This place just flat out needs to be avoided for quite some time. I personally just finished up a one year lease here at the end of March/early April and I am happy to be elsewhere. The reviews regarding the construction here are accurate to say the very least. Thankfully, during the pandemic I did not have to work from home, but I cant even imagine how anyone who did possibly could. Monday through Friday and even sometimes on Saturday there are workers on site constantly banging and drilling. Although I mentioned I didnt work from home during the pandemic I was off a handful of times and found myself unable to sleep, hear my own television, or feel like I had any privacy with what seemed like someone constantly outside my window. This place isnt cheap. I would spend my money elsewhere. Like others have said, I didnt get what I paid for. I couldnt agree more.Beyond the construction I have several other complaints. During my one year lease term here my experience with the washer I rented monthly was a nightmare. While in use it would shake back and forth to the point where it would open the utility room door. After each use the washer smelled awful. It was so bad that after each load of laundry I washed I had to run a load with only Affresh Washing Machine Cleaner. I mentioned the issues several times to the property and they failed to replace the machine or compensate me. Again, this place isnt cheap. I would spend my money elsewhere. Like others have said, I didnt get what I paid for. I couldnt agree more.Also, during my one year lease term I occupied two storage units. Within a series of days towards the end of my lease term I experienced issues with both units. One of the storage units I occupied was flat out broken into and some of my valuables were stolen. The other unit I occupied had keys issued out to another resident. One day I opened up the unit that I thought was mine and was stunned to see someone elses belongings inside. Both incidents were discussed with the property and they were of no help and failed to compensate me. Again, this place isnt cheap. I would spend my money elsewhere. Like others have said, I didnt get what I paid for. I couldnt agree more.My advice, avoid this place if you can. From someone who has lived at additional AMLI properties within the state of Texas my experience at this particular property does not even compare to my experience at the other properties. If you can afford this place chances are you can find something else that is just as appealing yet more quiet, functioning, and secure.

We love this place! Close enough to the lake and the Campion Trail for outdoor activities, the pools are amazing and our floor plan is perfect for what we need. We could not be happier! Maintenance is quick to respond for any issues we’ve had so far and the staff members are excellent! People we’ve seen so far are friendly and it is a quiet location. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Another review. Well, pros are that the place is clean and living is peaceful. Cons is that they will accuse you of having a dog when one comes and visits. Also, upon move out, they will charge you for “stains” on carpets that can be removed with a simple carpet cleaning and to replace a foggy stove top that can easily be cleaned. Last, but not least, you are required to pay for valet trash when walking the trash is almost easier than not having a trash can for a few hours while your waiting for it to be picked up.

We lived at AMLI Campion Trail for 4 years and really enjoyed our experience!This apartment complex is a great location near Campion Trail and Lake Carolyn. Close to walking trails and restaurants / entertainment. Clean and well-equipped gym. Great pool area. The complex is generally well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping too.There are many apartments to choose from on this street (and we’ve even lived in a couple of them), but AMLI Campion Trail has definitely been our favorite because of the amenities, management, and maintenance.The maintenance team is fast and responsive; they take care of any issue within 24 hours (usually within even just a few hours!). Special thanks to Irma for the prompt and thorough maintenance over the years.The pool area can get a bit noisy on the summertime weekends, but it didn’t bother us too much. It seems like a fun time for a lot of residents. Otherwise, the complex is usually fairly quiet and has been a nice place to work from home for the past several years.I saw other reviews complaining about construction, but we did not feel that we were impacted much by the construction work during that time—and AMLI has been communicative about each step of the construction process.Management is responsive, courteous, and communicates well. We even looked for another AMLI in our new state—we would definitely live in an AMLI community again in the future.Assuming everything goes well with our move-out process, we would highly recommend living here. Thank you to the AMLI Team for making this a wonderful home for the past 4 years!

I leased here for a year. I had an overall bad experience.I had to move out in the middle of my lease bc I work from home and the construction was too loud. They also covered our windows for weeks and forced us to put our patio furniture back indoors.I understand constructions need to happen but you cant just surprise us like that after the lease has already been signed and not compensate us. I did not get what I paid for.They also have bunch of additional monthly fees, like garbage pick up, pest control, etc. Like just include it in lease price if youll be charging them every month.Another thing, the move out inspections will take all your security deposit and more. Ive lived in 4 other apartments similar to this one and have never been charged for move out expenses like this one.Tip if you want to live here: Pool side units sound nice but they will get loud.To be fair, the good things here are...the poolplenty of parking and garage thats attached to buildingthe gym is decent for an apartment gymmaintenance orders are quick

This place has been a horrible experience for the past year. The construction has been ongoing since we moved in last June and is only getting worse. No peace and quiet ever and our widows are blacked out. If I could give this place 0 stars that would be better. Do not let them trick you into living here way overpriced for what you are forced to live with.

I’ve been living at this location for a month now and it has been so calm and quaint! We got exactly what we were wanting and it has been great! There is construction due to improvements and snow storm but I’ve yet to have any issue with the construction or the noise! We’re loving living here so far!

I really enjoyed living at Amli Campion trail! my review is 100% unbiased:- The construction quality is Amazing- Sustainable materials bring the energy consumption to a minimum( The airflow works so well that get a cooler interior without relying on AC during hot days)- Walls are practically soundproof;- Maintenance service is responsiveAs with many things, theres room for improvements; but its a great choice overall. I moved to another community and I see the difference :)While the pricing seem a little high, youll definitely get what you pay for!

If I could give negative stars I would.The system does not let me to!.Very unfortunate considering how unprofessional AMLI has gotten.Worst management.Did the worst mistake of signing the lease.On the day of my move in , when the movers are on their way, Amli informs me that it is not move in ready and I need to reschedule my movers. I lose half day of my salary, need to pay movers as well as re hire them for another day. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN AMLI GETNow Amli makes me sign a new lease, want s me to change the start date of my utilities etc...GUESS what 2 days later... still not ready.. nor are they paying for my movers.... isthis even acceptable.... I signed a contract with the electricity company and now I have to pay cancelation fees??? I decided to not go ahead and the management will not even pay my movers fees.

I have been a resident at AMLI Campion Trail for a little over a year. We absolutely loved our first year here. The unit is great, clean, and *was quiet.Before we resigned, we DID ask the leasing office if there was going to be construction on our side of the complex. They said it would not take place for another year, so we of course resigned. ONE WEEK LATER, we got a construction notice.We spent a year building a nice porch setting and we had to stow it all away IN OUR SMALL APARTMENT. They offered storage units but have yet to communicate back to me (called twice) how to access them.Our windows are blurred out so now its like we live in a cave. YAY HIGHER ELECTRICITY BILLS!We were given less than $100 only for the month of May for this HUGE INCONVENIENCE.If you WFH and/or have dogs, pets or children, do not choose to move here right now. The constant banging, drilling & hammering from construction gives daily headaches, major difficulties to focus for work, and sadly drowns my dog with anxiety.The office continues to give us very unclear information. Our neighbor talked to the construction supervisor and notified him that construction will take place for the next TWO YEARS. We were told it would take 8 WEEKS!Can we just transfer or move out? Sure we could. But then wed have to pay a boat load of money to do so. Very very disappointing and we will for sure leave next year.Oh yeah and last week someone stole A CAR from the garage?? how does that even happen? so now we have to worry about our safety. awesome.

PROs: Great place to live. Management always addresses issues and concerns in a timely manner. Peaceful and quiet. Not to mention the nice trails near by. Gym always clean and not overfilled.CONs: Forced to pay for Valet Trash, even though I did not want it.

AMLI Campion Trail is the best place Ive lived by far! The office staff is eager to help and super accommodating. The maintenance team is great and quick to fix any problems. Its a fun urban feel just minutes from restaurants, the DART, Lake Carolyn, and Campion Trail. You have to see these apartments!

Its but old compared to apartment near by which are mordern and brand new. On top of it rates doesnt go down

I really fell in love with this place the moment I saw it! I was a resident of Amli Campion trail in 2017-2018. Their studios are ginormous. I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience of living here. Best in class amenities - gym, swimming pool, business centre and of course the Starbucks coffee machine! The staff was super friendly and professional.

So the apartment complex is under construction and will be for the next year. I was misinformed when I moved in & just recently learned that this will be going on during my entire lease. The construction workers are here 8am-5pm M-F and sometimes on Saturdays. Even when they aren’t in the “demolition” phases, the constant noise is aggravating. & it doesn’t matter what unit you’re in, eventually it will likely affect you. The yellow caution signs and black tarps also make this place look pretty creepy at night. Just a note. I’m sure it will look great when it’s all set and done but there are nicer places that aren’t under construction for the next year (estimated completion time would be December 2021/January 2022 supposedly).As far as my unit, it’s very obvious the property is older and I didn’t realize how much work needed to be done until living here. Overall, it’s been a disappointing living experience.

My husband and I have been looking for apartments in the Las Colinas area for the past 4 months and we have visited tons of communities, but we would like to highlight the customer service we got from Amli, especially from Sydney Johnson.When we visited back in October 2020 , even tho our moving date was only in February, Sydney was awesome and so responsive. She kept sending emails and checking in with me and looking out for the apartment we needed.Last week we have visited again and did one more tour and she was so helpful.We didn’t get this service anywhere we have been before and this is so important when you’re looking for your new home!So we decided to go with Amli and we are excited for this new chapter of our lives.Amli has a lot of great amenities that we also didn’t find in the other apartments which is a huge plus.We’d like to thank Sydney and say she is much appreciated and we wish all the places had more people like her! It was a huge Joy having her helping us out!

These apartments are opposite lake carolyn. It is near by DART Urban centre railway station so it is convenient for the people who want to use the DART for their day to day life. There are several office complex near by. Post office is also at walking distance. Toyota music factory is around 1 mile from it where one can have several restaurants options.

Come rent here if you like dealing with lies from an incompetent management.

I met the new manager at the lobby recently and he was very professional! I have lived here for a while in corporate hosing and was thinking about moving but, he convinced me to stay and actually rent here. He is charming and very helpful! I def recommend this place. Come see Nick!

The apartment complex was incredibly unsympathetic while having to deal with issues regarding COVID 19. They did not allow for any ways to transfer to a smaller apartment, delaying of payments, or even canceling the lease without major fines when my roommate lost their job. They also responded in an uncaring manner and overall with a sense of entitlement.

Overall, the best apartment Ive ever been. Quick service, good quality of life, nice food trucks and brunch activities.The only drawback might be the garage gate, it was broken several times in 2017. I have not experienced one in 2018, so I assume they totally fixed it. I would like to extend my stay here for the next year.

I have moved a lot in my time and I knew what I would really enjoy living at the Campion Trail Apartments since I set foot in their office. Since I was moving in from out of town and had limited time to look even though I looked at 15 other communities I knew that this would be the place for me. The staff is very friendly and anytime I need something serviced which is once in a blue moon they do a great job of taking care of it ASAP.

As I am new to the area, Garrett was patient and walked me through the entire process to ensure I received the best apartment appropriate to our needs. He was extremely thorough in his presentation. He truly went above and beyond what is required of his position several times - I appreciated this a lot, especially since I was coming out of town. The entire staff was truly a pleasure to work with, as they were patient and hard-working in making sure our stay at the AMLI Campion Trail was comfortable. Their customer service, location near the trail/ lake, green energy efficiency, great gym and amenities combined with one of the best apartments in Irving make this location an excellent buy. Overall a nice property outside of a few minor issues. If you are unlucky enough to get loud neighbors, youre in for a bad time as the walls and ceilings are not very thick or sound proofed. However, being next to the lake and Campion Trail is an amazing benefit as a cyclist.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, from the maintenance staff to the manager. The resident appreciation events are varied and fun (love that Food Truck Tuesday!). And the staff really go out of their way to make this a safe place too.

This by far the worst apartment complex to live in. More than half of the cars in the garage we’re broken into and vandalized. AMLI has sent out emails about crime notices for a few months now and something should have been done by not to prevent these acts of crime. I feel so unsafe in this neighborhood.

I stopped in to view a 2 bedroom apartment and I was greeted with a warm welcome by Amanda.She was very sweet and had a great personality, she answered all of my questions regarding the property!! Thank you Amanda you are great and I will be back soon to sign my lease!!!

Unfortunately I can only give one star, if that. If anyone has a pet either do not rent from this complex or go online and register your pet as a service dog. If your dog is registered, you do not have to pay anything...the deposit, the fee or the monthly pet rent. I wish I had known this sooner because the property management will take every part of the deposit even though they charge the non-refundable $350 fee. I was sent photos of what was supposed to be my carpet and my dog is so small there was no way that she made those large stains in the pictures they sent me. I do not even know if that was the carpet in my apartment. Furthermore, they showed a fee of carpet pet treatment, but then they said they replaced the entire carpet. There would be no need for a pet treatment if the carpet was replaced. I have no evidence that those stains were on the carpet in my apartment nor could they have been from my dog. Such a shame they have to be so dishonest and deceitful.

I am very disappointed with this complex. There is a level of expectation for AMLI and this apartment has failed. The garage exit and entry door breakdown weekly. At any time I might walk out in the hall and smell garbage. Multiple cars have been broken into, motorcycles stolen and tires stolen off of automobiles. The key pads may or may not work. The hallways, stair wells are filthy. I would not recommend this complex. If you so choose to move here stay in building 1 it is maintained slightly better.

Too much train noise that I can hear from inside of my apartment.

If I could get this place a lower rating I would. I was scheduled to move in on 6/16/17. All of my lease paperwork stated this information. I even called the day before to confirm this information and no one informed me that there was an all employee volunteer event that day. I drove 15 hours to be at the office exactly at 10AM when they open only to fine a a sign that said the office was closed. I frantically had to call multiple numbers to get in contact with someone. Garrett Rose, my original consultant, arrived 1.5 hours later to get me set up.In the interim, I missed a new furniture delivery as well as I had to reschedule delivery of my furniture from South Carolina. This was an extremely careless and reckless oversight. I will be sleeping on air mattress for several weeks as my furniture is rescheduled. If I was able to, I would have cancelled this apartment and moved somewhere else but too much is already planned with this address at the moment. I truly think I made the wrong decision with this place.

Here almost a year. Was wonderful - great building great residents. However, managements needs crack down on the resident behavior. Trash is being left scatter in the trash rooms. I found trash put under my windshield wiper... someone bent my windshield wiper and placed trash underneath it. Disgusting. I’m happy to pay 2+k for rent a month to live in nice building, but if management doesn’t address the nasty behavior of some of the residents this is going to turn into another 1-star, pretty on the outside/ disgusting on the inside Las Colinas complex.

After reading into reviews I decided to make the decision to move into Amli Campion Trail. I had a year long lease with Amli. I just recently moved out to move closer to family. If I did not need to move closer to family I would have renewed my lease at Campion Trail. The community is great, the area is up and coming, the trails are awesome, the amenities are incredibly nice, the leasing staff are kind and helpful, and it is very clean. Maintenance was always really on top of everything and it was fixed in a very quick and easy manner. I did not come across one issue with Campion Trail while living here. I would like to add that this is a genuine review and was not sponsored. I really had a great experience with Campion Trail and would recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Very neatly kept and the office staff is very nice and knowledgeable. If you call maintenance for anything, they come out right away to address your concerns . Some of the doors are loud when they slam , seems maintenance tries to keep up with the automated doorstops, I wish the other residents were a little more thoughful when opening and closingc them. Overall, a very nice place and kept up pretty well. Close to a lot of nearby food and entertainment options.

Just wanted to clarify that initials do not mean anything when it comes to reviews. My current name was brought in accusation that i wrote a nasty review which is false. I have been moved from this property for a while I received an voicemail from the office property manager accusing me of writing a fictitious review. Without gathering appropriate information from me and writing something up on media is considered deformation of character... Please clear this matter up ASAP before legal actions are brought to attention.

I dont live here, my sister does and Ive been jealous since shes moved in. The apartments are beautiful and roomy, they give you a real bang for your buck! The staff is so incredibly nice here, Garret is my favorite leasing agent here. There was a wasp that had flown in from the patio, my sister and I freaked out! Im allergic to them and shes tariffed of them, Garrett was nice enough to come up and get it for us! Totally not his job but he was more than eager to help, awesome guy, great staff, great property. 👍🏾

Customer service sucks here, I hope that girl Khandice would get fired for being so fake just to get you into a lease. Leasing professional my ass. She withdrew my application after being approved without my consent when I was just asking questions to consider my best options. She has no manners whatsoever, then after cancelling my application she asked me to reapply but I would have to pay admin fee, app fee and deposit all over again. what kind of nonsense is that? learn how to own up to your mistakes and provide better service.

After touring several other AMLI apartment homes Garrett Rose was by far the best representative. I toured the newest AMLI complex located in Irving, TX...yes the pretty one with the white buildings. Needs to say they did not have a representative like Garrett!...they completely lacked customer service. When my partner and I walked in the doors of the new complex there was a female representative sitting at a desk and a male representative sitting at a desk speaking with 2 guest. Clearly, we glanced over and make eye contact with her and she did not speak. After standing in the door/walkway for several mintues, the male completed his task with the other guest and came to help us. While the female sitting at her desk never moved or said a word. Soon after being greeted another couple walks through the doors, being of Caucasian ethnicity she jumped up from her desk to greet them immediately. Oh I forgot to mention my ethnicity is not of Caucasian decent. However, we still took the tour but knew from that initial moment of how we were treated...we would not be making that place our new home. So, we skipped on over to Campion Trails and ran into this awesome guy Garrett Rose!! Garrett Rose has the personality and professionalism to make anyone feel right at home. That spoke volumes to us when we walked in the door at Campion Trail. We were greeted with a bright smile and lovely personality that made us forget about the other not so nice experience at the all white AMLI complex down the way. Garrett along with his two other co-workers Khandice and Lauren definitely have great customer service at AMLI Campion Trail!

My experience with Amli ended up being the worst one when took all of my deposit money and even are asking for $1300 repair charges on account of granite stain which were not even visible and no one pointed out during the initial inspection that was done in our presence. In my view this is a deliberate effort to not to let the tenant take timely actions. Overall if any one has spare cash and wanted to pay them extra $2k when leaving ,and can bear their so called efforts to monitor the gates to provide security to the their tenants, this is a good place to be. As a brand it is no different than any other who is waiting to loot you and eat your deposit.

It is so sad that Campion Trail is where we choose to live. I regreted every day there. There is no privacy. There are countless rules and regulations which make it feel more like prison than a home. They rarely pick up trash and will literally weigh it. If they feel it is too heavy, despite what the actual weight is, your trash is left by your door which you are then fined for. Everything is up to the office and managements sole, biased discretion. Services you are forced to pay for have no return on investments. It feels like a dictatorship. They will pitch to you their pretty pools and shiny counters, but do not be fooled. The cost does not come anywhere near the reward. A pretty interior and exterior does not make up for the deplorable truth underneath. Break-ins are almost weekly. You hear everyone above you due to very poor structural engineering. In all my life, I thought I had seen it all as a renter and homeowner. This place was a horrible surprise. Run!

Ehh, good complex overall, amazing pool and the best gym a lot of heavy weights for men. Small dog park and too many rules about, balcony, floor mats, etc. But its a 9/10 complex! Maintenance was always quick and on time

We are so happy that we met Garrett Rose during our apartment hunting. My partner and I started our apartment search over a month ago. We knew the area we wanted to move to and began our search marking off apartments one at a time due to several must-haves we had on our list. We are from the south and one thing that always stands out to us is that good old southern hospitality (customer service.) If we walk into a building or office and we are ignored...well we turn around and walk out. This happened to us several times before we walked into the doors at Amli Campion Trail. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with a smile and bright spirit from Garrett Rose. He was down to earth and professional the moment he greeted us both. He asked us questions and as we answered we knew he was actively listening, how did we know? Because during our tour around the complex he referred to bits and pieces of information we shared and included it as it pertained to making Campion Trail our new home. As Garrett walked with us during the tour at no time did we feel pressured or mislead on the complex, rules, guidelines, or requirements. Being that we were moving from a 4 bedroom home into an apartment, looking to downsize we first toured the 1 bedroom homes at the complex during our tour Garrett asked questions to get a better feel of our daily living lifestyle, my partner and I had difference of opinions between getting a 2 bedroom instead of the 1 bedroom. Garrett stated that after 6 months we have the option to move to another apartment home if we felt more or less space would be needed. I was shocked and relieved to know thisGarrett is a representative that was open and considerate of our needs. Our whole experience with Garrett and Amli Campion Trails was nothing short of great things! We recently moved in and made Campion Trail our new home. Even from the moment we picked up our keys until present day...Garrett has been helpful and checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. AMLI needs more people representing their property like Garrett Rose!!

This community does not protect their tenants. All cars in garage were vandalized and broken into on 11/15/2019 including mine.

Probably my favorite apartment complex so far. My husband and I move alot, and weve lived in a variety of apartment complexes between here and New England. This is why AMLI Campion Trail has been my favorite so far (and the examples I give are all things Ive experienced elsewhere):-The amenities are very nice and well maintained. The fitness center has a COMPLETE SET of MATCHING dumbbells and working cardio equipment, plus some other nice things you dont always find in an apartment gym (TRX straps, resistance bands, kettlebells & medicine balls).-The pool area is well maintained. I do not find clumps of hair or other debris floating in it, nor did they plant shedding trees near it so that the surface of the pool becomes a carpet of crepe myrtle flowers after a heavy rain/wind, rendering it unusable.-90% of the time, the business center has ink and paper in the printer. This a better percentage than I get at most hotels.-The apartments themselves must have been designed by someone who actually lived in an apartment at one time:~The kitchen cabinets extend almost to the ceiling, giving you a precious extra shelf for storing extra items from your costco trip or seldom-used items.~The kitchen counter is marble, and its a deep workspace. You can keep your instapot on the counter and still have plenty of room to work. CRUCIALLY, they left the workspace completely flat (there is no raised bar that cuts the usefulness of the counter in half). If you really cook, you will really appreciate all the counter space.~The closet is NOT in the bathroom. Fine if you live alone, but what if there are two people trying to get ready for work at the same time? Plus who wants their clothes to spend that much time near the bathroom?The biggest con I can see is the crime rate, but I need to temper that. Whenever a crime is committed on the property, the office sends out an email with the salient details, so we are all hyper aware of whats going on. Contrast this where I lived two apartments ago, where I found out about crimes committed only when the police knocked on my door, or I talked to other residents. It happens everywhere. Youre responsible for your own safety, and this apartment has done more than most, like maintain the access-controlled entryways and add cameras to the parking garage. The residents I know installed alarm systems like SimpliSafe or cameras, and one fellow here put a camera in his car, that got video of someone breaking into cars in the parking garage (they got him too!). Personally I feel very safe walking around here, all the crimes have been theft of high-end items.I love the proximity to Lake Carolyn, the trail is well used by dog walkers, runners, and office workers on break and feels very safe. The Campion bike trail is equally well used. Dart access is a quick 7 minute walk, weve taken it to get to the airport and its absolutely brilliant. Looking forward to more restaurants and shops opening up at water street/music factory projects as those will just add to the fun things you can do on foot. Overall were extremely happy with the amenities & location at Amli Campion Train.

Best place I have ever lived, Best Apartment, Very Clean and Topline amenities, experienced and friendly staff.

I have lived on the property for over a year, the area is ideal but I am not happy with the upkeep. Gates & doors that are for security purposes are broken, open & nonfunctional 50% of the time. This makes theft & other criminal activity easy. The doorways, hallways & trash collection areas are not maintained. DNA testing was proposed for all pets however it doesnt seem to help with properly disposal of pet waist. On a good note Derrick and Chris in the office are exceptional. I want to add, demand a walk through because they will find a way to keep your deposit

AMLI Campion Trail is the best place to live with good customer service and with a highly recommended maintenance staff.

If you are thinking about moving here , pls think twice . This community looks good and has some nice amenities ,but If you are black or brown pls dont move here . They are so racist. I am writing this review because it has happened to me and my friends a couple of times . They think that a black person can not afford to live here and they will harass you and make you pay tons of fines.

B.W. is that you Brian Whitherspoon😎! Dang when did you start hating on the coolest apartments in LC. I guess that means you arent interested in a cool pool party coming up. Oh, dont hate! This place rocks and the staff is pretty awesome. If you cause trouble that may be another story. I dont know, I dont cause trouble and I love these apartments. There is no sewer water either, perhaps that was something else in the toilet. Anyway, I have a garage, and a yard and love the pool. We have events all the time. I guess some people have nothing to do but complain about things, kind sad for those folks. Anyway, I cant say enough great things about this place. Its the best apartmemts in LC hands down.

You will lose your deposit. Like many reviewers my parents also faced unnecessary and exorbitant charges.They charged them for replacing the kitchen counter top for a stain in the granite. They replaced the granite without even trying to remove the stain and only gave them one days notice. When they did the pre-walkthrough, they didnt mention this otherwise my parents would have cleaned it themselves. I have never seen such sneaky business practices. Their lease was only for 10 months too. As soon as you move in take a video of the apartment, so you can show it when you move out and insist on a post move out walkthrough before you move out. When you move out dont expect any consideration from customer service either.

Reminds me of living at The Spectrum in Irvine, CA. The manager Nick was very professional and made us feel at home on the spot!

Beautiful property and lovely apartment layouts! However they fee you for every little thing, the cops stop cars as theyre entering the garage DAILY at 5pm to enforce their garage sticker policies. I pay rent here Ive lived here for over a year and I cannot wait to move bc this is extreme overkill and inconvenient. I do not wish to wait in line every single day to get into a single entrance garage after a long day of work while the cop makes every single car stop and check garage stickers. Its ridiculous! Why not leave a note or notify the office of the cars without stickers! Insane!Not only that but We almost didnt move here bc when checking out the place Chris was so rude and arrogant to me I actually just stood up and walked out. He was so rude I keptLooking at my husband in disbelief. It wasnt until we met Dereck at another AMLI property who suggested we look at this place again bc hed be working as a leasing agent here that we changed our minds. This place is extremely overpriced and even more inconvenient.

So, I have waited a bit before writing this review, because I wanted to see how we liked it after a while.My wife and I have lived here for 4 months now, and we absolutely love it. We did a lot of shopping around the Las Colinas area for the perfect apartment, and even considered the several other AMLI apartment complexes. In short, we settled on this one mainly because of the AWESOME service of Christopher Leidel, and because of how new it is and the already good reviews on Google and Yelp.We are not from the area, and I was moving here from being stationed in California with the Marines. Because of that, I wasnt able to traditionally go around and visit all of the apartments like I wouldve liked to. Chris was the only representative to contact me within 24 hours of me e-mailing all of the different apartments we were considering. He was so quick to respond to all of my questions, and believe me, I had a lot. He was very quick and thorough, and even sent me pictures of the different apartments we were considering (including the view from the balcony), and gave excellent recommendations. He is also exceptionally courteous and professional over the phone. This went on for days before we decided that this is where we wanted to call home. He did such a great job helping us get set up, fill out all the required forums, etc, he made our transition into this apartment as smooth as possible. I literally cannot say enough good things about Christopher Leidel, he is the main reason we chose this apartment.Fast forward to now, 4 months later, and Chris is still an exceptional help to us. Any question I have, I e-mail him and he gets back to me as soon as possible. Its not like he was faking to get our money and then ignored us after we signed our contract. He still answers any and all questions I have in a very timely matter. Anyway, I think thats enough about Chris. He is seriously awesome, and from what I can tell, so is the rest of the staff.The apartment is very insulated and efficient. The heat stays out, and the cold air stays in. The A/C works very well, as does the heater. The hardwood floors, dark cabinets, stainless appliances, oversized bath/showers, pretty much everything about our apartment we love. I have never heard a noise from my neighbors. Im fairly certain the neighbor under us has a loud subwoofer, but its so muffled through the floor it doesnt bother us at all. I cant speak for the noise from upstairs neighbors because we are on the top floor (purposefully).Speaking of which, some of the top floor apartments (not sure if all) have tall, 11ft ceilings. These really make the space feel even more spacious, and I highly recommend getting one of those apartments. We also face east, so we see the green treeline and the river for our view, and love it.Also, the pools are awesome. We really do feel like were at a nice hotel when we are down there. Love the design, layout, palmtrees, etc. Wish there was a deeper end, but thats ok :)We also really like how the parking works, and we have reserved spots.The community is nice. We have Foodtruck Tuesdays where we have a different food truck each week come out and serve food. Once a month (I think) we have live music on this day as well. Its a fun break from the monotonous work week, and the people that come out are always nice.Also a very nice area. Lake Carolyn is right across the street and is quite beautiful and a great place to go for a walk or a run. We are still discovering the local places. Its also a great centralized location... We are 20 minutes away from Downtown/Uptown Dallas, about 30 mins from downtown Ft. Worth. Most everywhere we go is no more than a 20 minute drive, which is nice.Anyway, I cant say enough good things about this place. The only bad things I have to say are very knit-picky, and I cant even fit it into this review due to all of the good things.Long story short, Christopher Leidel is awesome, and I highly recommend.

It was not so good experience living in amli.I think rent is too high and also not good for the kids as there is no park nearby.I would say maintenance is nice.But after moving out they put lot of charges that I didn’t think was justified .So was disappointing for me.And also you will smell garbage near the elevator entrance.

Oh well unfortunately I have to change my original review to a one star. Too many rules, a lot of pressure from the staff. I dont feel secure at all, we need to do something about the robberies
