Todd and Mike were amazing guides! They were informative, personable, and very helpful to our family of complete newbies. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, even though we were unable to do the one we originally booked due to the lack of snow. We will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful experience with Old Faithful Snowmobile Tours. We did the Togwotee Mountain Pass day trip. We were lucky to have such wonderful weather. The views were incredible and lunch at Togwotee Mountain Lodge was delicious. Our guide Jon was so great. He answered all of our questions whether they had to do with snowmobiling or not. He went the extra mile to make us feel safe and taken care of. He even gave me some of is own foot warmers when I mentioned that my feet were cold. We had such a fun experience and cant wait to come back one day and take another tour with this fantastic company.

We did a 3-day snowmobile tour in Yellowstone. This trip FAR exceeded our expectations. We had never been on a snowmobile before but our guide, Tom, made us feel safe and comfortable. Everyone we spoke to at Old Faithful Snowmobile Tours was nice and helpful from booking the trip to calling and asking questions prior to our trip and being fitted for our gear once we arrived. OFST has everything planned and well thought out from the route to food and lodging. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off again once we returned. Tom was knowledgeable about the waterfalls, geysers, and hot springs in the park and he took pictures of each couple at our stops. He was patient and made sure our bags were secured to the back of our snowmobile. This is a family-owned business and we really enjoyed the smaller tour they had compared to other companys groups we saw in Yellowstone. We had 4 couples on a total of 6 snowmobiles in our group. We started recommending OFST to folks we came across in Jackson and at our hotel as soon as we returned from our tour. We HIGHLY recommend OFST for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much Tom and OFST!!!!

A group of 8 of us from Florida took the 3 day Yellowstone trip with Tom as our guide. It was an amazing experience and definitely a trip worth taking. We have recommended this trip to at least 5 couples who are planning on booking a trip themselves. We were outfitted with outerwear to keep us comfortable. Everything was wonderful from the scenery to the food. I cant say enough good things about Tom or Old Faithful Tours. If you have ever considered a trip like this you wont be disappointed with them.

The Orlando Ski and Travel Club had a trip to Jackson Hole in February 2020. Grateful that COVID didnt stop our trip. Some of us took the tour of Yellowstone Snowmobile Tour to Old Faithful.Breakfast and lunch were excellent, the employees kept us moving which was a good thing because the trip was all day!Our guide was so good! Patient, knowledgeable, fun! Scenery was breathtaking. Our guide stopped a lot to point out hidden treasures. I cant remember his name (he is in the picture giving us initial instructions).

Theres a reason why this place gets five stars and a reason why we keep coming back to them each winter. The people are amazing and the equipment is in top notch condition. This year my wife and I went on a guided tour of Yellowstone in early February. Tom was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, gracious, and safety conscious with less experienced riders in our group. Over the years, weve gotten to know many of the folks who work at Oldfaithful and will definitely come back. (Thank you again for everything, Tom, Senna, and John!)

John and his crew were outstanding! If you need guide through Yellowstone, Greys River, and any other destination in Wyoming that’s the place. After the first tour, I was so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and care for visitors that I booked a second one! If you are coming to Jackson, Wyoming you must check them out, be sure to call/email ahead and make sure they have openings.

Our guide Mike was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the park/WY area, and communicated the tour plan with us well. He would check to make sure everyone wasn’t too cold and was just pleasant to be around! He even went out his his way to make sure I could see more animals (they are not guaranteed, but we saw a lot because of Mike). 10/10 would recommend!

Ive never been on a snowmobile, and neither had my six-year-old daughter. Weve never been to Yellowstone either, and to see it in the Winter, was likely one of the most beautiful things Ive ever seen. While we originally were going to try and record some of our tour, we had issues trying to get the GoPro mounted on the helmet. So first off, we booked through the Rustic Inn, and I cannot rave about Old Faithful Snowmobile Tours enough for several reasons. They were truly awesome.First off, they have a stringent refund policy, and I happened to get deathly ill the night before our trip. Luckily my husband was able to call them at like 4:30 in the morning, day of the trip, and they were able to book us for the next day. So right off the bat, they were great with customer service. They also were very accommodating with my daughter gluten allergy and were able to make a gluten free lunch for her, which again was excellent. Shes six, so this helped her feel included. Lunch included packed turkey or ham sandwiches, some delicious soup, chips, cookies, as well as waters. The tour starts with Old Faithful tours picking you up at the resort, about 5:30-6:00 in the morning, and then taking you back to their base when you get dressed for a day of snowmobiling. They supply all the gear for you. I was anxious because as Ive said, were from Florida, and were not used to frigid weather. Our excursion was going to be a long time to be out in the snow, especially with a six-year-old whos never experienced much of it. To me, this excursion is one of those things where once were out there, were out there. When asked if we should take off the snow pants we already had on, the owner suggested that we put out snowmobile suits on over our gear. That way, we could always take off a layer when needed. Remember, we are from Florida so better to have the extra layers. Overall the family who owned the tour company was super, and when we walked in there, they had their two young daughters as well as their super sweet dogs! They supplied everyone with breakfast, and then we got in the van and our tour guide Dan.When figuring out the snowmobiles we decided I would have my own and husband would have his snowmobile and our daughter would be a rider. I was nervous about having her ride with me because Ive never ridden a snowmobile let alone drive one, and he was a little bit nervous, because this is Yellowstone, and there are significant cliffs and can be a semi-dangerous territory. When we got to Yellowstone, I mentioned that our daughter was only six, and her riding on the back made me a bit uncomfortable. Thats when Dan stated that they felt she should ride up front with him (sitting in front of him) at the beginning for the first leg of the tour, and then after that, she could ride with either of us. I thought this was super kind, and I was a bit relieved. Funny enough, she did so well with Dan on the first part of the tour, that we asked if she could continue with Dan because it was just easier that way.Its kind of scary in some parts of Yellowstone, and there are towering cliffs with incredibly high drop offs but the scenery is breathtaking. We ended up traveling around forty to fifty miles on the first part of the tour and got up to 13,000 feet in elevation. For us, coming from sea level, that is pretty high up. When we stopped at Old Faithful, which was forty miles, we then had to travel forty miles back, which is a pretty long distance, but it was a blast! Its probably been our favorite family experience, and we have done a lot of cool things. Although we were bummed that we couldnt get our GoPro working, we didnt get to see too much wildlife it being Winter. We did, however, see a Bison, and we were able to see Old Faithful erupt, which was amazing. Just the scenery alone is just so gorgeous.

All I can say is WOW. I planned this trip back in May. I convinced my wife that a couple of 65+ Baby Boomers could handle it. I also convinced her that she should entirely immerse herself in the experience by guiding her own sled. We met the day before the trip the at the OFST office and were fitted for all our outer gear. Senne and all the staff in the office were very informational and relaxed some of my wifes fears. The next day we met back at the office and met out guide. Thomas is a true outdoorsman and a look alike for Paul Bunyan. He escorted us to the breakfast location where we met our team of 8 other thrill seekers. All the group immediately seem to hit it off. For the next three days Thomas guided us about 240 miles around Yellowstone. He was experienced, informational and always safety conscience. We saw, hundreds of Buffalo, some came as close as 8 while they were walking down the road, a Canadian Wolf scooting down the road, a Bald Eagle, Elk, Coyotes, Long Neck Swans and other assorted animals. I can go, and on, about this amazing trip that Thomas brought us. Both my wife and myself have memories to last forever. Thank you Thomas and OFST.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They have everything you need to keep you warm/dry. Not one time did we get cold.We did two seperate day tours with them.Togwotee Pass - very fun, faster speed. Lots of twists/turns. Area for free play on the snowmobile, which was fun. Outhouse at trailhead (take TP and hand sanitizer, just in case). Lunch was delicious. We could have followed the van to trailhead if we chose, roads were acceptable. Took binoculars but they were not used.Gros Venture - my favorite d/t wildlife focus. Slower speed, more opportunities for pics. We are from TN, there is no way I would have felt comfortable driving to the trailhead. Van required 4x4 to get there. Saw lots of wildlife including elk, moose, longhorn sheep, coyote, etc. Outhouse at trailhead, take TP and hand sanitizer. Snack was offered. Binoculars were used frequently. One thing I wish we had had was a GO Pro camera. If u have one, bring it. If you dont, buy one! It is the best way to capture the experience and the views.Oh, and I would request a helmet that opens up from the bottom... so much more comfortable (and they have built in shades).

Mo was a wonderful tour guide. He made us feel safe and asked us each and every time he wanted to take a detour to enhance our experience. When he saw a photo opportunity, he stopped the whole group and asked to take photos if we wanted them. The customer service is unbeatable. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the tour group we had was just unforgettable. I would highly recommend this company and Mo as your tour guide! We cannot wait to come back! This was the highlight of our trip.- Joelle and Joseph.

Such a great company to work with! We did the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone tour and saw so many beautiful sights and many animals. The gear they provided was very warm. The price can be somewhat of a deterrent at first but when you consider everything you get as part of the price - breakfast, lunch, transportation, guided tour, rental of the snowmobile, rental of the gear, plus (my favorite) access to Yellowstone without the insane summer crowds - it’s a fantastic deal. Our guide was Todd and he couldn’t have been more of a delight. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

We used Old Faithful Snowmobile tours at the recommendation of a friend. There were six of us in our group and every one of us found our daily snowmobile tours fun, exciting and awe inspiring, from the vistas to the wildlife we saw. Each guide was knowledgeable, helpful and strived to make our day perfect in every way. They made EVERY aspect of our trip to Jackson easy. They arranged with other tour operators on our behalf when they could not accommodate us. Again, allowing us to use their snowmobile clothing to facilitate our trip and shorten the time we spent gearing up. (They allowed us to keep our clothing the full four days we were there)! On the last day we wanted to go to the Elk Preserve sleigh ride after snowmobiling. We knew we had limited time to get on the tour since we would not get back to Jackson until 415 and the last tour was at 4:30 pm. This was not due to poor scheduling by Old Faithful but our group trying to see the Elk Preserve before our departure the next day. Our guide, Mo, helped make that happen by loading up our snowmobiles quickly and efficiently. Upon arriving in Jackson he dropped us off at the ticket office and then delivered our personal items back to our hotel while we went to the Elk Preserve. We used our snowmobile gear (from Old Faithful Snowmobile tours) to stay warm during the sleigh ride and then Senne picked up the gear at our hotel. They went out to their way to get us to the Elk Preserve at the last minute in addition to allowing us to use their gear. I was amazed that they took the extra time to drop us off at the Elk Preserve ticket office, go to our hotel to drop off our personal coats/boots and then pick up the gear we used that day at our hotel -- that was service beyond belief.I can not say enough good things about Old Faithful Snowmobile tours. Enjoying the scenic beauty and wild life of the Grand Teton National park and Yellowstone from a snowmobile was thrilling. Jackson is a fantastic town and we enjoyed being based at a lovely hotel there (The Rusty Parrot). I will refer any friends or family wishing to tour Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons by snowmobile to use Old Faithful Snowmobile tours.
