Highly recommend this place for a snowmobile tour! Jake was our guide and he was super nice! None of us had every been snowmobiling before and were nervous, but it was a piece of cake. If you get too far behind the guide on the trip, he will stop and ensure that everyone is accounted for. It definitely gives you a piece of mind. We did the Granite Hot Springs tour and had the best time. The changing facilities is really cold and walking down the icy stairs isn’t too fun, but the warm water is nice! You also get a filling lunch and get to see a waterfall. Definitely check them out.

Used Teton Tour company for rafting trip with friends and it was great! Our guide Kallie was very knowledgeable about the rapids, kept us calm, and answered all of our questions. Our experience was great in large part due to her, especially since most of us were beginners! Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I did the 1/2 day snowmobiling Granite Springs tour and it was amazing! We’ve snowmobiled once elsewhere and we thought that was a great experience until we did this one. Our guide Nathan was fantastic. The sleds were quite comfortable and easy to drive. The view on the ride to the springs is incredible and the hot springs themselves are breathtaking. Highly, highly recommend this tour. Don’t let the price tag deter you. It’s about the same as taking two people on the slopes for the day. You won’t regret it....just do it!

One of the highlights of this trip was having Chad as a tour guide. He was accommodating, professional, easy going and just so much fun to be around. He took great care of our group, made sure everyone was safe, comfortable and having a fabulous time. The snow mobiles were sturdy and powerful. The Granite Hot Springs were wonderful to soak in. I recommend the 7:30 am trip, we were the 1st ones there and had plenty of time to relax. By the time we got out about 1/2 hour later, several other tour groups had arrived. The only suggestion I would make is for whoever is responsible to install a light in the ladies changing room. There was no light, and due to the overcast conditions, we were barely able to find our clothes among the many piles of others belongings. We could not see to get dressed. I dropped a glove liner and had to go back to look for it, had to use my phone light to find it because it was so dark in the room. If I remember correctly, this is under the control of the National Forest Service. Other than that insignificant experience, the tour was fabulous and I highly recommend Teton Tour Company above all others in the Jackson Hole area.

Just had the best trip with Jake and the Teton Tour Company! We did the full day snowmobile trip and it was worth every penny. Not going to lie, I got my sled stuck a few times and Jake was more than happy to help me and everyone else who was daring enough to go into the deeper snow get out. Not as daring? There were a few on our trip who weren’t and they had a great time as well! If you need a break from skiing I highly recommend this trip! We saw a cornucopia of wild life like Moose, Elk, Ram, Mule Deer and Coyote! Book the trip, you won’t regret it. We’ll see you next year Jake!

First time visiting in the winter. We were here back in August and decided to come back. Matt was our guide and he was AWESOME!. We took the Granite Hot Springs tour (only one available at the time). We had a great time. I like that Matt (our guide) picked us up at the hotel, helped us with our gear and took us on the tour. It gives you time to build a relationship with that person. He was great to talk to and listen about all the unique things about Wyoming. The hot springs was a great plus to an already wonderful time.

Staff was pleasant to speak with however, had to cancel my tours and was well outside the cutoff window where I was only to be charged a 10% fee. Well got my refund and was a couple hundred dollars more than the advertised 10%. There was no problem talking to people to take my reservation and take my money, but now that I’m trying to get a hold of someone to find out why there’s over a $200 difference in my 10% cancellation fee I can’t seem to find anybody to talk to, I’m being told that they can’t help me here they give me a number to a call center where nobody answers the phone, call back they tell me leave a message but yeah it rings and rings off the hook with no messaging system picking up, looks like this is a goat rope, be very very wary of making reservations with this company if you think you have any possibility of canceling.

We booked our trip to Jackson Hole just to go enjoy the snow and we were very excited we were able to book the snowmobile tour. I received an automated call yesterday from this company stating that all tours were canceled until Jan 3rd due to weather. I understand safety precautions but to say all trips are canceled 2 weeks out is a bit of a stretch. We were given a refund but its too late to cancel the trip and its too late to book anything else.

*Update* 1-22-21 We started our morning out with the Teton Tour Company picking us up at the Wort Hotel right on time (7:45). We all got seated and met the other people who were going to be in our group for the day. The driver was our actual guide (Pat) and he explained how everything would go for the day. First we would go to the office in town and fill out the paperwork and as we did that he would make sure everyone had the proper size outerwear for the trip. The provided us with really nice jackets, ski pants and really nice boots to wear. Pat helped load all of our personal items back on the bus and off we went. We selected the Continental Divide Tour and the trip up to Togwotee Mountain Lodge took about 45min. Pat showed us moose, elk and even a couple of eagles on the way up. We got to the Togwotee and Pat explained how the sleds operated very well and no one had any questions afterwards. He allowed everyone to get all of their belongings and was very patient with us. Pat took us on about a 4 hour ride up into the mountains and let me tell you it was AWESOME. This was the coolest trip ever. We came back to the lodge and had lunch and the preselected menu was nice and the food was very good. Probable for the $250 a person we spent, the menu items could have been a little better but hey. Pat took us back out on the sleds after lunch for a couple of hours and we ended the trip back at the lodge. The took everyone back to the hotels and took our gear back with them. If you are looking for a guided snowmobile tour, Teton Tour Company is the way to go. This is 100% the best trip we have ever taken to the mountains. We are already fixing to book our family trip back here next year. Thanks Amanda for all your help and Thanks Pat for the great trip on the sleds.Eric & Kristi WhitakerCanton, Texas1-15-2021From the start I wanted to read reviews about this place. I did notice a couple of bad reviews and voiced my opinion to them via email. After talking to her and looking everything over, we booked an upcoming trip. They made this process seamless and extremely easy. We are booked for this week and looking forward to it. We were extremely disappointed in our experience with Teton Tour Co. We booked a reservation online for the half day tour to the hot springs. Online booking went well and I received a confirmation number and itinerary number after completing checkout. By the day of the trip we had still not yet received a confirmation email with full details of the trip nor had we heard anything from the company. I called and no one answered so I left a voicemail. A lady called me back and said I had left a voicemail. They had no idea they had overbooked the trip until I had called to talk to someone. The lady said that the trip was full and that she didnt know how we were able to book it. She said that all of their trips were full until the 18th. She offered no help, alternatives or resolutions. My group was extremely upset thst we did not get to go! This really messed up our day as we had set aside that time to go on the hot springs tour and then we were left with very few things to do.

Wow. what a terrible experience my dad and I had. We went snowmobiling on March 15th and on March 17th. Our first trip was okay, but there were so many problems with our trip on march 17th. For one we never got a receipt for the March 17th trip, and we called many times asking for one and they never sent one. Our March 17th trip was also supposed to be a full day and the tour guide was late picking us up, so it turned into a half day, when we paid for a full day. They told us we would get a $90 refund for the trip being half day, and to this day we still havent gotten our refund. A few days ago I received my credit card bill and noticed that I was charged 3 times $500 each time for snowmobile trips. We only went on two trips so I am confused why I got charged three times. When I called the company to try and get this resolved they said they could not find our reservation and they kept asking us for a receipt, but we dont have one since they never sent us one! This problem has still not been resolved and we still have not gotten the $500 back or the $90 back. I definitely do not recommend this company, we were just trying to have a nice relaxing vacation and now we have this to deal with. Extremely disappointed in the company. We have since taken legal action against them since they continue to ignore our emails and get back to us.

Great outfitter for tours and rentals. Spent the afternoon with Silas on the Wildlife tour. Many of the large animals were not down near the snowmobile travel paths, but we did see a number of mule deer, elk, and moose on our way to the trail head. Silas provided a guided history of the Jackson area, great places to eat and pointing out the sites as we motored to our destination. The equipment is well kept, and as expected. The ride was great with snow falling, elk hovering on the hills near us and the peaceful snow and ice covered rivers and creeks. Must do. I highly recommend the company and Silas as your guide.

The gear was a bit stinky and the snowmobiles had noticeable wear marks such as cracks and tears on the seats. The liability forms are a bit scary to sign, as youre releasing them of ALL liability for anything (even snowmobile failure causing injury). Aside from that it was a great experience. The guide was knowledgeable, experienced and did a great job. We took the half day snowmobile trip to Granite Hot Springs. It was fun, exciting and relaxing at the same time. I would go again!

After a horrible and avoidable accident involving Togwotee Adventures, we do not believe that this company provides adequate safety policies for their guests. Further, the manager of Togwotee Adventures, Jason Write, treated my family disrespectfully after this accident. For both of these reasons, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your tour or sled rental.Over the holidays, our family went snowmobiling to Granite Hot Springs and as we put our helmets and gloves on to leave the hot springs, there was a sudden roar of a snowmobile, followed by a loud crash. The women that crashed the sled was in a Togwotee Adventures guided tour group and, after impact, was on the ground, wearing no helmet. I looked to the front of her crashed sled, and my mother was laying sideways and screaming in pain as her body was pinned between the snowmobile that crashed into her and her own. The sheer impact of the tour sled’s force ripped open my mother’s shin with a several inch gash deep enough to expose the bone underneath. The Togwotee Adventures guide was attentive to the situation (despite some angry words to him) and worked quickly to get a first aid kit and help us bandage my mother’s leg to minimize bleeding before starting the hour and half trip to the hospital. However, despite the guide’s help, we are upset that he and his company enabled the conditions that allowed for this accident to happen. Why wasn’t the women better trained to understand how to stop the sled? Why wasn’t she wearing a helmet – standard safety equipment for driving a snowmobile? Why didn’t the guide recognize her skill level and park the sled for her?We understand that there is an inherent risk to this sport and that accidents do happen, however, the disrespectful and insensitive way my family was treated by this rental company the next day is the second reason for me writing this review. The day after the accident, my father went to Togwotee Adventures to resolve the insurance and liability issues for the medical costs and the costs to fix our broken sled.Despite the tour guide’s recommendation to talk to Jason Write, the Togwotee Adventure manager, my father was met by a receptionist who was reluctant to let him speak to Mr. Write. The receptionist gave my dad the name and number of the woman driving the sled, and only after some pushing, she called the manager to come speak to him. Mr. Write essentially said that they had no liability and their responsibility (by providing the contact information of the driver) was done. Without even asking about the condition of my mother or to see if she was ok, he made clear he did not want to discuss the situation further. Finally, Jason Write said that we should call the driver and that may help to make “all our dreams come true,” insinuating that we were looking for some fast cash in a settlement. This, of course, was not the case and an unbelievable thing to say to the family member of an injured woman. It is shocking to me that Jason Write would treat my father so rudely and without any sympathy for my mother, especially in a situation that easily could have been deadly had the sled struck her differently or if, perhaps, a child was standing there instead of a grown adult. This is not the Wyoming kindness I have come to expect and would not recommend this company in the future.

A potential good tour ruined by an unprofessional guide.Dave: Worst guide for beginnersZero instruction for New riders, zero practice time before the trails.Guide saw someone wasnt ready for the trail, (even noted it later verbally in private) ignored it and lead us into the trail anyway, the novice instantly hit a tree not even 1/2 miles away from the lodge. The guide didnt come back for 3-5 mins. Another tour guide (who was far more helpful) found us before our own, And made sure everyone was physically ok. Our guide seemed more worried about getting the sled back to the shop and getting back on the trail.Snow machines were fine for trail not powder. however our guide lead inexperienced riders into powder getting 3 sleds stuck. The guests machines were governed out to 50mph which is fine but Dave was racing ahead 60-80 mph in a white out windy storm. On the first stop of the tour, our guide already had chewing tobacco spit peppering his beard. No insight of the wilderness area was shared, no concern for riders well being. I would never recommend this tour to anyone I love and its only a matter of time before daves actions will injure or kill a guest. A real piece of work that even bragged about running people hard in the past on the bus ride down. I dont mind the ego on your days off Dave, but as a guide, you failed us within 10 mins. Unacceptable.
