When I originally moved here it was great. I mean at least acceptable. Let me be clear A HOME IS WHERE YOU MAKE IT. But in this last 3 months. It’s Been hard to feel that way. There’s no main office manager. A new face everyday. Most are super helpful And others you wonder how they even got the job. Nonetheless it makes it hard to communicate problems to the staff. Maintenance does a awesome job . Always respectful.Other than that I really wished they would settle in on a permanent head.

Well, after it took 5 months to fix my AC I chalked it up to a fluke, but now I’m going on a month of a leaky ceiling with no help. What started as a small drip is now dripping in more places than my bucket can hold, and my bathroom ceiling is about 25% mold.I’m currently looking into legal options.

Your maintenance man mr. Owens needs to get his head example. And not be so rude to everybody because I wouldnt know and my family used to work around him. They are awesome maintenance people my uncles been working here for a long time and he sees him hes going to beat them up. Your manager here at agave should have common sense.

I have lived at Agave at Willow Creek for 2 years and the staff is great, attentive and very professional. I recently had a phenomenal experience working with the new manager Lauren. She has really made the apartments feel more like home. Anything that needs repair in your unit is always fixed very quickly, and if its something they cant fix in that visit, they actually come back and fix it with whatever additional item/person they needed to procure in a timely manner.I could go on and on about how much I love living here.

There were issues in the past and since the new take over they have been SUPER HELPFUL, prompt about issues,(everyone will have issues wherever they live), and she has made it much more pleasant to be here.Please pay attention to NEW REVIEWS and not past management. “Remember the Texas Rangers were terrible until new management took them to the World Series!”

No need to get the sterminator out here to spray for bed bugs and also spray for roaches and spider webs. You need to do more represent attitude on this place. this place is good I need to be more ingested.Management is somewhat okay.

Do not move here. Place is an unmitigated disaster. Building should be condemned! Complex is extremely poorly maintained, only 2 maintenance techs to support this AND another apartment complex.The maintenance guys are super friendly and helpful! But there are too many issues for them to address adequately. For example water pressure is not adequate (faucets dont flow well). Hot water heater is down. AC goes down 2x a year. And pests - tons of them, many different kinds, and large (ants, cockroaches, and rats).If you live here - you are absolutely choosing to live in the ghetto. Do not move here for your own mental and physical well being!!

The new staff is amazing great customer service makes me feel welcomed. I can go to the office and speak with one of the new members Victoria Martinez, and feel, and know that any of my problems will be taken care of in a ample amount of time

Not one to leave a bad review but this place... After reading the reviews you think it is actually a good place to live. Wrong! I walked the property and it is very ghetto sad to say but true. My move in day was this week and the staff is completely unprofessional and unorganized. Very careless and somewhat rude. I get to the leasing office and wait almost an hour for someone to return to the office. During my time waiting again in the office a current resident said I wouldn’t move in here it is a dump and a waste. That alone says a lot! So moving forward I was scheduled to move in this week but the day of move in surprisingly, the apartment wasn’t ready... So there was another apartment available and of course I walked the apartment before signing a lease (highly recommend) and the apartment was horrible! Mold in the ceiling, previous leaks throughout the bedroom, it smelled like smoke, carpet wasn’t cut properly and overall disgusting. I didn’t move forward with the move in. Same your time, energy and money! There are better apartments for about the same price range. Best of luck y’all!

I have been here for 4 years. Agave is under new management and lots of improvements are being done. They are working hard to make things better for us

Well maintained property. Great mamagement company. The office manager is on top of things.

The manager is the best. There is a roomer going a round about this person and his mom. Thy are not ture. Some of the Neighbors need to clean up there attitude up. And maintenance needed to take on better actions and better attitudes around people and kindness. I had a maintenance man who is wrong and who was telling people that they need to pay the payment but they were really wrong.

Im really loving all the improvements and new manager!

I was in a rush to rent an apartment so i took it. From the beginning to end there is nothing good to say about them .If you decide to stay here, hopefully you won’t be surprised seeing SOMEONE PEED in your toilet and didn’t bother to flush while you were gone. Then when you contact the office, they will say it was the maintenance person who went to your apartment when You were not in there AND THE LEASE ALLOW HIM TO GO INSIDE ANYTIME HE WANTS. From that day I was scared to enter in my own damn apartment thinking someone might be in there and I checked my closet, washroom, kitchen before closing the door.I’m a very peaceful person and I don’t complain about little things but this apartment is the worst. When it rains I had to use a bowl to stop the water dripping from washroom ceiling. Thousands of cockroaches comes out at night.Finally when my lease ended I moved out and they checked my apartment and didn’t find any damage so they gave me a paper saying I’ll get my deposit back within 30 days . I went to them several time and they didn’t give my deposit back. Last time when I went there, new management said it’s not their responsibility to give me my deposit back, New management is not liable for any deposit from old management. So Good luck to you whoever is thinking to take this apartment.

Active drug sales occur on siteThere seems to be a lot of maintenance issues here. Im a new resident (having moved in 3 months ago) and many items in the apartment are suffering from very poor upkeep.Also the dog owners dont pick up after themselves. Tons of excrement left all over. The place should ban dogs if you ask me. Owners dont care about them
