Michelle, Alexandra and Katie were phenomenal to work with from the very beginning. The crew is very transparent and went out of their way to make sure my transition from out-of-state was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this community and am very grateful for their white glove high-class service. I would absolutely be a tenant at the Blvd again should I ever be back in Irving. The community is very clean and very welcoming.

Myself and my family we love this community and the family atmosphere that the staff bring everyday. From our first appointment with Michelle to look at the apartments to now, we are so glad that we decided on the Blvd. any issues we have had have been addressed very timely by the office staff and maintenance team. Out of the apartments we have lived in prior to this, we are by far the happiest and most comfortable. Thank you to the staff for being so Awesome!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They will keep your security deposit for absolutely no reason at all. I cleaned my apartment before leaving from top to bottom. I was advised 2 days after moving out that I would not receive my deposit back because they were going to replace the carpet in the unit. The carpet wasn’t dirty it should be properly ( professionally) cleaned which they should do as part of the make ready process when one resident moves out and another resident moves in. It’s unfortunate and very inconsiderate in a pandemic that they are cheating people out of their security deposit. ( see photos)

I deeply regret it ... unfortunately Im stuck with them for a year ... on my first day here I waited for them to return from lunch for more than one and a half hour after the lunch time to be able to get the keys ... and all the staff with the manager didnt even apologized they didnt even smile ... then she refused to give me the car sticker for the parking so on the second night here I got my car towed.... and it seems like it happened to many residents ... ( as they r getting a benefit share with the towing company so they r encouraging this) ... if u have a friend visiting u will need to go down to give him a visitor card ... and then U will have to return the cards to the management to get another two cards ... this is driving me crazy ... all the other apartments in the area has a multi story garage that cost lots of money and the parking is free for the residents ...while in this one I have to pay 50$ for the shaded park .... dont ever do the same mistake I did guys ... go find another apartment and live headache free

This apartment complex has nice features and amenities. The location is nice as well. The staff changes constantly and are not quick on answering any issues you may have. You have to constantly be checking in to get any response. It’s extremely frustrating. The parking situation is also frustrating. You have to have a visitor fill out a form each time they come by. The towing company that comes will tow your car if anything is misspelled on that form. Don’t make any mistakes because you’ll have to shell out $300 to get your vehicle back. I worked with Marlena, the leasing associate who is absolutely fantastic in helping me throughout my move-in process. She is very humble, patient, understanding and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. All I had to do is explain her my preferences during my initial apartment tour and she came up with the most optimal & comfortable solution to fit all my needs. Management is very friendly & welcoming, really on their toes in addressing all the maintenance requests etc very quickly. I am very disappointed in the service during our move in and days later. The lady we were dealing with quit or was fired or something. The apartment manager left a temp there alone on a Saturday. Each time I was in the office there were many residents and possible new residents. She had no idea we were moving in and was not familiar with processes. Very sweet girl and very unfair to her. There was a washer and Dryer in the unit that we did not rent. We needed to move ours in. Until I got ugly with the maintenance person whos only response was that it was not his job...did the manager show up and take care of the problem. An email was sent two days prior to move in reminding them to move the washer and dryer as we did not rent it. In addition the parking spot assigned to us apparently was already assigned to someone else. The current statement of charges for the partial month does not agree with the move in letter provided. I am being charged for more than what is stated in the lease. In addition, the special offered for signing,(750 off first month) is not reflected in the rent due for the 1st month. This is also clearly indicated on the move in letter. I have placed multiple calls to management with no response. I normally do not participate in reviews like this but I cannot get resolution. so hoping this helps.

This is what you get , when you move out. I live at Lakepointe for 3years and 1month, I paid rent on time . When I moved in, there were great people in the office. As soon as Holly was a manager, she is the rudest, mean ,racist person I have ever met. There is no parking space , so I paid for covered parking $40 a month throughout my stay. I paid $1300 for a 1 bedroom apartment, with $40 parking, pet fee, trash is $25 . This is so ridiculous, apartment is not safe, no fence, no security. In short , this apartment does not worth it. Austin is worst too, harassing me all the time for move out charges. This is how they get you, 1 month free, ummmm , beware! You will pay through your nose. If this is a good apartment, why will people move out after 1 year? Why do they have move-in special all the time. Be warned!

Im giving one star to Lake Pointe because there is no ZERO star, I would really give ZERO star with a negative sign next to it which would be much more appropriate rating for this place. Finally my night mare is over with this place, when I moved in there was a manager who is really good what she does then shortly after the management was changed and that is when the nightmare started. Parking for residents will make your life miserable if you live in this complex. The apartment quality is not high which this place think they’re top notch but it’s by far not there. Dealing with this place as a new tenant will make you think “I just landed in the place I was looking for” be careful before you think that way. After you’re in and anything you need will not be responded to accordingly or in a timely manner. As far as parking and as I mentioned previously, my car was towed once and I was a tenant, someone had blocked my garage entrance, the car owner was given permission by the office to park in front of my garage!!!And I was forced to park in front of the leasing office “future resident.” When I moved to this complex I was planning to bring a pet with me but I never did which I informed the office to not charge me the pet rent although I have the pet deposit but now the current management stating that no I did not pay deposit and fee for the pet but they still charged me for pet rent “I’m not sure how that works” when it is written in the contract that I did have those charges.Upon my move out I hired a cleaning company and professionally cleaned the apartment which was recommended by the leasing office but this place still charged me for cleaning and when I asked why I was told “even if you cleaned your apartment we still charge you for cleaning” and when I asked if I left the apartment not cleaned you would’ve charged me the same, the answer was “yes” weird huh?Once you’re a tenant in this place you will be receiving emails and text messages about you can’t do this and can’t that all the time and those things don’t pertain to you and by the way most of those things are normal daily things. This place at one point were soliciting tenants to write positive review for $100 reward but when they realized this may not be legal they retracted it.My friend who still live there is have a horrible time as well and he cannot wait for his lease to be over. I will not recommend this place to anyone because this place is really out of control

If I had enough time in my day I will personally greet every potential resident at the door and give a list of bull* that goes on here. Do not live here if you value your sleep or peace in quiet. There is no noise ordnance if effect (that management addresses) . People play music so loud that it rattles the upstairs apartment and when you call the office they do not enforce anything. It is beyond unsettling that people play music so loud to affect an upstairs resident has floors and walls rattling and management does nothing. It is pure laziness that they do not handle noise issues. Thus, equals how they handle a complex in general… A simple news letter to residents concerning loud music would be nice at the very least….

This is our first year living in Lakepointe at Las Colinas and we love it, we actually just renewed our lease for another year. In our first year we have never had any issues with parking or getting our cars (we pay for carports) or any of our friends cars towed. We usually have visitors every other weekend with some staying overnight. Yes, parking may be rough for visitors but it is what it is, the complex prefers to accommodate residents and have less visitors parking. If they add more for visitors, then people will complaint that they come home late and there is no parking. I see lots of complaints here but its reality, people will always complaint everywhere they go and will never end. Like my wife says, if they dont like it, then buy your own house ;)We have followed the rules regarding stickers and placing passes correctly and we have never had an issue. Our apartment is nice and we love it, it is right for just the 2 of us. The area is very nice and we love the fact that we have Campion trail within a walking distance. Maintenance is also great and very quick, we will stay here until we finally buy our house by end of next year.

We often share our bad experiences online but I do think the good ones get over looked at times. With this being said, overall, I feel this property has definitely taken strides in the right direction to please its residents. They are typically good about communicating what is going on property through email and door flyers. They do resident events frequently, the property is well maintained and the managers overall do their best to work with you. I had been chosen as a resident of the month and got some cool gift cards which definitely made me feel welcomed. The Asst. Manager is new and appears to be easy to work with. Manager is friendly as well. I have not had any major issues besides parking issues which they are aware of - other than that, this property is good in my book. Resident for 1 1/2 years!

Ive been living at Lakepointe since June 2013. I have a great view of the canal, its close and convenient to my work and within striking distance of nearly everything because of the central location of Las Colinas. I currently have nice quiet neighbors and its reasonably priced. Open parking is a challenge if you dont pay for a garage or covered spot but I got a garage so I could keep not only my car but bike and stuff down there and I dont have to worry about parking. The orange line light rail has a station within a 3 block walk from the apartments so you can catch cheap rides to many destinations including the airport at Love Field. And they are currently building a $175 million dollar entertainment district called The Music Factory that will be within walking distance from Lakepointe and will have several bars and restaurants, a movie theater, and a concert venue. And the main reason I got this apartment is because of how close it is to Campion Trail which is the best biking/jogging trail in Dallas. You can ride out the door and be on the trail in 3 minutes. Sadly the trail is in a flood plain and stays flooded a lot during rainy season and this last year I missed a lot of biking days due to that. Overall Lakepointe is a great place, is a great location, has great management with Lacey and her team and has been an enjoyable 3 years and Id highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new place to live.

Parking is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! There is not enough parking for residents. You will find yourself parking on the side or the street near the highway or at DART station. This place is simply not worth the money they are asking for. The clubhouse closes after the office close so the only thing you will be able to do is workout in the small gym with broke equipment. The apartment my roommate and I moved into had BED BUGS. The stove was severely burnt from what looks like hookah. The WiFi is always down in the computer room which only have two desktop but only one computer prints. If i had to do things over I would not have moved into this complex. I actually took away a star b/c this place lacks security, you can’t get your packages once the office closes, you will get violations for trash even though you pay $25 a month, and parking is way too expensive $50 a month. We literally had two garbage pages stack on top of each other in the valet trash can and they tried to give us a violation for having two bags.

I couldnt get back to the apartment before 6 pm to get a new one. I called to make sure I have the correct one, but I didnt. I had a green parking permits that used to be for another towing company they worked with before. They change towing companies as often as they change staff.Charges: someone says here... they charge you for everything under sun Again, it is true!!!! This people has no customer retention skills. I paid a lot of money here without any complain. Even if youre a first offender, you have no chance or grace period. They send out very rude emails or texts with words like demanding , immediately or nowMaintenance: Ive been complaining about the dishwasher not heating or drying the dishes anymore. They send the maintenance person and keeps saying that nothing is wrong with it. The light bulbs in the kitchen burnt out often, theyre not responsible for that, you have to buy your own, as well as your air filter. Come on now, for paying $1900 a month in this property I would expect at least the air filter and the stupid kitchen lights to be replaced. Why I havent moved? Ive tried, but I travel too much and every time I tried, something unexpectedly comes up. One time I put the notice only with 30 days before I was planning to leave and they charge me a month to month rate. I had to stay an extra month. By then had to leave the country again, when I got back was too late to find another place.I dont think some would read this. But honestly, FIND A BETTER PLACE!! If youre gonna pay almost $2000 a month, you deserve better.

I lived here in the past and parking was horrible. I came from work late at night around 10:30 - 11:00pm and had to circle around the apartment complex for at least 30 minutes before I could find a spot (if I was lucky). BEWARE!!!!

Worst apartment complex . Couple of years ago me and my roommate move from out state and apartment was still dirty . My roommate mom cleaned the place and when we left just because the microwave was not micro clean and the carpet has an odor . Yes that was their excuse they wanted to charge us around 300 around for cleaning fees . Avoid yourself a nightmare and they pest control is the worst . If you have the lake view prepare yourself to deal with spiders. Even after they spray .

I moved here 10 months ago and the houses are worth the price but the main problem is PARKING :( . They love to sell the garages(150$ a month) and covered parking(50$ a month) but not caring about the parking problem. When I moved here initially they said its open parking with a sticker and most of the times I never found parking spots. When Im done with my work in the evening and returning to home first thing come to my mind is whether Ill get parking or no! and Im afraid to remove my car in the evening/night times. The apartment beside this, Foutain Pointe has multi level parking. In the weekends, when someone is visiting your house they are not going to get parking spot at all, thats for sure. They have hardly 10 to 15 visitor spots which are always FULL.

Before moving to Lakepointe (From Pennsylvania) in March of this year (2017) I read the reviews here and on other sites about Lakepointe. One continuous theme was parking. For me I knew that I would be getting a garage and this would not be an issue, however if a garage or a car port is not in your budget I would consider shopping around or come to live in this complex with the right expectation, general parking is limited. With that I would also like to say that I greatly appreciate the fact that management has contracted a company to come in and ensure that the parking is being enforced. Other members of the community should not have to deal with some people not following the rules. Dont follow the rules and you get towed. Its very simple. In the few instances that I felt parking would be a challenge for my guests I reached out to mgmt and they were very understanding and accommodating to the situation and worked it out so that a parking spot could be utilized where my guest wouldnt get towed.Another area that is commonly mentioned in apartment reviews everywhere (not just about Lakepointe, but anywhere) is related to maintenance. In the 8 months that I have lived here so far I have not had any issue with any maintenance requests. They are always handled in a timely manner, typically within 24 to 48 hrs, and if it takes longer they let me know a reasonable time frame and set the proper expectations. For those unreal expectations like your maintenance request consists of replacing a battery, you should go to the store, buy a battery, and put it in yourself. Thats ridiculous!Cleanliness of the complex and the grounds is another area that has been mentioned in reviews. The landscaping has been very kept up, having trash picked up regularly (both loose trash on the ground and dumpsters), and providing more than enough bins for pet clean up. On the topic of pet clean up there are several pet owners who obviously feel that cleaning up after their pet does not apply to them. When I take my dog out I see several piles of feces all over and next to the bin where it should be thrown away. I believe the complex staff does what they can to clean up and minimize this, but the tenants should be held accountable for their pets waste. If there were a system to put in place to hold people more accountable I would very much be in favor of adding that.Noise is a topic that people discuss in reviews. If you dont like people stomping above you, then live on the top floor. If you dont like the sound of music, people talking, or children playing in the pool, then live in a building that doesnt face the pool. This complex is filled with some quite, professional, and respectful people, but you must move into an apartment complex with the right expectation as it relates to noise and other areas.I realize that some of the reviews posted are outdated as they apply to previous management that worked at the complex, but in the time Ive been there the current team led by Holly has done an amazing job managing this place. I can only hope that when my lease is up Ill still be able to afford living here based on the market rate at that time because I would like to continue living at Lakepointe as long as my circumstances will allow for me to do so.

Giving Lakepointe 1 star is pushing it. This has been the worst place that I could call home. The only good thing about them is the location other than that everything is trash. If you pay rent by money orders, keep up with your receipts because they will lose them and expect you to pay them. NEVERRRRRR LEASE HEREEEEE!!!!

This is the worst apartment I ever lived in. The worst. The apartments themselves are okay but the management company is the worst. The people who are located in the leasing office are racist as well. I have seen them treat residents differently based on race. They had a previous management company but nicer people. Shout to Kyle. They built way too many car ports and garages for the size of the apartments. When you lease they do not tell you that there is non existent parking which means when you come at night. You do not have a guaranteed parking spot. Please not that you my have park far. Nope, every single spot is taken! Dont be fooled when you come during the day and people have all left for work and you see a few empty car spots. Every week you are constantly sent messages that are threatening in nature. Fined for everything under the sun. It seems as though the aim of this apartment company for the residents to be miserable. I cannot wait till our lease is up. I have lived in apartments for the last 12 years in 3 major cities and havent had a single problem until we had the misfortune of coming here. I lived uptown not one incident of parking hassles or fines; just peaceful living. Our car was towed twice so we eventually had to get a garage. Stay away. There are nicer apartments in the same price point without the hassles and lack of peace of mind that exist by living here. DO NOT DO IT. Dont be fooled by the meager 3 stars; please note they had once offered to give gift cards for reviews before retracting it so who knows how they paid other people who have given 5 stars. Please I beg you. Do not come here!

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The apartments are very new and have a nice lay out - great for roommates! I recommend purchasing covered parking or a garage so that you dont have to worry about any parking issues. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the employees in the leasing office are what make this place so desirable. If you have any issues, discuss these problems with the managers and they are more than willing to do everything they can for you. When we moved out, there was a minor issue. Their response to the issue was calculated, reasonable, friendly and fair! I appreciate how they run their property, and I will definitely live here again if I move back to the Las Colinas area.

Don’t, just don’t. It really is a terrible place to call home. The biggest gripe is the towing company they have a contract with and get kickbacks from, as said by a former employee of the apartments.First time a visitor was towed, she parked in an unmarked spot, next to the leasing office. This was before parking spots were marked. The pass was filled out correctly and on the dash. A tow and $263 later the leasing office could care less.A few months later they mark visitors spaces. Then reduce them down to 11, ELEVEN VISITORS SPACES! That’s for the entire complex.Second friend parks where there used to be visitors spots. I was unaware they had reduced them. An additional $263 and again the leasing office doesn’t care.Third and better be final time, I had written the wrong date in and corrected it on the parking pass. It was the last pass I had. It says no altering the pass. Well what if you make a mistake in pen. You’re F***ked at that point. That one wasn’t so bad it only cost me $253.Seriously don’t move here, save your self the headache. And for those 5star reviews from people living here less than a month or two, just give them time. They will change there minds.Good luck, and maybe try next door, all the people I’ve met walking their dogs have nothing but great reviews. They also have a parking garage with plenty of visitor parking, and elevators.Oh yeah, Lakepointe doesn’t have elevators. Have fun lugging your furniture and groceries up three flights.

The complex is a beautiful place, and the apartment itself is a nice. The staff is quick to respond, and are very concerned with your issues. Only flaw is parking. You basically have to ask permission for a friend to stay the night, unless you want them to get towed. Wish I would of known about this before hand. P.S. try not to get an apartment next to the road. The cars passing by are very loud and will wake you up on a Sunday morning.

Overall this place is okay, but I am going to detail out the major cons of living here below. Please note that this is only my experience, and some may have not experienced the same as me. I will specify that I have lived here for almost 3 years and the office has gone through 3 major staff changes. The first one was pretty decent, and really tried to help the residents through any issues. The second was just flat out horrible, you may have seen the name “Holly” in some of the older posts… enough said. The newer group seem like they have their stuff together, but not sure if that will last or not (not going to stick around to find out).ParkingI have a garage, and am not allowed to have another parking sticker since I have one. So every time I have someone over, which I do a lot, we have to play car spot switcharoo. It also seems that others park in fire lanes a lot. I have never seen them towed. I swear if I parked there for just a bit, I would be towed in an instant. Also, good to note that there just isn’t enough available parking here. So if you are planning to live somewhere and have friends over often, this place isn’t for you.NoiseI have had my bouts of bad neighbors being loud. Even when I have lived on the 3rd floor. But the worst is living near the pool. If you like screaming kids, loud music and screaming adults, this place is for you. If not, then don’t choose a pool view apartment, you will regret it! I have lived in my pool view apartment for almost a year and can’t wait to leave. The noise generally starts around 10-11AM and really doesn’t stop until 10PM, maybe even 11-12PM. This can be really annoying if you are a light sleeper. I have complained about it once or twice, but was told that unless it is during the “quiet hours”, that they can’t do anything about it.PropertyThe grounds are okay, however have noticed that other residents are very bad about cleaning up after their pets. The management has posted signs, however it seemed to only make it worse. When I take my dog out, I have to watch out for other droppings and watch where my pet steps as well.MaintenanceDid your light bulb go out? Well you are responsible for buying the new one. The rail lighting will cost you about 15-20 bucks a pop, and I have replaced them almost 4-5 times in my most recent apartment. The maintenance staff however is really nice. Every time I have worked with them, they seem to truly care about resolving the issue. If I had to give a 5 star anywhere, it would be for them.OverallI am happy that I am leaving. I only lived here because it was super convenient and close to work. Now that I have a new job, I am happy to be leaving. If you are planning to lease here, just be sure you ask all your questions up front, and know that the staff that is there will most likely change again before your lease is up. If you don’t like the property, then dont lease… don’t be convinced that the staff will make it worth your stay.

This is the third time that I have called about my refridgerator not working. I will not be renewing my lease here. I called and mentioned my refrigerator was not cooling and never received a call back saying they were working on the issue.i come home and my fridge is making a sound, place stinks. At least i can say that the last team that managed the complex came out and was able to fix.. for short time so it was working. I have a kid that eats breakfast in the morning. I called the 24 hour service and he thinks he might know whats wrong, back to process elimination. I guess there will be a 4 th time Ill have to replace my groceries and pay them full rent. Wont be renting from this place again.Again, this is the 4th time my refridgerator is going out and I will have to purchase groceries over again. I cannot trust eating any food because I am pregnant and dont v know whether bacteria is growing. This is dangerous to my health and my childs health. Again, I will not be renewing my lease. The have taken 4 short cuts trying to keep from having to purchase a fridge. Making upgrades to make the place look nicer to attract people since this area is being developed but unable to replace a refridgerator.

I usually dont leave reviews but I was so moved by my stay here that I had to. Some pros of the apartment is the price, location, and general appearance. I lived on the exterior so I cant speak too much interior. Now the cons...Theres a nasty problem with yellow jackets. Nests everywhere. Outside doors, in bushes, you cant escape them. There not enough parking. Even for residents. As a resident, youd think Id be allowed to park in a guest space when theres no parking at 1am. Nope. They will tow you and solve the issue by suggesting you pay for parking. God forbid you actually have friends as the likelihood theyll have somewhere to park is slim. I lived there for a little over a year and there were at least 4 unit inspections. I have never encountered so many mandatory inspections in my life. The finishings of the actual unit are awful. The dishwasher was subpar and didnt dry, the toilet in my 2nd bedroom needed repair at least three times and the sink in the kitchen would not drain unless you intermittently ran the disposal. The office staff was okay but there were issues with my quote vs what was billed that took two months and multiple office visits to fix. At least 4 packages were stolen from me so please be aware, your deliveries are not safe. When it was time to move, I was notified that I could not return my keys in early as there would be an early termination fee. So essentially, I came back to Dallas from Houston 2 weeks after I moved out to turn in my keys. Nice.Overall, this was a decent enough transition apartment for my relocation out of Dallas but there are plenty of newer developments in the area that Im sure are more enjoyable.

I wouldnt come up with a better decision other than this place has racists working for them. My sister and I were looking to lease here but the experience we had was terrible. First, our car got towed. We decided to walk around and check out the complex with our friend who stays there. The future residents parking was full and we parked at the visitors parking. When we got back now to go inside for information our car was gone. The leasing office told us we had to have a permit but other cars on visitors didnt have any on their dashboard and their cars were still there. May I add we only walked around for just 30 minutes. Ive never experienced such a thing.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! Place to reside. First, I must illuminate how the property manager Austin is exceptionally rude, ghetto and unprofessional. I went to the leasing office hoping to converse with Austin in regards to, a resolution to rectify my misgiving of my car being towed, yet he was very careless, cocky and asked how did I get his cell phone number ,and that he was going to block my number ,and went on saying that I should have known not to contact him on his cell, and that it was not an emergency to contact him, after I explained my mom being on her death bed ,which is why I was needing my vehicle to commute to her. Austin replied back no Timothy that was your emergency and urge as if I did something wrong. First, I replied to him I was given your cell by your security guard that patrol your property, and second as a property manager its very unprofessional, distasteful and it should be in your best interest to behoove and assist me as well as all tenants in a professional healthy manner. Austin proceeded to start moving his hands inappropriately and acting ghetto, and unprofessional saying what I am not going to do is argue with you, and continued to replicate on how I got his number after we both concluded how I got his number. Sad thing is he as property manager was more concerned on how I got his number versus finding a resolution to my problem. Unfortunately, I decided to reside at the Lakepointe Apartments because of the convenience of the location due to the nice restaurants, and the fact that this is a 5-10 minute commute to my job. However, little did I know that Lakepointe Apartments designed their parking to accommodate visitors versus residents. Without a doubt, in more detail sadly a visitor can come register and have a secure parking for 48 hours, but as a resident we will get towed if we park in a visitors parking, even if there is not a residential parking available. Hmmmmmmmm?? Sounds ludicrous and careless to me. In my opinion, if I am a paying tenant that pays $1600 monthly I should not have to purchase a covered parking to secure a parking spot when the parking sticker that is on my vehicle displays open parking, yet my car was still towed and more so the security guard that works for Lakepointe confirmed my vehicle should not have been towed, so overall this exemplifies that my car was wrongfully towed. Moreover, to top this Lorena who is also a manager she called my cell and leaves a voicemail saying that I owe $734.00 and if I dont pay I have 3 days to vacate , but I sat in your office and signed a $859.10 money order which left me a $0.00 balance, so the question why are you not precisely updating this information in your systems, to avoid events of upsetting the tenant or stressing individuals out when they have paid what is due. Clearly, this shows that these type of mistakes can cause an uproar and can cause an innocent on time paying tenant to risk being evicted, payments being lost, which some tenants payments have been lost before. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE KEEP YOUR MONEY ORDERS RECEIPTS WHEN YOU PAY ANYTHING TO LAKEPOINTE APARTMENTS!!!!! Surely, these reviews including my review confirms that this apartment complex do not care about their tenants they are all about making money. Nevertheless, at this point I will be looking into further doings to be continued. I tell you this I know who I can contact to get some results, and they have three alphabets and they are called the three Bs (BBB)Better Businesss Bureau. Better Business Bureau tend to caffeinate businesses like Lakepointe, which basically give them a spark of energy to do what is right ,and ethical and yet enable them to adhere to state laws and code regulations. I am the one to take it as far as I need to get the results that are well deserve be blessed cause I am!!!

1. Parking is terrible as other ppl mentioned. They made way too many carports so if you dont pay for one, its extremely hard to find a spot when you come home late at night. And the tow company does an excellent job towing every car possible. Now they turned some of visitor section for residents which I still dont think its enough. But I know theres only limited space here in the complex so...2. Purely from my experience, very slow maintenance. Got nearly 4-5 months to get a window blind fixed. Submitted multiple requests online and even went into the office in person several times. I dont know it happened to other residents too but this is by far the worst maintenance experience Ive ever had. The office has new ppl every time I come in so I had to explain my situation from the beginning and then nothing. The management needs improvement.I loved this place. Its new and clean and the complex is really pretty. You can walk your dog by the river and its perfect. But I dont wanna go through hella parking issue every time I have a guest or myself coming home late at night. Also maintenance too. I recently requested one online and got no response what so ever for a week and I had to go into the office to check the status of it. I wish I could stay here longer but Im not going to renew my lease here.

My girlfriend and I were visiting a friend at Lakepointe. Every parking spot in the lot was taken, and after driving around the lot we realized that there was one section on the side that was not marked as a fire lane and had no signage telling us not to park there. This was literally the only area without those distinctions in the lot, plus there were 2 or 3 other cars parked in the area so we figured it was good to park there. When we came back out we found that our car had been towed, costing us $300. When we complained, telling them that there were no signs anywhere in the area they told us there was nothing they could do. The worst part is, when we returned the very next day to take photos of the unmarked area that we were towed from, we found that they had put two brand new no parking signs up, as if to cover their tracks. What a joke.

Happy at LakepointeI chose Lakepoint because of its location my excellent experience with another with the same management company as Lakepointes. I wasnt disappointed, not with Lacey Jordan for the first year, and never with Holly WIlson who took over from her. Both Lacey and Holly are dedicated professionals who want their managed property to be a pleasant place to live -- and Lakepointe is a great place to live. Why do I say that?I am always greeted with a smile when I visit the office. Because I have never had to wait more than a day for maintenance orders to be fulfilled. Moreover, the maintenance staff is always, always courteous, accommodating, an competent. Seriously, I am not over-stating this. Many times management staff has accompanied me with my package if I have more than a few. Granted this wont be the norm, but how many places will do that? They really care. And NO, no one is racist at the management office -- they are NOT; I know racism when it happens. Its really scandalous for folks to throw around accusations of racism when it doesnt exist at Lakepointe. A bad day for something shouldnt result in a one-star review.Yes, parking is an issue. If you dont have a carport or a garage you are competing with a limited number of parking spots around the property. And when visitors take up those spots then it becomes an issue. So if you dont have a reserved spot then likely you will be disappointed. But to sully the entire operation over parking is UNFAIR.The location of this property, the quality of the apartments (they look like model homes) and quality of management is hard to beat. Yes, you may get a property with lots of parking but chances are those places wont have the location of a Lakepointe. As they say, you pay the piper one way or the other. If you are looking for convenience of location (relative to your place of work), access to shopping (Whole Foods, etc.), excellent healthcare facility (within a mile), entertainment (Irving Music Factory just a few yards away), and caring and considerate folks who manage this property like they really want to, then Lakepointe is a great choice. Holly, Jeremy, Emily, and Melissa ...great job every day!And for folks who post one-star reviews, pay for parking and youll be a happy camper! :)
