After putting down a security deposit for a 1 bed Aparment we were met with setbacks soon after. First being told that the current tenants might not want to move out anymore. Whatever, the manager told me about a 2 bed, I asked to speak about it with my partner first. I was then told she would call me the next day with more available aparments. After not receiving a call and already being late in the afternoon I decided to call for a follow up. She said that the 2 bedroom before was no longer available. She told me someone else have put an application in earlier that morning and was approved. Okay… Now we possibly don’t have a place to move into at the end of our lease? Eventually the tenants of original 1 bed decided they were going to move out. We then we’re met with more setback when it came to proving rental history. Our currents Aparments told us that the property manager from there is not sending the correct paperwork. It inevitably never got solved so we had to pass. I have called countless time and left a message to try and get a refunded some portion of the down payment we put (280$) But have yet to receive a call back.

I’ve lived in Agave for 12 years. There’s a great group of people living here. The school system is amazing. My kids went from elementary to high school and graduated from the district. There’s also school buses that pickup from the apartments. I love the area. Not only is there dart service, we also have lots of dining and stores in the area. We have an amazing Management team as well as Maintenance. I really enjoy living here!

I paid a admin fee she gave me my address and basically everything but my keys and called me the next day to tell me my roommate didn’t qualify and took my money I had already put in a notice to move out my other apartment she didn’t care

I love it here , Jasmine is very helpful and sweet . She also went above and beyond to help with renting the apartment . She made sure we got exactly what we wanted . The upgraded units are super nice and come with washer and dryer connections and a fire place . We’ve been here 2 months and have yet to experience any issues . Definitely suggest stopping by to look and lease .

Great apts in Irving! Love the new manager shes turned out home around. Thank you! The apts are very big and are located near schools, grocery stores, and there are near by parks for your kids. I love the area and the apts.

I lived here for one year. In the beginning it all looked good but not even a month in and stuff started falling apart. My dishwasher was broken for A while. Some kitchen drawers fell apart they “fixed” it once but then it felt apart again. The out side of the apartments is nice and my apartment was nice too besides the minor things falling apart. I did put in work orders to fix it but I had too remind them a couple of times. Also they charge you for pest control every month but they don’t spray every month. Maria is hardly ever in the office well at least when I lived there. They also stole some of my packages multiple times because Maria said she couldn’t keep them in the office. I see now that some people were able to keep them in the office. Overall my apartment was super cute and I left it super clean.

Worst apartment in irving DO NOT move here residents aren’t able to find parking after 9 pm i come from work at 10 and literally have to park by some houses and WALK here because there is no parking and the staff keep saying its not their problem and that they are working to fix this problem but its been weeks!!!! I cant even go out at night because i will spend hours looking for a parking space when i come back.!!! CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END.

I LOVE this place. I dont have a problem with noise or bugs. My apartment was clean and ready when I got here and the staff made me feel very welcome. I was worried about everything and took photos when I moved in a year ago and havent found anything but some minor issues. The maintenance always comes by and fixes things that are broke and the office holds my packages for me. Very happy and will be staying.

I have been living in the apartment for almost 2 years. I like the Apartments. It quite and you get along with the neighbors. My only problem is that the apartment that I am currently in has alot of things that need to be done to it. I cant have no other flooring just carpet because of the foundation. I really need to transfer to another apartment. The manager knows how bad my apartment is. But she told me that she needs to get approval from her boss before I can. But also another tenant needs a transfer too. All together I have been here in these apartments for 4 years. I am hoping if the management or the owners see this they will let me transfer

I’ve never been to this location, and I don’t want to. An apartment that requests your cats be declawed is wrong. Cats use their claws to protect themselves. If a cat ever got outside of their apartment, they would have no way to protect itself or gather food. If you have a cat I strongly urge you not to rent here. Genuinely disappointed in this apartment complex, and hope in the future they change their pet policies.

Actually live in this Apts but they are terrible.. no laundry... the people working here never take care the property... no parking spots all the time they charge hidden fees... the pool always dirty and drunk peoples on weekends

Terrible apts. When we had a fire in the winter, they had to relocate us for 3 months at even worse apts than this and then they didnt even tell us when we could come back. The management sucks and they dont care at all about the residents.

Do not move here these apartments are crap they never come and fix anything even if you report it the managers attitudes are so ugly if you go and report something they act like they do not care I can not wait till my lease ends so I can MOVE !

Unfortunately I do not recommend them, I have had disappointments since I moved. To start the apartment that I was given, it was totally dirty. From the door and windows and almost everything in very bad condition, I have had problems with the shower, and when it rains the water gets under the folder. Another thing is that the office is CLOSED most of the time! Thats very frustrating because sometimes you need help with maintenance or anything else, and they only give you the option to call them and to top it off when you call they dont answer you. With parking lots it is another problem. Anyway, there are many things that are not in order in this place, I look forward to the end of my contract to get out of here as soon as possible.

They do not deserve a half star, they are useless in hot weather, the ac broke down and they never fixed it. I left that place and now I am in collections and I have problems to buy my house, can someone please help me. ...

The manager is the worst bas you claim something and does not give importance. I DO 3 MONTHS if 3 MONTHS I claim because at one point a pipe was broken and the apartmen tube flooded to go to Irving City to be solved, as they broke the wall to solve the liquefaction now I am waiting for them to solve me and I fix the wall to all this ban 3 months OSEA LA MANAGER AND ITS HEADS ARE A SHIT

New administration that is working on remodeling, all good at the moment in these apartments.
