 I called too ask what’s going on with the car after the person I go through told me that my insurance cut a check on the car and he has great news to find out they took my money for whatever reason and told me I can’t be put in a new car or my old car can not be fixed instead I’m stuck paying a 10,000 loan with no car so I callled my lawyer and lemon law I’m taking it too court

The breaks seem to be grinding prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I brought it to the sales rep attention and she wrote up an We owe you . I dropped the vehicle off for breaks a few weeks later and I was told that the breaks were just done despite the grinding noise. Fast Forward I went to a different mechanic because the grinding got worse. I was metal to metal by then. Now Im paying out of pocket for pads and rotors that they shouldve taking care of. The manager in service is dishonest

Over all was very happy with service I received and was a great experience all together. Staff went out there way to help me I would recommend family or friends purchasing a vehicle thru you guys .. they lady who helped me mrs. Kumar was amazing and did above and beyond to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied .. again over all great experience

Just bought a car from here . The worse experience of my life not even 48 hours from having my car & the engine light already went on . I took it to fix a week after with them & right after picking up my car I drove off and the engine light went on again . They sale lemons in this place do not go here .

Zero out of 5 stars. Very disappointed and completely unsatisfied overall with the service provided here. The oil change service for $10 is a joke, first come first serve; they arrive late, you can’t make an appoint and there are times their computer system is down so you still have to go elsewhere for a timely oil change. My car has broken down repeatedly and it has not even been a full year. I have had to replace the alternator, 2 tires, battery, and now the engine has locked up. When you call you are transferred repeatedly after being placed on hold a couple time and then often accidentally hung up on. Overall the staff from all departments act as if it is an inconvenience to check the status of your car, or allow you to talk to a supervisor when you are disrespected or have a concern. They do not offer a loaner car and even though my engine is covered under warranty they have had my car over 2 weeks and now are claiming it will not be until mid October. There is no way they didn’t know all the issues the car had before selling it to be earlier this year. Kevin in service is the absolute worst in all departments and he pretends he can never get ahold of his supervisor. They have no urgency, professionalism, empathy, customer service but in the same breathe ensure they keep getting their payments every two weeks. Do not recommend to the highest degree. In short, I rate this place zero out of 5 stars.

CNAC unprofessional & so is the service department very rude cars are sold as LEMONS and not reliable only been less than 30 days and my car is having multiple issues and the service department act as if they don’t care about fixing the cars they have a sign up stating that they are not responsible for things that are stolen out of your vehicle or damages that is done while your car is being left for services. Wouldn’t recommend going to this dealership unless you are literally desperate and need a car.

They definitely get you in a car, but is it worth your money, my engine light was on less then 48 hours after i got it. Now 2 months later engine light back on car shakes and slows down in the middle of traffic but yet i was told to bring the car in a week later for an appointment. MY TRUCK IS DANGEROUS TO MY FAMILYS WELL BEING. Already missing work so now that will put me behind on a warranty car that cant be delt with inna timely manner. They take your car for 2 days just to look at it, still may not know nothing. Fix something and send you on your way. They bug you the day your payment is due, even when you let them know ahead of time that there was something else wrong with the car. I will neva get another car from any of their lots, and I will not recommend them. Headaches coming getting a car from them.

Service dept courteous, professional, and polite. Answered questions quickly and most importantly did not sugar coat time estimates.

Byrider was so accommodating in every way. The car buying process was fast and very convenient. They were able to pick me up and bring me to their dealership. I was able to test drive the vehicle by myself. Which was a liberating experience without the pressures of a sales associate. Before leaving they topped off all fluids, washed the vehicle and gave me half a tank of gas. From the mechanics, sales associate and broker all of them were very knowledgeable and explained everything with detail. Will certainly come again in the future.

Just bought a car and before I have made my first payment the dash lights start lighting up. I bring it to there attention and I was told it will cost me 75$ to hook it up and find out whats wrong. I would figure they already know whats wrong and why the lights were cleared before purchase. The bad part is some of the lights will not light back up for a week or so, depending on driving I guess. Was given a appt. for 2 weeks from now to look at it. I guess I will keep this updated after I go in but Im not feeling to good about it. Gonna make me pay for the fixing of the problem.

I think that service should have told me upfront that heating and a/c are not covered in the warranty when I informed them that my vehicle was losing antifreeze. They lured me in with the omission of what is not covered.I spent $50 plus $2.18 surcharge for a diagnostic of ,needs new radiator and when I inquired about this, service staff stated, after the fee was paid, that this could be just the beginning. This was AFTER ,theyd had my car for 2.5 days. No loaners of course! $50 was wasted because I wouldnt trust them to stick a letter in the mail for me!

If u dont have credit or bad its not to bad of a place to go. Just know what your getting and dont take 1st one they show.

I once said that this was a great place to buy a car but oh how I was soo wrong it’s 5 months later & the car is braking down on me. I should have done my research on this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you absolutely need but even then I would recommend to go else where. I will NEVER get another car from this place not to mention the Costmer service finance people are one of the most rude I’ve ever talked too.

Finance person at the place was very nice and tried to get me credit but her higher ups wouldnt even listen just said no! So if you have any repossessions you will get denied with no explanation!? So not sure who would get approved here. I wondered why sone of the cars have been there for a year theres no one approved to buy them!

BUT .......READ BEFORE YOU SIGNOver 21% interest rate on any of their vehicles of which none are under $9,000 ? So yeah it can be exciting walk in GET APPROVED DRIVE OFF TODAY !So what you think is a $9000 car after the high interest rates ends up being a $13,000 car or even more.I ASKED I WILL GIVE YOU $9000 CASH TODAY FOR A VEHICLE IF I EVEN SEE SOMETHING IM INTERESTED IN ....... BUT ofcourse they refuse to do that, WHY you ask because they cannot scam you and ruin your life if you pay 100% of the car off today and then drive.I was also asked to sign power of attorney papers so they can help out and handle registration ect. Yet they will not fill in the vehicle information before you sign whos to say they dont falsify the paperwork ? The Reviews Are True!!!Ive been having trouble finding a finance place that will work with me, but they exceeded my expectations. I mean this company goes above and beyond, Way Better Then A Buy Here Pay Here!!! The program they got me on helps me build my credit...like who does that lol. Never buy anything from this company. First and foremost the promises are just a part of the scam to get you in. Was in process of buying our house so didnt need any new hits on our credit. They assured us it would NOT...however that was a lie. Down payment. It was some BS about 500.00! Well i brought cash money. The finance lady(rude as hell) informed me I had to have 1300 down but hey its no problem they just made my first 3 months payment substitute for my down payment...with interest. Well after paying on the car for over a year a lady ran red light and totaled my car. Insurance paid right at 6 grand on this car which was originally 9999.00. They more than got their money for that car. 2001 Grand Prix not worth the price but sometimes you do what you got to do. However 2 and half years later their harrassing everyone that is associated with me for more money. Plenty more buy here pay here places that really fulfill their promises if you have to go that route....NEVER use these people here!

Always helping customers great deals on a car over price too much on car instead of working with the customer budget of paying the car note every month. Charge $385 a month on the card that the customer cannot afford instead of being reasonable like cutting down to 180 a month thats pretty cool I can work with that car note could be so expensive to the point that it cost you to be put out and homeless

We’ve had the same thing go out in our SUV TWICE in less than two years!! 2 months after purchasing, it had to go in for a new transmission. A month later, the rack n pinion had to be replaced (another 3 weeks).I don’t know where they take them, they don’t not release that information, because if they can get this fixed in one day (as they claim), why does it take 20 days to fix?

They were so helpful and generous. Great experience today!!

Took my vehicle in because I was experiencing some issues. Even though the mechanic didnt find an issue with my car, I am pleased with the service I received. I was in and out and was not taken advantage of since they charge by the hour.

I have to be fair with my reviews. I in the past left negative reviews that reflected what was going on with my experience with J.D Byryder but this one is a positive review. I have been on hard times these past couple of months and J.D Byrider have been professionally handing my account. With my communication they’ve let me pay a couple days late, with proper documentation of why I couldn’t pay on time they’ve allowed me to change my payment date and also push a payment to the end of my loan. The shop have fixed my car and currently is fixing what’s wrong with it. I have a different account manager by the name of Pricilla and she is very kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. It seems as if they are moving in the right direction. They even said they do t want the car which is different from the past because used to repo cars and didn’t accept late payments. I am pleased with their new customer service.
